Went in to get something looked at just as a preventative measure, so they did a test on it, found nothing wrong, and let me go free of charge. Most other places would have “found” something wrong and made me pay to have it fixed but these guys were super honest which I really appreciate. Usually I’m nervous to take my car anywhere as a young woman, knowing I will often be overcharged and not expected to ask questions about it, but thankfully that’s never the case here.

Replaced my own struts and brought my car here afterwards for an alignment and new A arms and they replaced it quick and with lifetime warranty parts! Had a clunking that I didn’t hear before the alignment so I called back and they had me bring my car back in and it turned out it was one of my strut links that I didn’t tighten all the way so they tightened it up for me and also got a rubber exhaust mount for my loose exhaust that was also clunking! Will definitely visit again

I had a check engine light on usually I go to local stores but fortunately a friend recommended the place to me, My app was 8am when I got there I was treated with respect and dignity in no time my Car was fixed. He was honest and upright to tell me it was just a mare lose plug. Instead of $30 for the diagnose fee he charged me $15. That Gentleman made my day, I'm a customer now.

Took my Honda to advanced and they did a wonderful job. I couldn't believe how cheap it was for the repair and labor!!!! I've also taken my other vehicle there too. I was able to get a loaner car that day from them so I wasn't without a vehicle. I highly recommend them to my family ,friends and customers!!!!

These guys really know how to make a team effort into making sure all their customers know what they need to know and understand what’s going on with their car. They’re incredibly nice with great sense of humor and have a positive attitude toward any problem you bring them. They’re trustworthy and have been able to solve any problem that I have dealt with! Integrity Says It All! My husband and I have been taking our vehicles here for years. As our children get older and our vehicle fleet grows, so does our experience and respect for Advanced. Everyone is personable, honest and respectful. Not once has something extra been worked on or replaced without our permission. Pat has been the pillar and has always been up front and honest with his professional opinion and knowledge. Advanced is the only shop to work on our vehicles.

Had a great experience, they were upfront and honest, didn't try to upsell me a bunch of services I didn't need. The alignment was done quickly and they took a couple minutes to go over what they aligned. Will definitely go there again and would recommend to anyone.
