They made quick work of our flat tire. Their price for a brand new tire was only 135! We did not have to wait long for our service and their customer service was perfect. We didn't sit for more than 20 minutes! Cheap, quick, kind, and convenient is how I would describe Hugo's Tire Shop, 5/5 would recommend.

When my tire blew out on the highway we called Hugo’s and they helped us our right away. They made room for us right when we got there and made sure to give us the best deal. The workers were quick and polite. We definitely recommend!

Awesome service! A place with good honest guys that treat you fair! Had a great experience here! Patched my tire in less than 30 min and only charged me $20! Firestone set the stage to try and con me into all new tires and mine are less than a year old! Don’t go to Firestone and the big corp stores! Stay local! It pays!

Best tire shop in the city, hands down. The guys are so nice, funny and you can't beat the prices. They have new and used tires. Even with the used tires, I don't have to come back often because the used tires still have a lot of tread and in great condition.

This place was awesome! I am a government worker and was in a desperate need of help! Car caught a flat after work and had no one to help! Victor and his co worker Selmi came and helped me ! Drove to me and made sure I left safely with my tired fixed! Victor really saved my day and if you need help with your tire CALL HUGOS !! Thanks again guys ! Will be referring all of my friends and co workers to this place!

I got a flat tire heading down Nolensville Pike, but thankfully Hugo’s was just a few minutes away. They were quick, reasonably priced, and everyone was super nice. Fingers crossed for no more flats, but I would definitely pop into Hugo’s again if needed.

Great little informal place if you have need for used tires. I called ahead to see if they had 2 of my size tire in the same brand. They said yes, $150 for two. cmon down. I showed up. Pulled in off the road and got out. I was greeted immediately. There was a car ahead of me so they finished that one. Then I pulled forward and they got to work on my two front tires. Pretty fast process. Slowest part was tire selection. Mounting and balancing and inspecting for leaks, then they installed the tires. I did NOT get two tires of the same brand, but it was inconsequential. Went in to pay, tipped the installer a couple bucks and was on my way. Felt like I couldn’t have been there more than 30 minutes. Great option if you aren’t ready to spring for new tires. I would go there again.

Awesome experience! I've been on a month long camping trip and needed a tire rotation. Being from another state, I had no idea where to go. Tried calling many national chain tire shops with all telling me they could not get to it till the next day. I was leaving town the next day. I saw where Hugo’s had great reviews so I headed that way. Yea it’s not a pretty place but the customer service is awesome. Victor and his crew completed the job in less than 10 minutes. Great price, great service. Almost forgot to mention Capone who kept me busy with conversation. I prefer to spend my money with locally owned small family business. Glad I found this place.

Outstanding customer service!! I live in the Huntsville, AL area and had to find a Nashville-area tire shop when my wife’s vehicle had a flat tire at the long-term parking lot in the Nashville airport. Fortunately, we found Hugo’s Tire Shop!! After filling the tire with a portable air pump, I drove it over to Hugo’s. Antonio (technician) examined at the tire immediately and went to work repairing the tire (a large screw was the culprit). Capone provide excellent customer service while we waited, which was less than 20 minutes!! The tire was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable cost!! If I lived in Nashville, I would recommend that all my friends and family go to Hugo’s for all of their tire needs!! John D Madison, AL

We found a nail in our tire on a road trip through Nashville. It was losing air quickly. We arrived at Hugo's 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close, and they saw us immediately. Five minutes later our tire was patched and back on the car - the family never even got out! They charged me a few bucks and we were on our way! AMAZING!

2006 Red Prius - I called to see if they had my size tire the guy was very friendly and said they had one and everything would cost $50. When i got there it was *amn near a brand new tire and it cost me much less than i was told!! Excellent service awesome people!! Definitely will make then my go to place!! Thank you!!

I had a Jeep that I bought used and it didn’t come with the key for the wheel locks! I searched all over Nashville for someone to help not even the dealer would help me break the locks! After trying myself I realized what a tough job it would be as these locks were on pretty tight; All I got accomplished was getting them stuck tighter. I called these guys and they did it super fast and at a great price! Highly recommend!
