Samaritan is the place to go for tires and an alignment. After a failed alignment at another shop we had Samaritan do an alignment after getting new tires. It only took an hour and a half for both services and the vehicle drives straight as an arrow. Could not be happier. The staff is very helpful and is straight to the point

The dealer recommend new tires and watched a video on why I needed new tires. I headed straight to Samaritan Tire Pros. I didn't need an appointment, the tires were close by and they offered me a loaner for a couple hours. I didn't have to fill the loaner vehicle with gas and if I did, they covered it. The customer service is beyond, and I know good customer service. The best part, almost $500 less than the dealer even with an upgrade. Highly recommended.

I have been going here for a decade and every interaction has been exceptional. Three different vehicles, summer and winter tires, and each time the price was fair and the service was great. The most recent trip, the dealership had suggested an alignment adjustment during an oil change. I took my truck here, they checked the alignment for free and found no issue. I never really thought of Samaritan as a repair shop, I always considered it a tires place. When I got my 33 inch KO2's installed on my GX 470 I noticed how Helpful they were considering I had Rims from tirerack they were putting tires on. I asked if they did any Lift/suspention work like upper control arms and alignment and they pointed to the 3 alignment racks nearby. I was already waiting to have some work done by another shop- but was booked out a month, Samaritan got me in that week, and did a great job. Not only did they do great work, they were also HONEST. I wrench myself but when I need something done that I don't have tools for I will use Samaritan. I know a solid shop when I see one and its not easy to find. TRUST ME!

I've been using Samaritan for years and they never fail to impress. Straight-forward, professional, and understanding even when things don't go as expected. I was recently in for a tire service and didn't have the wheel lock for the lug nuts. They offered me a loaner vehicle to get it or run to the dealer to take care of it. Took care of that, and then they fit me back into their schedule right away. Combine that with always fair pricing and great communication, and they have a customer for life. Thank you guys!

Had a catastrophic tire blowout on the road- purchased tires elsewhere but nobody had time or had the right equipment to install them on my Audi because they are high performance tires and they needed a 'touchless tire removal tool'. I heard of them through Costco actually and I am so glad I did. They put the tires on sight unseen even though I hadn't had an existing appointment. Super professional salespeople and technicians that really helped alleviate a super unexpected incident and helped me get back on the road within a couple hours.

Samaritan Tire is hands down the best shop in the cities to get your tires and wheels mounted, and do a great job on alignments and other labor as well. Had work done a month ago and they take excellent care of your wheels (I had mine powder coated and ceramic coated) and not a scratch on them. Additionally I didn't even notice till I cleaned them a week later that they even had gloss black wheel weights to match my wheels, making them nearly unnoticeable. Its this attention to detail that will keep my business time and time again.

Blew a tire completely on the trailer I was pulling on Hwy 169 nearby. I called them to see if they had any openings and they said bring it in and they'd look at it and take care of it quick. Showed up about 4 minutes later and they immediately took it into the shop as soon as they saw the tire. I was out in less than 20 minutes later and was a great deal. I'd highly recommend this place for workmanship, customer service, and price!

Stop by and you will find that all the collector car folks bring their car here - and or good reason. Solid service. I have had Samaritan service my tires for years but recently brought in my restored MR2 for an alignment. I had just replaced my entire suspension and it was way out of whack. Samaritan dialed in back in and it runs like a dream now. They even tightend a bearing for no extra charge. Counter service could be slightly better but quite adequate for a tire place.

Excellent experience. I have a classic 1992 Mercedes G wagon that was only meant to be in sold and used in Germany. The wheels and tires needed to be replaced and improved and I needed a Benz stylized tire cover for the spare installed (that I bought on Ebay). This wheel and spare cover information is not readily available and very difficult to match due to German vs. USA specs. To make this even more of a challenge, the tire cover I purchased was off on critical specifications. Chris (owner) researched the wheels and matched the bolt patterns and the bolt boring measurements. He found matches and sent the selection to me to choose from. He also suggested the best tires to fit the car and the wheels. Chris also machined and grinded the spare cover large bolt connections until there was a match and was able to install the cover. I cannot think of anyone else that would have taken the time and applied this kind of rare expertise to make a non-fitting customer-provided part work. The service was excellent. Chris and his team are great. Nice, conscientious, and experts at what they do. If you want great service and real expertise, and people that are a pleasure to work with, go to Samaritan.

I have had great service from Samaritan Tire for years and today was no exception. I had picked up a 2 inch screw in one of my tires and had put on the spare myself. I brought the bad tire in without an appointment in the afternoon and they said they could get it repaired by the next day, maybe today since they are open until 6 PM. They called less than two hours later and it was ready. They swapped out the spare with the repaired tire and it was ready in no time. Just another day of quick, efficient service.

I had a great experience at Samaritan Tire. I was that picky customer who had a set of custom wheels and white wall tires for my classic car that I needed mounted and balanced and I did not want the wheels scratched or the white walls nicked. I also wanted to make sure they didn't put hammer-on weights on the chrome lips of the rims when they balanced them. They assured me that they do jobs like this all the time and it would be no problem. I came back and picked them up about three hours later and they were perfect, no marks on the rims or tires from the machine and they even put the nicer valve stems on the rims to match the chrome lips. 10/10 will be bringing all my business here from now on!

They did a great job on my tires and alignment. It was after they were done that really rubbed me the wrong way. While I was sitting outside waiting for my car to be done. I see it fly past me and take off down the road. Plus I could hear my car the entire test drive and he most definitely wasn't treating like it was a customer car. Very disappointed in the lack of respect.

Good overall experiences with Samaritan Tire. I've bought 3 different sets of tires here and I can say they stand behind what they sell. I've always felt they are up-front and honest with service and options. Even if you are able to get better deals online, when you buy from Samaritan, you always have a brick and mortar store should you ever have an issue. Samaritan has been great about keeping my tires and experience in tip top shape. I've also had numerous alignments done and road force balances, and they always turn out great. Plus, their demeanor is always great, no BS and they are friendly on the phone and in person.

Yesterday was my second set of tires I got from Samaritan in Minnetonka. The first set served me quite well, and the new set seems to be a good recommendation, as well. Found out I needed 2 trailer tires ASAP and called them at 430pm.they had someone drive from their warehouse and the tires were there by 5pm. They were super friendly and also had the best price. I called 7 other places locally, they were all more expensive and also wouldn't be able to get th tires from their warehouse til the next day. Chris the owner reached out to me after I had a lug stud stripped and it was replaced. Chris went above and beyond my expectations for a tire shop by taking care of me and apologizing. I have yet to meet another business where the owner cares about his customers and personally works with you. Samaritan tire did an excellent job with my alignment and putting on wheels that I bought from Walmart on my vehicle. Samaritan tire was the only shop that would mount my tires. I am a car guy, through and through, so naturally I am wary of most mechanic shops. As such, I generally do all of my own maintenance on my vehicles, but I am forced to farm out things like alignments and tire work. I discovered Samaritan Tire about four years ago and this is the only shop I trust with my vehicles. Today, my fiancee called to tell me she hit a huge pothole and thinks she may have "wrecked something". I drove to her place of work in Plymouth and sure enough, she bent her wheel. I called Samaritan Tire and asked if they could get me in quickly as I was on my lunch break and had limited time, and Chris was able to order a new wheel on the spot and told me to stop by. They got the car in immediately, notified me of a few other issues with the car that I was unaware of (without pressuring me to fix them immediately), and had me back on the road with a new wheel within an hour! The bill was considerably cheaper than what I was expecting, to boot. This is why I love this place. I have been going here for years and it's the only place I trust to bring my vehicles - they are honest, affordable, and treat your car with respect. I live in South Minneapolis and work in Bloomington, but I always make the drive to Samaritan Tire - Minnetonka.

Just had a set of wheels and tires put on my truck this weekend. Frank was a huge help over the phone, before I even promised them business. Once I picked out everything and it came in, we setup an appointment. The tires I wanted ended up rubbing a bit, so Frank had a driver run to their warehouse and grab a slightly smaller size so they could still install the same day. I had two new rear tires put on today and am very happy overall. I picked Samaritan because of the positive reviews and some recommendations from acquaintances, and since I’ve had bad luck with wheel damage in the past from other “bargain” chains out there. Prior to install, I called with a few questions since I was looking for a specific tire and was planning on ordering from Tire Rack. Michael answered all of my questions and ended up price matching Tire Rack, so I went through Samaritan directly. Though a little bit out of my way, I’ll be returning here for our other vehicles. The waiting room was comfortable and had WiFi available, so I was able to get a little work done while waiting.

This place is fantastic. Be very skeptical if you bring a damaged tire somewhere else and they tell you it can't be fixed, on multiple occasions I've been told a tire can't be fixed and Samaritan took care of it for minimal cost. This is the only place I go to for my tire needs now. I just bought 4 new tires for my Toyota Tacoma from them and they had exactly what I wanted for a very good price. Their prices even beat some online places and Cost Co. Go to Samaritan, you won't be disappointed!

These guys are great! I got a great deal on new tires. After I ran over a nail they fixed it for free. Also, I had a tire that was not sealing properly. They went above and beyond and replace the tire for free. They did not have to do that and saved me $150 for a new tire in the process. I come from St. Paul to go to Samaritan. An excellent company that I would recommend to anyone.

I hit a pothole and completely blew out the tire sidewall. I needed the tire replaced asap and couldn't wait until Monday to get a tirerack tire delivered. Tirerack recommended Samaritan as a preferred wheel service center, so I called them for a quote on a tire and installation. The price was competitive with distributor prices and Samaritan was able to get me in Saturday morning. I brought the wheel and rim in and they were able to mount the new tire in about 15 minutes! Fair price and astoundingly fast service during this visit.

I initially took my car to the dealership where I bought it when I ran over debris on the road and punctured my tire but they severely and rudely tried to upsell me. At 8.8 months pregnant. While trying to get out of town for my dad's triple bypass surgery. I took my car to Samaritan instead and they fixed everything up, put the tire and spare both back where they belong and DIDN'T CHARGE ME because they felt so bad for my situation. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I still hope to deal with car troubles as seldom as possible but I will be happy to bring my car here and support their business in the future.

The place to go for your tire-related services. I hit a giant pothole which blew out one of my front tires and as my car has AWD with relatively new tires, there was no way I was going to waste my money on four new tires. I called about ten places asking if they would be able to shave a single tire to match the tread of my other three good tires before I found Samaritan tire and despite it being a bit of a drive (I live in South Minneapolis and work in Bloomington), it was totally worth it. I rolled into their shop and they understood the urgency and got to work right away. Within two hours, they got the tire to their location, put it on the car, fixed the alignment, and had everything good to go. Everything was very straightforward, and as a car guy, I really appreciate their no-nonsense approach. Top-notch service that allowed me to carry on with my day with hardly skipping a beat. Edit: Changing review from 5 stars to 3 stars as unfortunately, they torqued the bajeebus out of my lug nuts (with torque more appropriate for an axle nut) when putting the wheel back on, causing my rotor to warp. Eventually, I got some pretty nasty brake pulsations. A pair of new rotors afterwards, the pulsation went away immediately. Hopefully this gets corrected on their end so others won't have to experience the same thing. Other than that, they provided great service.

I always seem to wait to the last minute to put on my winter tires and wheels. And to make matters worse, the first snowfall is usually right around Thanksgiving when everyone is traveling. I called Samaritan and without an appointment they still managed to get my tires swapped in one day! When I pulled in, they hard cars lined up around the entire building (a testament to how good they are). Even with an insane amount of cars to work on, they were calm and efficient. If you recently lowered your Celica, then I recommend going to Samaritan Tires! Every shop denied me service because my car was too "low" pfft 1.4" drop on Tein S-Techs? C'mon... So I hit up Samaritan and they're prob the only shop that has an alignment rack low enough to align my car, and I must say, there is a HUGE DIFFERENCE! 1. Car rides more softer, there's less noise going over cracks, and it feels like OEM suspension again, or arguably like Camry suspension. 2. My car sits more even now. The fender gap in the front is equal to the gap in the rear. 3. The steering feels superb. Taking fast turns I have more control and feel planted. 4. Other things things like improving tire life and decreasing brake distance was a plus! 10/10 would recommend Samaritan Tire.

Do you ever feel freaked out about the dubious nature of any auto repair shop. The sensation that they are probably ripping you off? After all you probably know more about Kevin Bacons life than even the most basic happenings of your car. And it is for that reason that I love this place. By nature I am extremely suspicious, and as I have had a couple interactions with Samaritan Tire I can confidently say that they have won me over. My TPMS light was coming on for my accord and the guy at the front had me pull my car around back - into the shop. The dudes were literally listening to classical music and one of them came over and checked my tires, put 2 pounds in the back right. We eventually came to the conclusion that something in route from 694 to 94 was tripping the sensor - since everything else was in order. They also showed me what the gauge looks like on 'smart tires' Afterwards they sent me on my way, free of charge
