I needed new tires desperately because my tires were summer tires. I was driving on the freeway and my car was slidding out of control. I called and ask around and spoke to Nolan who works at Norm’s. He was very professional and nice, he told me the wait time would be 4-5 hours to get new tires install. I told him I have a toddler, I cannot wait that long. He than offer to lend me a car so I can drive home. I dropped off my car, they called about 4 hours later saying my car was done. I came to pick up my car and return their car. Nolan and his team went out of their way to accommodate me with a car to drive home. I love the service they have provided and would recommend them to anyone who have problems with their tires. Thank you Nolan and your team for making it so pleasant and affordable for me to get new tires installed.

Just before a cross country move, we noticed a screw embedded in a tire. I brought it to Norms based on Google reviews. They pulled the screw, performed a soap test in the lot. It looked ok but to be on the safe side, they wanted to perform a dunk test. The test showed no puncture. The refused to take any payment. This is a business you can trust. Highly recommend.

I am a repeat customer. Norm's has helped us out on several occasions. When we needed to replace just ONE tire on an all wheel drive vehicle Norms was able to shape the tire so that the tread depth would match the original tires. (Saving us the cost of buying 4 new tires.) When I recently needed 4 new tires and wheels Norm's offered a very competitive price and did a very professional job. AFTER the sale Norm's treats customers with great respect and care and Norm's stands behind their product and service 100%. Don't go anywhere else for your tire and wheel needs.

I was able to get in same day for an appointment for service on my car. They were very friendly and helpful. It was more expensive than Discount Tire, but they were much more knowledgeable and faster. I was disappointed that no one there was wearing a mask or social distancing and I had to get pretty close to other customers and staff when I checked out. There are definitely ways to make the showroom feel more safe for customers during the pandemic.

The best place for wheel balancing. I went to many places to get my wheels balanced but none of them can fix it. Norm's tire immediately knew what was the issue and was able to fix it. They know their tires. Services are excellent and the shop is clean. The best place for anything with tires.

This place is great! Super fast service, they quoted me $85 and gave me everything for $79 out the door! Honest service advisors, great techs, and a really nice waiting room! I blew out a tire after hitting a pot hole. Norms fixed my tire so fast it was amazing! I was in and out in under 30 minutes without an appointment! I will be back for sure! Best customer service I've ever had. I initially went to another tire shop to get my punctured tire fixed. They said it was not repairable, and I would need to purchase all new tires since I have an AWD vehicle. That would've costed me $1,100. I contacted Norm's Tires because they offered a tire truing service where I could just buy one tire and true it to match the tread of the other three tires. Bill at Norm's informed me that my tire was in fact repairable, and they got me out of there in 20 minutes with only spending $40. They easily could've said that the tire was not repairable and I would need to purchase a new one and have the truing service done, which would've been $350. But, they are honest people and really look out for their customer's best interest. They just got a new loyal customer!

I needed four new all-season tires installed and two of them either repaired or replaced since they were leaking. I was able to get to Norm's at 7:30 AM and it took about 1.5 hours to complete the whole process. They even made sure to consult me about replacing the seals beforehand. One tire was disposed of, one repaired, and the rest replaced without issue. The only issue I had was that I had chrome/metal valve caps that they didn't return to me until I requested them back and had them check twice in the shop to make sure they weren't lost. I'm happy overall, though, and the tires have been working great through the winter so far.

I had the best experience at Norm's. I had a blowout this summer and needed a used tire to get me by before I sold my car. Norm's had a great tire and changed it incredibly fast. The waiting room is very comfortable as well. They got my tire on in no time and I was on my way. The price was quite reasonable too. A few weeks later I noticed the tire was losing a little pressure so I filled it with air and checked it a few days later. It had a slow leak so I took it back to Norm's. They guarantee all their used tires for 30 days. I went in 33 days later but they still took care of it at no charge. They even cleaned up the rim where they saw some corrosion. I was in and out in under an hour and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back whether it is for more used tires or for a full set of new ones. Thanks Norm's

Google wants a review before I even finish one transaction but so far can shop people seem to know what they are doing.The price was right at tire rack's but actual human service real knowledgeable advice about which tires to get. Installation and disposal included in estimate. I don't have the car back yet, the tires they can do today but alignment is booked until the middle of next week which is understandable at 110 bucks. I'll update after I get it back.

I really enjoy buying my tires and having my car serviced at Norm's. Family-owned, friendly team, speedy service, reasonable prices. My windshield wipers were torn up when I had my brakes replaced. I said "oh yeah, I have new ones, just haven't put them on." They laughed, and then put them on for me. Nice to see the same people every time I go in, and to trust that I won't be swindled.

My husband, Bryan got a flat. Took the truck in today for a new tire. They repaired the tire (when they could have sold him a brand new one), and fixed his tire. He knew his wheel bearings were bad - and they caught it and offered to fix on the spot. When I got home from the office, my husband raved about how clean everything was, the best waiting room he’s ever seen for a repair shop along with super clean restrooms. Then the bill came and was so pleased at the reasonable price. He was prepared for another overpriced place that tries to over sell you. Was extremely impressed. I will be popping in there shortly for my van.

We just got here from Vegas and had a flat! I saw all the wonderful reviews about Norms and decided to take my car there! I was working from the hotel after my job transfer to MN so my sister took it in and she said they treat people just like family! They were able to fix the tire instead of having to get a whole new one! I then had some air go out and she said to bring it in and they would check it again just to make sure it was ok! They really explain everything they are doing or what could be wrong! Like i didn’t realize because our tires r from the desert that could have a bearing on losing air! Thank u for being so kind and wonderful! We will definitely be having my tires done there in the near future when I get all brand new ones :)

Called just to price out some tires. I’m 7 months pregnant with an almost 8 year old. Told the rep I was looking for a year round tire that handles water, slush, ice, and snow etc well. He gave me a couple options he recommended for what I was looking for. I drive a 2013 Altima with FWD so tires are really important for me. I ended up choosing the more expensive tire because he recommended them so highly and I live out in the sticks, plus I’ll be stuck with them for a couple years so I don’t want to cheap out. Only had them for a week now but I must say they are fantastic in the winter weather! I’ve tested them out some on my ice covered half mile long driveway and they keep traction so well. It snowed again today and I slammed the brakes I test them some more on some accumulated snow and again they grabbed traction so quickly!! Super impressed with the Nokian tires and amazing service and recommendation I received. Will be back for my next set for sure!

I came here looking for some bigger rims and tires for my car to use on track day. Joy helped me out. We sat down and talked for a little while about what I was looking for and within 15 to 20 minutes we had ordered what we decided that we needed. Joy really knows her stuff because when the parts came in they fit absolutely perfectly and looked great! This is an almost 25 year old car. I would recommend this business for anyone who just has a flat tire or needs to order big tires on aftermarket wheels. P.s. I overheard the guy in front of me ordering tires for a Model T. These guys know their stuff and can get anything that they make for it. The community obviously has a lot of trust in the shop for good reason. Thanks a lot!

John got the wheels and tires just right and Brad did a superb front brake job. Norm's remain the best tire shop in town and the only place I will take my car for tire work. Ignore any negative reviews. Their prices are fair and market realistic. Joy and Nick are rock stars.

Norm's is the best tire shop I have ever used. I am very, very picky about tires being balanced properly. There have been a few instances where Norm's has gone far and beyond the call of duty to make me happy. I don't even bother calling around price shopping because I know if go somewhere else, I will just end up at Norm's to have them re balance the tires & maybe even find a defective one that was sold to me. (yes that did happen).

At the beginning of the summer I had just gotten my Camaro wheels powder coated and was pretty nervous about getting them mounted. I had heard for years, word-of-mouth, from people in the car community that Norm's does a good job. I decided to go to them and had a great experience. I found out one of my wheels was bent which cost me way more then I wanted to but it got fixed, and surprisingly didn't ruin the powder coat. More recently, I have horrible luck with screws in my tires, so I brought them back to get my tire patched. They did a great job once again, and didn't scratch my wheels either time. I feel safe getting my tires mounted here which means a lot to me.

I've been visiting Norm's since they were at their old location in Little Canada. They always have excellent customer service and work hard to find the right solution for you and your vehicle. They understand what the customer really needs.... • Have a beater with a single bad tire? They can find a used tire that will do the trick. • Have a nail puncture hole in a car which doesn't get that many miles put on it? They will patch the hole instead of swindling you into a new tire. • Maybe you have a daily driver that is both out of alignment and has worn tires in Late February? They will tell you it'll make it a few months and that you should bring it back in April or May when most of the potholes have been repaired (so you don't throw it out of alignment again right away.) • Have a sports car with a bent rim that you push to the limits? They will suggest you get that fixed because of the stresses you put the car through. These are all examples that I have personally experienced. The point I'm trying to make is that they really pick the right solution for you, not what makes them the most money. I have found their work to be high quality and have not had any issues with the work they have performed on any of the multiple vehicles that I have brought to them. I also appreciate the friendliness of their front desk staff, and the knowledgeability the garage staff have in their respective focus areas.

My last visit, I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes after my car was done, and I could see it sitting out in the lot, but was waiting for them to get me after my car was done. It was because one of the 4 new tires that I purchased was not balanced properly and I had to bring it back in to Norm's. Since I bought the tires and the lifetime tire plan ($9.95/tire) there, I have to go back to have them rotated or if a flat happens, which is nice; however, no lifetime balance though, which you never know when tired might need balancing again. Overall, more than I expected to spend vs. other places when labor, balance, (which was $15/tire), taxes and other fees are factored in, even though the tires I got were higher priced. If it was not for Joy K and her excellent way of treating me, I probably would have shopped around more and not have wanted to go back. She is a great lady! It is a big place and has a lot of neat memorabilia on the walls and they do offer complementary beverages and T.V, though you cannot see your car being worked on. Thanks1

They do cost a little more than average. It's a nice place, very clean and looks professional. The guy on the phone never told me the loaner cars cost $20 for the day, so I wasn't expecting that when paying. Would be nice if they communicated the total price for the repairs clearly, instead of just the base pre-tax and pre-"shop fees". I probably won't go there again.

Awesome mechanic shop, and that means a lot coming from me. I'm VERY picky. They specialize in figuring out vibrations and wheel balance. They are one of the only shops that will actually proactively reseat tires on rims to optimize balance. They are also very competitively priced. I've been searching for a mechanic that will take my vibration issues seriously and I've finally found one. PLUS they are a Michelin dealer! I will be taking my vehicles here for as long as I live in the area.

Brought in a set of aftermarket wheels and Michelin PSS run-flat tires for a new Corvette which most tire shops and dealerships won't touch due to the difficulty and likelihood of damage. Norm's took care of them easily. Just thought i'd share this in case anyone is looking for a trustworthy place to have any performance tire/wheel work done. The employees at Norm's Tire Sales are true professionals. Very nice people that you can trust to do the job right at a fair price. I purchased tires at NTB because I had a flat near one of their stores. They could not balance the tires on my Dodge Stratus. After several tries (six) the manager of the Champlin NTB took me in a room and told me I just didn't understand how tires work. I took my car to Norm's and they balanced the tires in 15 min. I highly recommend Norm's. They are the no nonsense experts. Their shop, store, waiting room are clean and you can trust them with your vehicle.

One of the tires on our PWC trailer blew out on 694. I called Norm's Tires from the side of the freeway and they got me all set. Amazing experience! I was looking for snow tires and wanted to get the highly rated Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2. Most locations that I was aware of didn't carry Nokian tires so I had to do some googling. I was glad to find that Norm's Tire Sales could order them for me for a great price. I placed the order on Thursday morning and the tires were available the next day! Joy Kokaisel promptly gave me a quote for the tires and placed my order. Bill handled my store visit to pickup the tires. Both of them were courteous, helpful and a delight to work with. The tires were neatly covered with plastic bags and they loaded them into my car. Fabulous experience on the whole. I'll be back to order my summer tires for the other car. When it comes to snow tires and you're debating between Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 and the Michelin X Ice3, go for the Nokian... they're clearly better. Apologies for the anonymization of my username.

Went there to have windows looked at, had car 5 weeks. Noticed 2 of the windows were not working at all . This was a issue happened out of no ware.they said they will check it out.when they were done. $190.00 + dollars later said was all gd. When i went to get in car. Now no windows work?? told them. now it's a intermittent issue? But they said they worked. So told me to bring back and they will fix issue for sure. Est. $200.00, Gd folks.so I'm going in today. 4/2/2018.
