Had to stop to review the amazing service I just recently received from Al & Al: I popped in to have a tire plugged in a wild rainstorm. The 2 gentlemen that helped were super nice and didn’t even hesitate to work in the pouring rain. They were quick, efficient and oh so kind. Im visiting New Orleans for new years and I wasn’t expecting my tire to go flat. When I reached out to them, they told me a more than reasonable price and came at an instant despite all the difficulties that came from my car being in a parking garage. When he examined my tire, he told me that I didn’t need a new one, but that my stem valve was broken. He could have sold me a tire and not have told me the truth. I’m from Atlanta so I was shocked at the honesty and the good business I received. After changing my tire, we went to get cash for him, but we couldn’t find him. We kept calling and calling. And he just sent us a text saying “happy new years”. I called him begging to just send the money to him. He came out and was so helpful for such a fair price and did all of that work. And then he told me something that stuck with my friends and I. “Money is not everything”. Yes this is a business, but not one that is looking to make a profit from other misfortunes. I felt blessed today. Thank you guys for everything. Have an amazing year.

My tire needed an emergency patch after running over a lug nut. The first place I went to fix my tire was Firestone, but they were so busy that they weren't able to fit me in. A Firestone employee recommended that I bring my car to Al & Al’s. As soon as I pulled into Al & Al’s they got to work like a Nascar pit-crew. I couldn't believe how fast they got to work and how fast they were able to patch my tire. This guys at this shop literally saved our day!

These guys really know how to save a tire causing problems, really fast, and really affordable! If I had gone to NTB with a nail sticking out of my tire they would have absolutely insisted on selling me two brand new tires with full rotation and alignment and still found problems, but the men at Al & Al were more than happy to patch me up and send me on my way for under $20! I recommended them to friends too and they saved yet another tire!

Omgosh these guys rock! They hooked us up with 2 new tires and a sensor for less than it would have cost for 1 tire and sensor anywhere else. And they had it done in less than 15min anywhere else I would have had to wait a couple days to get tires then all day to put them on. Al & Al One Stop Shop is the ABSOLUTE TRUTH. I had a blow out traveling back from Louisiana to MS. I had roadside assistance come out and put my spare donut on my tire. However I could not travel back to MS in a donut. I stopped at one of the big named shop, but the couldn't put a tire on God ne in a timely manner. They said I had to leave it overnight. I then asked Siri to find me a shop in the area. She gave me the info for Al & Al's. I called within five minutes of the closing. The owner told me to come right over. When I got there they were preparing to close, but still gracefully took care of me. The service was performed in less than 15 minutes, the price was very reasonable & the personality of the owners was priceless. I LOVE THIS SHOP!!! I was in and out within twenty minutes & back on the road. You can't ask for a more professional group of men. My husband thanks you for taking such good care of me. THE TRUTH!!!!!!

I had a punctured tire. I stopped by here and within 2 minutes the car was jacked up, the wheel off, and the leaking spot identified. Tire was dismounted from the wheel, properly patched, and remounted (with attention to where fill valve was to keep balance) in another 15 minutes. These guys are fast, knowledgeable, polite and more-than-fair on price for service rendered. I hope I never get another flat, but if I do, I'll definitely head back here to have it fixed.

Within 15 seconds of being pulled in they already had my car jacked up. They patched my tire up for a good price and I couldn’t have been there longer than 15 minutes total. They were friendly and efficient too! Meanwhile Firestone said they wouldn’t be able to get me in until 10 am the next day. This is the only place I will go for a tire repair from now on!

Walked outside on the coldest, rainiest day of the year to a flat. Took the car to a nearby major tire center first and they actually recommended we head to Al & Al for faster service. Folks who work here could not have been kinder or more professional--pulled the tire in minutes, found the construction nail, made the repair, and I was on my way. Business was hopping, so they clearly have a well-deserved following. Find your way here, great service with kindness and speed. Would recommend to anyone.

phenomenal service. i pulled up along side the shop, and before I could get out my car someone approached and asked how they could help. they had me pull up, jacked up the car and had my problem tire off within 5 minutes of arriving. they diagnosed the problem, showed me the damage they found, and every step of the way tried to do the least expensive to me option possible. I ended up buying one mew tire, and paid less in total than I would have for just a tire at a big chain store, where they would charge me shop fees and etc. I plan to go back any time I have tore issues in the future.

I recently had a blowout right before Christmas. With tight finances, I knew I wouldn't be able to get a new tire, but also it's just smarter to get a used tire when you're only replacing one. I went to Al & Al early in the morning just a couple days before the holiday without an appointment. Not only were they able to replace my tire at an excellent price (best price I've paid for used tire replacement). The guys there are very professional, polite, efficient, and quick. In addition to replacing my tire, they also checked three tire pressure of my other tires and adjusted them as needed.

I thought I might need a new tire because I had a slow leak for the last several months, but they took it off and immediately identified a nail in the tire. Awesome prices and quick, friendly service! I desperately needed to replace one of my tires without breaking the bank as I have a very limited, fixed income. I got a used tire in very good condition for $42 even!!! The very nice man that initially welcomed me quoted $42 for a used tire for my car...I didn't ask any questions about taxes or fees bc I had to get the tire regardless. That price ended up including everything - all the service & disposal fees & taxes! I would definitely recommend this place 😺

I support Black owned businesses! I went in looking to replace one tire and they asked if I wanted to buy a new set so I agreed. The tires were visible but the employees did not share specs or recommendations so I didn't ask. After a quick online search, I realized that the price per tire was comparable to buying a new one from a major retailer with tax and installation; so I was fine with the price. The installation was fast because the employees were focused. I enjoyed my transaction and I recommend this merchant. HI⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely wonderful customer service and fast as can be. I have a small son and only one car and no one to pick me up. I had a tire that needed to be patched and all the other tire shops were quoting me 4-5 hours which I just couldn’t feasibly do with my son. I called Al and Als at 12:09pm on a Saturday and at 12:50 I was back home with my tire fixed. They were amazingly fast and super nice.

Had a completely rotted tire where the walls around the entire tire caved in. I went to Al and Al and within 10 minutes I was in my car back on the road. Even rotated my tires for free. Al is super sweet. He could tell I was stressed out and was talking to me about my new job and helped me calm down. It was only $37 total and because these men work so hard I gave them a very nice well earned tip. They work all day long in the hot sun and still have an amazing attitude! The tire is amazing. Been here several times. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Prices were always fair. I had a hole in my tire but fix-a-flat hid the hole and made it hard to locate for the patch job I needed. Al and Al’s cleaned out the inside of the tire, reattached it and found the hole immediately. Firestone wouldn’t even look at the tire when I brought it to them. Al and Al’s gave me excellent service. 5 stars.

Just a great local place - the kind of shop that used to be easy to find and now is rare. The Al’s are big Al and his son Al. There’s a flock of helpers, but Al Sr is clearly the big daddy of the team. He’s competent, honest, and friendly; just exudes, I’ve got you covered. Al fixed my punctured tire fast, for $25, and we got back on the road. As I write this we’ve covered 800 miles since then, and it’s working fine. Highly recommended.

I had two low tires in my rental car, so I went to Al and Al's to see what could be done late on a Saturday afternoon. The first tire had a leak from a nail puncture. They showed it to me and said it could be fixed with a plug or a patch. A plug is cheaper (and I know why; see second paragraph below). After they plugged it, they found another leak near the plug, so they had to patch it instead, but only charged me for the patch, not the plug. The other tire had a slow leak; they checked it out and found an old plug that was not holding air, and patched that one as well. I'm happy with the quick friendly service that I got. I hope I don't have to see them again, but if I do have another tire problem in New Orleans, I'll head over to Al and Al's One Stop Tire Shop as my first stop. Bring cash; they don't take credit cards or checks.

After 2 hours they told me the couldn't figure out why I had a leak, that my tires were old & slew of other items & presented me with a $1,800 quote. I drove a few blocks away to Al & Al's where they resealed my tire in under 15 minutes & for less than $20. I love these folks!

Great place to get a "fix", for your TIRE that is; a TIRE FIX/REPAIR. The attendants here work quickly & succinctly. They make this tire changing & repair thing look effortless. Tire off, tire on... one, two, three, you're out. Most times, if your tire is beyond repair, they'll have a used one to fit; however, if you have a "hard to fit or uncommon sized tire" this may not be the case. Last time I was there, you can also get your car washed here as well. Be careful, to be noted, this place is on a BUSY THOROUGHFARE & car are zipping & zooming to & fro. Not the best parking setup, but it's manageable. Pricing is fair. Customer Service is GREAT!!!

Not a huge data set, but between myself and my girlfriend we have gone here twice, both times for flat tires that just needed a quick repair. Al & Al's appears to be the best in town at this game; they are fast, easy, and inexpensive, qualities that are getting harder to find for auto shops. If you are worried because some mechanics take advantage of non-car-savy people and overcharge/over-repair, based on my two encounters with Al & Al's I'd say they are very trustworthy. Give them a try

I spoke with Al (the son) at about 10 he ordered me a set of new tires and I told him I’d be there by noon. Well when I was On my way I noticed a knocking sound, my tire had came off the rim. I called to let him know I was coming but would be late because I needed to call my insurance company to get it towed to him. He asked me “baby where you at” I told him. In 20 minutes he pulled up, proceeded to take the bad tire off put my spare on. Now that is what I call EXCELLENT customer service!!! The price is right and the service was a delight!!!
