My mom got a sidewall flat a few days ago. She called Mr P's and they quoted her $42.00 for a used tire and install. She just got back and I gotta say she got a hell of a deal, the tire looks almost brand new and it's a name brand Firestone, she said the installed took about 2 minutes. These guys are really awesome and I would definitely recommend them to people who are in a crunch and don't want to spend $100s of dollars or can't afford to spend $100s of dollars.

After trying many places to get my tire repaired and told it would be a few days before the could get me in, my son suggested Mr Ps on KK. I called and they said stop in, I was out of there quickly and the service was great. They had my tire off my car within minutes of getting there. Took it off the rim, patched it and remounted the tire and got it back on my car. Thanks for the quick service ! I’ll be back for my future tire needs.

They are fast and straight to the point. They have new tires as well as used tires. Just be prepared to wait atleast 10 mins fuel to them always being busy. Don't get discouraged if the guy behind the counter is crabby. He deals with alot of customers every day and not everyone is nice

We've been a fan of Mr. P's (Bayview and Greenfield) for a long time. The most recent experience was the best. Arrived right at closing, on a muggy 95 degree day, hoping to just drop off the tire and pick it up in the AM. Sure enough, boss said is 8:10 AM OK? Wow, yeah sure sounds great! But by the time I got back in my truck, one of the gents from the back was waving me back in - they already started on it, less than 3 minutes from my arrival. They stayed a bit late and got it mounted back on my vehicle in the still -blazing sun. And to top it off, they entire time everyone at Mr. P's was super friendly, asking how my day was, and just generally being pleasant and fun to be around. And if you do have to wait a bit, there are great historic pics of the shop and Bayview in general in the office. Plus the great aroma of NEW TIRES!

Went in with a flat tire, they diagnosed the problem and gave me my options within 5 minutes. No appointment necessary, even after 5pm on a weeknight. Price for a new tire seemed reasonable. The best part is they didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed like most places do.

Been coming here a few years with a few cars now. My wife managed to drive my car over rubber bungee strap and punctured the tire in two spots with both ends of the strap—we made their Jar of Fame. Inexpensive repair for our Tesla Model X. Apparently they're quite familiar with Teslas and even use a plastic gasket when jacking the cars up. A+ service as always.

This winter has been rough on my tires. I’ve caught two flats since winter began (one front and one back tire). I have come here both times to replace the tire and could not be happier. They are prompt, friendly, efficient, and get you back on the road in a timely fashion. Whether it’s a skeleton crew or a full house working these guys are FAST and do a great job. The prices are affordable too. I highly recommend them for any tire services you may need!

I checked around for a set of 4 Michelin tires and Mr. P’s beat the next lowest price by $150.00. They were very polite and fast. It took one day to get them from their warehouse and the next day it took less than 40 minutes to install. I would highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

When visiting MKE I hit a pot hole and popped a tire. While AAA put the the donut on I called Mr. P’s. They had a tire in stock and could replace it right away. I arrived to friendly prompt service, the tire was better priced than expected and I could walk and have lunch while it was repaired. They could've gotten me for a tire patch which I thought I needed but I was informed I was not. Just got a tire rotation which was the mostly standard 20 bucks. Very satisfied! I pulled up and was immediately helped. Shop was able to remove a screw from my tire and patch it in under 20 minutes for $25. I had had a good experience with Firestone before, but their shop on 27th cancelled the appointment that I had made to check out a leaky tire because they were understaffed. They said I couldn't make another appointment if I wanted to wait in store, because they were too backed up. Anyways, go to Mr. P's first!

I highly recommend any tire needs to come here!! I called Friday night right before they closed after getting an oil change somewhere and them telling me I need new tires ASAP, but wanted $1000 to do so. The kind gentleman I spoke with Friday night said he could get me in right away Saturday morning and for almost half the price! I was shocked, I even laughed and said omg really?! He said yes m’am, that’s how we do things here! I dropped my car off Saturday morning and he said about 2 hours and he was right on time!!! Super quick!! This is probably the 5th or 6th set of tires I’ve gotten from them. They are amazing! The prices are great and the service is even better. I called this morning and they ordered the tires and I was able to get them installed a couple hours later on my truck. I get all my truck, car, and trailer tires from them. Anytime someone asks where to get tires I recommend them. Fantastic work and thank you for getting my tires in and getting them installed the same day.

Mr. P's is fantastic. I went in for a patch due to a screw in my tire and they discovered all 4 of my tires were dangerously close to blow out due to a suspected alignment problem. They were able to offer the best price on replacing all 4 tires, didn't nickel and dime us with extra charges, and were very polite through the whole, stressful to me, process. Their sharp eyes led to me taking my car to another shop to fix the alignment and probably saved the lives of everyone in my family. Turned out my ball joints were all shot and desperately needed replacement. I can't recommend this shop highly enough! Great prices, great people, honest, and fast. Can't ask for more then that!

My husband and I both got new tires from Mr. P’s this week. I had budgeted about $200 more than what it actually cost me- I honestly couldn’t believe how reasonable their prices were. They were so flexible about drop off times and so fast doing the work. I could not be happier with my tires and the service at Mr. P’s-they were SO FRIENDLY. I didn't go when Google though I did, however I was on the street parked in front of the store. That said, I use the store as my new tire business and tire repair store. I replaced Blains Farm and Fleet on Rawson Ave in Oak Creek with Mr. P's Tires, because Blains does not take care of loyal customers. "THEY ARE TOO BUSY". Never going back to Blains Farm and Fleet on Rawson Ave in Oak Creek for service or tires, and I spent over $3,000 at that store on tires for 2 cars and 2 bumper hitches. Hate their attitude.

Easy place for a quick fix to plug a few flats. Guys were nice and price was fair ($25 per flat fix). No hidden prices and when I mentioned maybe I just need new tires, they assured me that mine had plenty of life left in them (it was just that the previous repair job by someone else had been shoddy - which I agree with!) I've been to the Bay View Mr. P's to get a tire pressure sensor and leaking tire fixed and it's always great. Friendly staff, quick service, and the prices are better than most other shops. Great service and great prices. I called to inquire about 4 tires for my Hyundai Elantra and within 24 hours, those 4 tires were on my car! Price was very fair and I even got a $50 mail in rebate. Thank you for your efficient and friendly service. Overall, great experience today. (Only thing to keep in mind is that they do not do alignments. Be sure to get an alignment with your new tires! They are sure to recommend that on your way out as well)

My daughter took me to Mr. P's and I bought her a used tire for an affordable $36.99! The tire had great tread too. From the time I stepped out of my daughter's car to cashing out the service, it took 20 minutes. They also put air in all 4 tires to the correct pressure. The staff was professional and courteous. Some of the guys were dirty, but I appreciate good hard blue-collar work. I recommend any one with a tight budget to go to Mr. P's tires. In addition they also install new tires too.

Simply awesome. Replacing the Generals on my CR-V, I called at 8:30 they had them in stock. I got there at 9:15 and left at 9:45 with a brand new set, same price as when I bought my first pair from them four years ago. Nice guys, fast and reliable.

This is an UPDATE. I was just there this morning - May 27, 2020. Same awesome service! I had a flat, needed a new tire. Was taken care of by my regular guys. And, I they checked all my tires, including the spare, and had me on the riad6 in record time! I was able to go home, eat and throw on my scrubs and was to work on time!! Thank you guys!!!Super nice guys always ready to help, give advice and just all in all good service. I think I owe them a plate of cookies or cupcakes.

The service was horrendous by most counts. The younger guy was trying his best but his partner was a dick and was counting down the minutes to leave. I had new tires put on that I brought with and had another tire patched up. They put the new tires on the front and when I asked to have them placed on the rear as industry standards suggest. I was mocked by the guy and told I was wrong. The prices were very reasonable and the service was quick, if only someone had some people skills.

Great place! (The manager?) Raymond is very helpful and kind; helping me and my wife even though we had inadvertently arrived after the place had just closed. I'm on crutches and my wife is pregnant, and so he took our old tire from our trunk instead of making us do it. Furthermore, I watched an exchange between him and the customer before us; a mentally disabled woman who couldn't remember whether she had paid yet. Raymond was patient and honest with her, telling her she had already paid, instead of taking advantage of her. Excellent price, excellent service. If you need tires, come here instead of any other place. They are good people, and honest; a forgotten virtue in today's marketplace.

I had a slowly leaking tire(nail in tire). I called about making an appointment as was told to just come in, they don’t take appointments. I arrived around 3:30PM on a Tuesday. This place is no frills, right to business. If your looking for a beautiful experience go to a dealership. I was in and out in 20 minutes for $20! The mechanic,who did everything for me, also informed me that my tread was low and he’d look up a price for me(which was $200 cheaper than some other place). No pressure or sales tactics, just good business!

Mr. P's Tires is the definition of service. I've had 2 experience going there. First one was in the summer where I had a screw in my tire. By the time i got out of my car , my car was already on jacks and someone was there to help. That took all of 15 mins and paid a very reasonable price for a patch. The second was in winter. I had a tear in the side of my tire, went there to get it check out, did have the tires i needed in stock. They said they would get them in within 2 hours. Boom 2 hours later they call me for the service and another 15 mins and Im out the door. The new tires were also reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend to everybody.

My only experience is over the phone. I called to see if they had a used tire my size they did not and I can absolutely say with most certainty that their on the phone customer service skills could use some work. I may give them another chance one day but that phone call really turned me off.

Mr. P's in Bayview has one important quality that sets them above the rest : HONESTY. A dealership had told me that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and would need to replace it (for over $150) because it was unfixable. Knowing dealerships can be expensive, I thought I would check my options. The next day, I pulled into Mr. P's to ask for an estimate for a new tire, and walked out 15 minutes later with my tire fixed for only $21. Instead of just replacing the tire, Raymond showed me that the nail was no where near the sidewall and the dealership had tried to pull one over on me. Honesty and integrity are important, and I will happily support this business and recommend it to everyone I know. Thanks Mr. P's.
