Well we were on a road trip in a f250 super duty lifted with 37” tires and blew on the interstate after getting towed to 4 wheel parts they couldn’t help us so I called tire one and they went above and beyond by picking us up and our rims. Took us back to the shop and we had trouble finding the right tires we needed. John helped us finance a whole new set of tires and rims making the truck look nice and getting us back on the interstate! Even installed them on the truck where it was broke down! Their help was just amazing and helpful in every way! Totally recommend them!

I can’t express enough of how amazing there associate Durward is. Let’s start when I 1st arrived , he met me outside and listened patiently regarding my concerns with my tires. He took the time to carefully inspect each one and explained in detail exactly what was going on. We then headed inside where he explained in details the recommended service and explained why I needed what I got. As a woman it is sometimes uncomfortable going in tire places because men typically try to get over on you, not Durward ! He was respectful , honest , and treated me with absolute kindness. I would highly recommend him to anyone who visits this Tire One location. In this day and age it is extremely difficult to come across people who truly deliver excellent customer service and he did just that. Make sure when you go to ask for Durward he will take care of you and treat you right , which is what it’s all about ! This was my first visit to Tire One. My tire pressure sensor light came on while I was out and about. When I got home and inspected my tires, I could tell that the rear passenger-side tire was low. Thankfully Tire One is very close to my house, so I gave them a call and they told me to come right in. They discovered the nail in my tire (see photos), they were able to repair it and get me on my way in just a few minutes. Fast, friendly, and professional staff, with a clean and comfortable waiting area. I will definitely return to them for my tire & battery needs.

Cannot recommend Tire One enough! They have done two vehicles for us this year and we can’t imagine going anywhere else. Customer service is top notch - they work with you, your vision, and your budget and try to do everything they can to earn your business and make sure you are happy. Another tire shop in town recommended we go to them for a nail repair that the first shop said they couldn’t fix. Not only did Tire One fix it, they did it for free. By far the best tire experience I’ve ever had. I had a piece of metal fly into my tire at about 7 am. I called tire one to see if they had a tire for me. I am heading out on a trip tomorrow and was having some issues. I have been to two other shops this week. One of them messed up my wheel studs and stripped them out. My brakes were mushy and I thought perhaps they needed to be bled. I also needed an alignment. All of this with no appointment and no notice. They got me in. Every person I dealt with here was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They let me know what they think is wrong with the brakes and didnt try to scam something I didnt need. They fixed the stripped wheel stud. I still have to drive the car to see how the alignment is but I have no doubt that if there are any issues they will make certain it is right. Being a female I have been jacked around by plenty of mechanics. I do most of my own work now so I know if something isnt right. These guys were wonderful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I will say after 3 months I finally spoke with the owner and he is having me bring my vehicle back so he can personally check over the work. Up until me showing up unexpectedly to pick up a replacememt part that I waited a month for with no return messages, it was the worst experience ever. I'm was on my 4th return in 3 weeks and now 6th trip on 3 months to fix the same problem. They tell everyone that the wheels they are looking at are "the only set in the country". When told my wheels and tires are a perfect match for my vehicle, my tires rubbed. Then told the only thing they could do was cut my fender welds. When shown how I wanted them cut, they totally disregarded my wishes and did it how they wanted. They did replace the fender welds and added a leveling kit that was supposed to stop the rubbing.....it didn't. Now I have a gash in my running board that they want to put some puddy in and paint over. There fix to cutting stuff off was to zip tie where they cut off mounting spots. They did get the job somewhat done with my help having to get on the floor myself and show them how to do there jobs. They still wanted to use zip ties but finally leaned that they have no business holding body panels together, I hope. Still not 100% right but it's the best we could do with what was left to work with.. What a joke of a business. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! Now I get harrased by tire one because I told my story , they want me to change my review and or give them a 5 star rating. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Ended up going else where in the end and just said forget it, I got tired of arguing with people that don't understand how to work on cars. I might still file a damage claim with my insurance since body panels were damaged and bumper supports were unnecessarily cut alone side with the running board being damaged.They also sold me a rim with a defective center cap and have waited a month for them to replace it and after a month i had to show up because they never called back and picked it up in person. I did end up getting refunded for the over charge of the leveling kit. Just be careful and watch them closely if you go here. Still not 100% sure all there other reviews are real.

I don't typically write reviews, but I could not recommend this shop more - specifically Charles, who is largely in charge of the customer service side of the business, was exceptional. I have dealt with 6-7 local shops and dealers from Nashville down through Franklin and never experienced the kind of service I received from Tire One. I had been running into an issue where no shops would mount a second set of used (but good) tires on my truck but Charles & Tire One were glad to do it. Additionally, they gave me back my old, still-in-good-shape tires (typically a shop just keeps them), helped me obtain a new spare by using one of the tires off of my truck, fixed a tire sensor issue, gave me an alignment, and mounted/rotated my tires... all in 1.5 hours since first walking in (& for a very fair price I might add). Lastly, another issue I ran into with every other shop was how much of a headache they gave me for driving a Northern truck, which has more undercarriage rust than Southern vehicles. Tire One didn't skip a beat and took care of everything without the usual complaining/"Northern truck upcharge" I've received everywhere else. Professional, fast, helpful, and excellent work done. Will use them again in the future.

We were welcomed by the delightful service representative /manager Caleb Wilson. He put us at ease and clam us down right away with the way he was handling the service. Drove around and looked at a few shops, decided to take a look at Tire One. Went through some options for my car. Really wanted something basic since it’s an old daily driver to work. Caleb suggested some Yokohama Avid Touring S tires and spoke about the reliability and 65k warranty compared to others for my car. I went with them, also corrected my alignment issue, out the door faster than expected. Very impressive service and the tires were beyond what I expected for the money. Very quiet, and improved the ride on my car by a lot. I think I may just enjoy the ride to work now maybe. These guys were awesome! We had a flat tire on the freeway. Pull over put the spare on and prayed for a gas station to air up the spare. What we found was even better, Packard Tires. Originally brought my car in to just get a nail out of my back passenger tire, however, turned out both back tires were worn out and had to replace them. John and his team helped me match Walmart’s price (which is where I morally get my tires from) on the two tires. A couple days later I noticed my back tires were different size than the front so I assumed the Tire One staff put the wrong tires on. So I went back I little upset given me and my fiancé were about to do long distance traveling and I was concerned about the safety since the wrong size tires were out on. However, upon arrival and further inspection looks like the dealer had actually put on the wrong tire size, and John and his staff had actually put the right size tires on. Consequently John along with the owner were extremely understanding and gave me a free alignment and matched Walmart’s prices on the remaining to from tires. Overall great service and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Updated 11/27/2021: I deleted the super- negative review and just felt that was the right thing to do. I went by yesterday Friday November 26th, 2021 and had a fairly long productive conversation with the owner Mike. Mike was actually unaware of these mistakes until I feel like I ambushed this company without contacting them / by using a review instead of talking in person, particularly to the owner. After speaking with Mike, and telling him the full situation the amount of empathy he had for my situation was super sincere and he was amazingly apologetic. Now you can't work on the cars and not tighten up bolts and of course there were a lot, and now Mike is aware of this fully. Mike was very clear yesterday when I left with what he needed to do and that was very reassuring. He is going to make it up to me by fixing my hood where the shock bolt was actually about to come through the hood. And really any other issues with my car within reason going forward. When you've owned hey now unique car 18 years and it actually becomes a part of you, and he certainly understood that. He also said he was livid and very disappointed in the staff that didn't tighten up the bolts and put parts on incorrectly. I've already mentioned this and I'm going to give this company/shop a second chance. Especially because when the owner doesn't know about major problems, and was seeing them in a review, I owe it to Tire One to work to rectify their lack of attention to detail and lack of communication to me the customer. Awesome prices! The only thing better was the customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I swear it felt like i handed them my keys and 2 mins later they were done. In reality it may have been 30-40mins, but it didn't feel like it at all with the conversations we were having. I cold called in the morning and spoke with Caleb about new tires for the trailer. This man had me in the door AND the crew put a new pair of shoes on within an hour. I could not be more pleased. I actually wanted to leave a review, thats how good the entire shop was. If you have a bad experience here then you may need to look in the mirror or start going to church.
