Shredded a tire on a Thursday afternoon around 4:30. As I didn’t have a spare, I had AAA tow it these guys who’ve I’ve used before. It was after closing but Sammy insisted they would get me a new tire and get me going, which they did. These guys are honest and hard working who will shoot you straight and take care of you.

I’ll never go to discount tire again. Vic got me a used tire on my truck for $60 instead of $600 for two new ones. If you get a flat, cruise here first. Only downside is that they don’t guarantee that they won’t scratch your wheel, so I have to touch up my powdercoat, but I still feel like I got a deal.

HONEST AND RELIABLE SERVICE !! I called the shop and s/w the owner who answered my questions about new tires and then offered other recommendations. I went to them the next day and the owner STILL had my pockets in mind and told me what I really needed done vs. trying to take my money. They gave me an alignment and in 10 mins I was on my way. I have a small fleet of vehicles which frequently have needed tire repairs or replacements, and these folks have been fantastic from my experiences here. Always have been able to get a quick diagnosis about whether a tire having issues is fixable or not, and have had each repair (such as plugging a tire, which they do very inexpensively) or replacement (usually from installing a tire I've purchased online or elsewhere, although they sell tires as well) done efficiently, professionally, and courteously. They always have seemed to do a great job, and prices for service are very reasonable.

Good prices, but examine used tires yourself...they tend to exaggerate tread life... They have a laser based 4 wheel alignment rig that is cheapest price I've found. I only paid $85 for a 4 wheel alignment.

I was gonna get an alignment but Sammie told me my hub bearing was going out on driver side front and advised me that I didn't need an alignment now beacause of the bearing saved me 70 bucks. Sammy and his employee are absolutely phenomenal! I had just left Pep Boys down the street where I had an oil change with a tire rotation-they told me I needed tires. I drove down the street to Charlotte Used Tires and met these angels. Not only did I buy two tires at a great price, Sammy pointed out that the rods were not tightened from a previous wheel bearing change and tightened them and checked the other side as well. I am forever thankful for their attention to detail and level of care. I will be back for all my tires and alignment needs and bringing family as well.

SHOP LOCAL! Sam is professional and knowledgeable. His team works quickly. They have so many tires in stock I was surprised and impressed. I over heard them over the phone they can get anything else next day! Plus the prices are fair and absent the upcharges or hidden fees of larger chains.
