I liked the service I received and will be back to get my next set put on at this location. The lady working the counter was kind, helpful and professional. My only gripe was despite having an appointment and filling out my information before hand, they didn't have the available tires for me and had to go to the warehouse to get them. Not a big deal- but why ask for my information and not have options readily available? Just seemed like the whole process could have been smoother.

Desk people excellent. Odd situation. Mechanic stopped me from leaving because he said he left a wrench in my car. But he climbed under my car in the parking lot and spent 5 minutes under there. What the heck? Doesn't make one confident in his work. Lurches when braking...new brakes...giving it a few days but my call for a look.

Tiffany and Julian (sorry for any spelling errors) are great. Solid customer service and even when I've had to wait for my vehicle, they've communicated the status of my vehicle regularly. I've had new tires, oil changes, and new brake pads/rotors done here and will continue to choose Monro in the future.

I was thrilled I was able to walk in and get service immediately. Walmart auto center wasn't able to do this and they were very short with their answers almost rude. The staff was very laid back. They do prefer that you make an appointment.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, my first time at this location. When I first went in, no one was at the front desk, and I waited for about 5 minutes until someone came in from the garage and scheduled an appointment with me for the next day. They weren't super friendly, but weren't mean either, just kind of indifferent toward me as a customer. Dropped off my car the next day, and they told me it would be about an hour. They kept to that timeframe, which I appreciated. They didn't relay any info about the fluid levels or anything from their inspection of the vehicle, so I assume everything is fine. When I got my car back, there was grease all over my steering wheel and the driver side door mat was covered in mud (see the photo). I know these guys work on cars all day and my car is a 2008, so it's not super nice, but still, they could have at least put something down so they wouldn't get my floor mat super filthy. Now I have to clean my carpet. Price was reasonable for the change, paid ~$100 for full synthetic, which is around what I am used to paying for my vehicle. So they get 3 stars for the price and time it took, but took off two stars for the indifference they showed to me and the interior of my car.

Good customer service from the woman working the desk. I can’t say much about the tires being put on until some time passes. The biggest issue is how dirty the waiting area and restroom is. Both are filthy, looks like it’s been a year since either were cleaned. I hope they put more care in the service I came in for than they do in their presentation of the establishment.

Had an emergency on July 3 on the way to lake Michigan. Blew out a boat trailer tire (never fun especially on a freeway) and then discovered the spare had a leaky valve stem after I installed it. These guys changed out the valve stem in about 2 minutes flat and then sent me on my way without accepting a payment. Very nice crew at this place. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Troy.

I'm a health care worker and veteran and my time is very important I went to Monroes on my lunch break for a tire repair hoping to make it back to the va medical center they got me in and out in minutes and back to work in no time thanks to the good guys at Monroe.

I picked up a nail in my tire on the 4th of July, they were the only shop out of 5 who said they could fit me in the next day instead of waiting a week. They were busy, so it took ~20 min to have someone take a look at it, but from that point on it was a <10 minute fix and they didn't charge me for it. Thank you!

I just came by today (a Sunday) as my 2019 Honda Accord kept having its Tire Pressure light on, even tho I input what I assumed was the appropriate air. The employee immediately reassured me it was likely just a “reset” needed for my TPSM. He kindly helped me do so in my car. No charge, in and out in under 10 minutes, on a Sunday. Never once did he try and charge me for any additional service I did not need or request. I am very impressed and happy with my experience here.

I had an appointment to fix a tire leak first thing in the morning the day before we traveled Thanksgiving. I also had to get in and out quickly, because I was on my way to work. Ted got me in fast, did an assessment, fixed the problem (valve stem), and got me out the door 45 minutes later. Professional, accommodating, speedy.... exactly what I want in a tire shop. Austin and Julien were very professional. I came in because I had a slow leak in my tire. Austin looked at it, let me know what was going on, and fixed it. Their explanation made it easy to understand and also gave future recommendations for my car. I was there for only 20 minutes. They are quick, professional, and very nice guys! Generally good experience. Ordered tires from Tire Rack, had the shipped there. Tire Rack quoted $78.00 to install, ended up being $130, included a lot of things that were necessary. Car had multiple grease marks on the exterior. Did work on time and as quoted, very pleasant folks

I had a very unexpected battery issue with my car last week where the battery died at the Amstar gas station a block down the road from them. It happened at night and I called them the next morning after Greitens Auto Service across the road from the gas station didn't want my business and flat out refused to run the test. I was in and out of Monro with a diagnostics test run, new battery installed, and some corrosion cleaned up from the previous battery in about 2 hours while I had some lunch across the street at McGinns (excellent bar and grill btw). Thank you for being professional, detailed, and helpful throughout the process of getting my car back on the road in a timely manner. I will be back in the future!

As a young woman, I always am hesitant to go to auto shops. I have a no idea anything about my car and am clueless when it comes to prices/maintenance. I almost always feel taken advantage of. However, it could not have been more opposite when I went to Monro on Bluemound. It’s an understatement to say I had anything less than a fantastic experience. The workers, particularly the two mangers/main men, were so straightforward and helpful and lovely. They were efficient and helped me get the best deal. They were so kind with both my car and my mother’s truck and it was unlike any shop I’ve ever been to before. They were straightforward and extremely communicative and helped me fully understand what was going on/how to fix it. I would 10 out of 10 recommend and I’m really happy to have found my new go to shop.

The people here were amazing! I was on the highway when my tire pressure light came on. I exited and found this place. I was panicked and they were kind and calming. They helped me by checking my tire, offering to assist, and were incredibly patient with me. I can’t say enough about how they treated me. Great guys, great service. My wife stopped at the shop on Bluemound because the plastic undercarriage cover had come loose and was dragging under her car. After hitting a huge pothole and destroying my tire, I had my car towed to an auto shop that revealed upon my arrival that they "didn't have tires" and couldn't help me. With a quick google search I came across this place-- and I am SO glad I did. I called them and within 30 minutes I had my tire fixed. The people working were kind, patient and understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Fair pricing and a staff that works in the best interest of their guests.

My tire was going flat (fast). I rushed over to Monroe Automotive on Bluemound Avenue in Milwaukee and they were closed, but two staff members were still there and we talked and we talked. They said they could take care of my first thing in the morning. So I left my car there over night. The next morning I returned and discovered they could not repair the tire (due to where it was punctured). I told them I needed to get to a meeting in 90 minutes and could they fast-forward a replacement. They did. They were awesome. I felt they were there for me. I was totally impressed. Just outstanding customer service. Bravo!! Not at all what I was expecting. And I made it to my meeting on time!!!!

The staff at Monro's were exceptionally helpful, timely, and kind helping me to get my rear two tires replaced without an appointment. I know where I'll be going if I need any other repairs!!

Incredible experience. I was out of town visiting the area when my tire pressure light came on as I was preparing to drive 5 hours home. I stopped in and had my tires checked and filled immediately. They were able to identify the problem and fix it within minutes. I felt at ease on my travel home and have had no tire problems since.

I had a punctured tire coming back into town late Sunday evening. We were able to get some air in the tire and drive it up to Monro Auto Service and Tire. I wasn’t sure if anyone would be able to take a look at it as I stopped by just before closing. Joe was extremely helpful, and was more than happy to take the time to pull the car in, take a look at the tire, and helped get everything sorted out. This was my first experience at Monro Auto Service and Tire, and will certainly go back after this experience. Highly recommend!

The young man attending the front desk was very helpful and kind. Stellar customer service!! I was simply getting new tires installed, and they indicated that it would take about an hour or an hour and half. They completed my car in under an hour. I got two flat tires, two different times, leaving my apartment for work in the morning. I stopped here both times and they were more than incredibly nice and willing to help! I work at a dealership so I have been getting the work done here BUT if I didn't, I would 100% get the work done at Monro. The first time they put on my spare tire for me and the second they filled it with air and explained what was going on so I could call and explain it to my work before dropping my vehicle off. A young man working there named Julian set me up with an appointment even though they were already booked. He worked within the timeframe I needed and got the job done. Just had another great experience at Monro on Bluemound. First time, a few months back, I had a flat on a Saturday and Joe got me a new tire put on and I was on my way in just a few hours. Yesterday (a Sunday), I got a pin hole puncture in my tire and dropped the car off last minute... Joe pulled through again and got me all squared away. Honest service, good prices, and quick turnaround. They’ll hook you up.

New manager, Aaron really helped me out. I pulled into the parts store next door as my car was losing power around 4pm. They recommended Aaron by name and sent me over to speak with him. He was able to get me in to replace the alternator within an hour and had me out the door about an hour later. Excellent customer service at the front of the house in addition to turning a wrench.

I contacted Monro Muffler Brake & Service on Bluemound Road in Milwaukee, WI for an oil change. I was able to print a $14.99 coupon from their website and was offered a same day appointment. The saving was incredible. After the service technicians thoroughly inspected my vehicle, they discovered I needed a new tire valve sensor. They were willing to create time in their schedule to service my tire, in addition to doing my oil change. This service center is conveniently located between Milwaukee and Wauwatosa. Frank, Manager of Monro, was extremely helpful, and he made me feel valued as a customer.

A flat tire brought me to Munro on Bluemound on a Saturday. I anticipated only needing 1 new tire, but because I have all-wheel drive, I had to get an entirely new set of tires--not what I anticipated doing on a Saturday! Both Aaron and Joe were very nice and Joe gave me a little discount to defray a little of the cost. The wait took a little longer than they anticipated, but overall, my experience was very positive and I would come here again.

Last Saturday morning I had a lot of running around to do and woke up to find the front left wheel on my car looked low. I drove the car over to Monro Brakes/Tires at 5930 W Bluemound to see if they could take a look at the tire for me. I had no appointment, and was concerned that they'd either have no time available, or that a repair / replacement of the tire could be expensive. I can't tell you how pleased I was, when Andrew Kreblin (Store Manager) not only looked at it immediately (and found a nail puncture - thank you Tosa construction), but proceeded to personally repair the tire for me. When I asked what i owed him, he told me not to worry about it and wished me a pleasant weekend and Holiday! This was the 2nd time I've received absolutely stellar service in a timely manner at this Monro location, and I heartily recommend the shop to anyone with wheel/tire/brakes issues!

Another great experience with Monro Service on Bluemound! I called within 30 minutes of their closing time because I had gotten a flat tire on my way home from work. Grateful Customer. On my way home from Madison my back tire blew near Highway 100 and Bluemound. I didn't realize it at first and after I did, I got off of at the Hawley Rd. Exit. It was 7:05 PM. I happened to notice the Monro Muffler and Brake Service down the road from Hawley Rd.on Bluemound. I pulled in and noticed that it was after hours and the doors were locked. It was my good fortune that the manager came to the garage window, raised the door assessed the situation (ruined tire) and went to work trying to find a used tire (it's an old Corolla with over 200,000 miles on it and I am getting ready to get rid of it so I didn't want or need new tires). Unfortunately, he could not locate a used tire but did find a new one and put it on. He invited me in out of the cold and he and his co-workers were friendly and professional. In short order I was on my way--sure beats trying to put a spare on in the cold night (trying to turn rusty lug nuts). I thought the price was reasonable and given the circumstances, I was most grateful!

Son drove down on a Saturday night from Appleton for a concert and brakes went out just as he got to the venue. Couldn't drive back home safely. So, he was in an area unfamiliar, 90 minutes from home, on a Saturday night. Drove down to get him and found this shop. Left the car and dropped keys off with a note. Not only were they open on a Sunday they called me right away the next morning, assessed the issue, fixed it, and he was back on the road and home later that afternoon. Fair price. Good service. Positive communication. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thanks!

Have been very happy with Car-X. They replaced the brakes in my wife's care at a reasonable cost, called me when one of the calipers was bad. They took care of the labor costs. I have been very happy with an exhaust replacement they did on my car. I am about to get our winter tires rotated there. We have began taking our cars there almost exclusively.

Called Monro at 7:30 a.m. , right when they opened, with a grinding noise on my truck, dropped it off at 7:40 a.m., had diagnosis by 10am (brakes, rotors & calipers), and the services were all complete by time I was off work. Not to mention the cost was VERY reasonable with a lifetime warranty on the pads. Will definitely go back.
