The employee Paul was quite friendly and reassuring. Explained to me, that along with the tire change, just how the shop adjusted my alignment providing a diagram of before and after. He made it so easy to follow. The process whole process was quick taking about two in total. The tires felt great driving home, immediately feeling the much smoother the ride is now. In summary, with the great car and customer service I would definitely recommend. (PS Don't deport Paul to Canada. 😆)

I bought a lifted jeep. The original place I went for tires wouldn't touch it unless I only purchased the original spec size. I wanted to put 33"-35" tires on it. Went to Town Fair Tire and Paul went above and beyond to make sure I not only got the size and type of tire I wanted, but he also took it out of the bay after to make sure the tires wouldn't rub. I highly recommend this tire shop, and they have found a customer for life.

I don’t know how much more positive things I can say about this place. They were excellent! Beyond expectations. John, the awesome guy with the beard and tinted glasses was a tire whiz and the knowledgeable and super helpful, Paul (went above and beyond) to make sure the tires were 100% to his standards, blew us away. We came from New York and they were so accommodating to all things necessary for our “older” car. Thanks again, and again, and again… this place is simply the best!

John, the man with the beard, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, honest, and made tire suggestions in my best interest. He hooked my ‘08 4Runner up with a crispy set of Goodyear Wranglers. More than enough tire to deal with the shady boat ramps I deal with during fishing season. 10/10 would recommend. I suggest when you book an appointment you ask to work with John. You won’t regret it!

Erik, Paul, and John were wonderful to work with! I am on a tight budget and they were able to collaborate and find tires that fit within my budget and would be safe for my son and I to drive in. My right tire was stuck on and they went above and beyond to get the tire off safely and find a solution so my son and I only had to wait for the allotted time. Highly recommend this location!!!

The persons John and Steve that help me were very knowledgeable and helpful. They walked me though what tires they recommended for the car and driving I was doing. They were accommodating with me when I needed to switch may appointment. When I got there to drop off my car John helped me again making sure the old tires on my car were keepable for next summer to put back on. They got me in and out in a reasonable mount of time for what I was getting done which was all four tires mounted, balanced and an alignment. Called me when it was ready to go. Thank you Brian

Second edit: After my first edit, Paul reached out to me and was very apologetic for the problems I had been encountering. After speaking with him, Town Fair Tire ended up mailing a reimbursement check since they would've fixed it at no charge. They really did what they could, hopefully they work out the kinks in the garage. Edited: Although Paul was very helpful and it was what seemed like an easy process in the beginning, I've only had issues since leaving. After getting my tires done, my tire pressure light came on. My father took my car back to town fair while I was at work so they could fix it but they did not fix it. After nothing changed from TFT I had to go back to my usual mechanic who found a busted rear tire sensor that hadn't been an issue before getting my tires done. $320 later it is actually going to be fixed. Again, the front staff that help you pick tires seem great but not sure what's going on in the garage because they broke a sensor and were unable to fix it when it was brought back to them. Not sure if I'd recommend. First time in and Paul was extremely helpful. He made things very easy and it was clear both how knowledgeable he was about the tire options and how dedicated he was to customer service, making sure to communicate with not only me but with other customers around me. I hadn’t set up an appointment ahead of time but after talking about options and what I needed for about 20 minutes, I was only waiting for under two hours to get my car back for all new tires and a 4wheel alignment. They are nice and work very fast! Would highly recommend.

Setting up an appointment for snow tire change over and 2 new snow tires was very easy. It didn't take that long. As always after their alignment my car drives in a straight line, no wobble. I came to town fair tire in Manchester for a tire swap. I kind of had difficult requests of getting the biggest tires I can on my truck. I worked with Sam and Paul and they were both so very patient and super friendly. They made this experience, very painless and effortless. I couldn’t be happier!!! Paul greeted me professionally when I walked in looking at wheels. I’ve been looking for over a year for the right wheel And tire combination. With Paul’s help I discovered the Fuel Shok wheels and opted for 37” general grabber at/x wheels. Paul had concerns about tire size which I felt good about. He could have simply ordered what I wanted but he made me consider the size carefully. I showed him my research and forward we went. They came in and fit amazingly! Sam did a fine job. He is kind. After they installed the tires, I discovered that they had not installed the tire pressure sensors, which I had paid for. Sam assured me that the job would be done, but I did have to go back again to have them installed.

I've purchased my tires here for several years. I first want to give a shoutout to Sam at the counter. He is courteous, well spoken, listens well and helped me out quickly. I had a tire plugged as I had a nail in it, tires rotated, balanced and an alignment done. It was done within the timeframe I was told. However, after driving 5-miles , I had to return as my car was pulling hard left. They immediately brought my car in to recheck. The then informed me that one of my tires was mounted with the direction arrow going backwards! When I purchased these tires 3- months ago, I purchased them directly from Goodyear as they offered a tire rebate as well as a mounting rebate. Now they did not list TFT as an authorized installer and I'm not sure why. I had to have them mounted by a competitor who mounted one of them wrong. I won't make that mistake again. I was surprised by the fact that TFT does not test drive vehicles that they perform alignments on. If they did, they would have saved me a second trip back to address the problem. I was also surprised by the fact that when I compared the after results of the alignment with the after results of the second alignment, the first results were better than the second alignment. This was telling me that the second alignment wasn't as good as the first one. Overall, I was very pleased with how I was treated by Sam and everyone that was involved with addressing the problem. I would however like TFTs comments regarding why they don't test drive cars after alignment's, why the alignment results on the realignment were not as good as the first that was performed with the tire that was mounted incorrectly by a competitor and if it's common policy to check the directional arrows on the tires or not. Long review, but I feel that given the issues I had and how quickly they were addressed, I felt compelled to go into detail in my review. Even with the shortcomings I've highlighted, they all did a great job.

I went to Town Fair Tire after I got a flat coming home from work. I’ve needed new tires for a while, so I ponied up for four new ones. TFT has the lowest prices in town! I also needed an alignment and they offer a great deal. To my horror, my donut was put on incorrectly and ALL MY STUDS WERE BROKEN! Triple A came to put my donut on when I got the flat. This is where the hero enters the story-John! The happy guy with the beard and pony tail. He was incredible. He gave me the name the name of a garage that could fix my studs and offered to call them for me. He gave me print outs detailing the damage done that I could send to Triple A to get compensated. I went to the place he suggested-Brutus Auto-to get my studs replaced and they made the whole thing quick and painless. Cheap too! THEN I came back for the tires and alignment and John gave me some take-off’s they had in stock so he saved me some money! He was so helpful I would highly recommend him and the whole team at TFT! I was a regular there this week lol It’s extremely busy, most of the time. They’re all so helpful and have great attitudes. THANK YOU JOHN! I’ll be back!!!

Townfair tire has always been good 2 us!! They always help us out as best as they can! Steve is the 1 who always helps us out and its always a pleasure doing business with them. You can not beat the price at town fair tire. Everyone but the Geico cave man knows that. But what they don't know is that the town fair tire in Manchester have this guy Sam working for them. When I called sam I needed an emergency fix on the spot so I called ahead to make sure they could get me in. I wasn't even in the parking lot and Sam was outside waiting with a clipboard. He did a complete rotation around my vehicle, knowing I was leaving on vacation, to make sure the Cadillac was safe for my wife and I. I was blown away at level of care he showed my car. Town Fair Tire is a very popular shop in Manchester. Good tire selection and if they do not have it in house they will get it for you. Lately the shop has been outgrowing itself. Wait time has increased. Staff tries to be accommodating but they are overrun by the work level. Management needs to fix it or they will lose customers/employees.

Above and beyond. I have never been to TownFair Tire ever in my life as a customer or a tag along. I’ve seen this place in passing many a time going to HomeDepot and it’s always a happening spot for anyone with a modified vehicles to get tires and have their wheels taken care of (word of mouth). I spoke with John to get some secondhand wheels I purchased get balanced so that I could throw them on when I hear there is snow in the forecast. John said he might be able to get to them the next day or two days. I said I could leave overnight so he could, but he did confirm that he get take them. I called Tire Warehouse (3 different locations) to see if they could do the same and none of them could help me sooner than Wednesday. The need for them to get balanced wasn’t urgent, but I like having a leg up on weather and being prepared. Proactivity is key, kids! Anyways, I brought my new-to-me Focus RS wheels to TW and John came outside with me to take a look at them and all of that. He then told me that it was no big deal and that he could get to them today. I left for a few hours and came back and they were already done. I assume they had been done for a while and that was fine. Long story short, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR TIRE SERVICE. Don’t listen to anyone else’s bad mouth about this place. Just try them out, you’ll love them first try and John, and I assume everyone else, will gladly take of you. 11/10, will come back again.

I brought my car in for the free tire rotation. I discretely marked the rear tires beforehand to see if they would actually perform the work. To my surprise and disappointment, they only rotated the passenger side tires. I'm guessing the technician just "spaced" because it would have taken all of 60 seconds to do the driver's side also. I didn't say anything at the time because; (1) I'd already sat in their waiting room for 90 minutes and, (2) I was planning to personally remove those same wheels to check my front and rear brake wear. I think (and hope) this incident was an anomaly but, because of it, I have to limit my rating to 4 stars.

John was great at answering my questions, explaining my options, and explaining what was going on with my tires. We took my son’s car to Town Fair Tire to have the 2 rear tires replaced. He had an 11am appointment, so we dropped it off the night before. After second thought, we decided to replace all 4 tires, so I called at 9am the next day to have them replace all 4 tires instead. Even though his appointment wasn’t until 11am, the tires had already been done. I explained that we now wanted all 4 replaced and Paul was extremely accommodating and said they would pull it right back in and replace the other 2 tires as well. TFT handles my seasonal tire swaps normally, but I had a flat late on a Friday night. I was able to fill it enough to drive it to the store. I dropped it in the overnight box and called in the morning. I walked in on a whim without an appointment this past Saturday (I know, long shot right?) in search of 2 new tires and a runflat replacement. After walking out of Pep Boys right next door because they tried to sell me things I didn't need without any kind of breakdown, I wasn't expecting anything out of my visit. I was pleasantly surprised; I was greeted right away by a friendly guy named John. This was my first time using Town Fair Tire in Manchester, NH and it won't be the last! I called in the morning and explained that I had a flat with the donut on and was hoping to replace all 4 tires the same day. When I called, I spoke with the Manager, Zack. Zack was super helpful in helping me choose new tires and also was able to squeeze me in at the end of the same day! When I arrived, Cody was the young man who helped me. Cody confirmed everything I had requested on the phone. I left assuming it would take at least an hour for the 4 tires and alignment to be completed, I got a call 30 minutes later letting me know my vehicle was almost done! When Cody called to let me know, I told him I would be about 15 minutes after closing time, he told me not to worry and that he'd be there. Cody was there after closing and took the time to make sure I was happy with the service before I went on my way. Overall, I had a great experience, My SUV feels great with the new tires, the speed of service was unbeatable, and the customer service was top notch, totally recommend.

I want to commend Zach at Town Fair Tire in Manchester. I went there for tires when a previous tire dealer would not or could not honor a 45000 manufacturer’s warranty. I had gone only 15000 miles and was told the tires would not pass inspection again. I bought new tires from Zach. He offered a better warranty backed by both the manufacturer and his local branch. He gave me an estimated delivery time and honored it. He explained every feature of the tires and every aspect of the installation. Town Fair Tire also offers free rotation for the life of the tires. Great service, great prices! The waiting area is very accommodating with vending machines, plenty of seating, small side tables and a tv. There is a camera for you to watch what's going on with your car the entire time - I knew my car was ready before the text came in because I could easily see it leaving the garage. From a customer stand point I appreciate being able to see where my car is and who is working on it. Did not feel pressured to buy something different then what I came for or to add additional packages. Update: was here today almost 3 years later and still give it 5 stars! Paul was very helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and did not push anything I wasn't interested in buying! He helped me find tires to fit my needs and budget. I waited about an hour and a half for everything to be done (mounting, balancing, alignment). I recommend making an appointment and checking out their tire selection online.

Said 1and half hrs. They took all of that. Job should have been half hr. Dismount 2 rear tires, clean up the inside of the rims. (Slow leak on both rear tires), takes about a month for the tire inside gage to show low tire. Put tires back on rims and balance. Give them 1 hour at the most. Like they killed time. Mount, balance new tires only takes one half hours.

Town Fair delivered 'Above & Beyond' under the heat! Yesterday, one of my tires developed a fast leak. This morning, I went to the Manchester store. Cody was wanting to help, but there was no room in the schedule. Paul entered the conversation, and even though I challenged him - which could have gotten me a negative reply, he scrutinized the schedule, and 'created' an appointment for me in a couple of hours - not guaranteed, but 'maybe'. Well, the team on duty, during a hot day, were cranking out the cars, Within 30 minutes, they got my car in, and had me on my way in about an hour after entering the building! Any tire company can mount tires and fix flats. What makes one special is how they respond to urgent needs - WHEN IT IS NOT CONVENIENT Town Fair - Manchester hit it out of the park, and I want to commend Cody, Paul, and John (who helped me at the end). Great work! Town Fair has great prices, and they do excellent work. But what I really want to encourage everyone to consider is what happens when it gets tough - when you need a break. Tire Warehouse in Manchester, NH has provided me with EXCELLENT service twice. The staff is extremely friendly, and efficient. There is no attempt to up sell you, they just fix what is needed. Two weeks ago, I had issues with a slow leaking front tire, which they found had a faulty valve stem. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with no wait time. Today, I had a slow leaking rear tire, which they found had a nail. Again, excellent service, extremely friendly works, and they were able to fix my tire immediately with no wait time. I highly recommend this location over all others. The wait room is clean and cool, and if you have any questions, you can walk right out the bay your vehicle is in and see what they are doing. They are more than happy to answer any and all questions. This will be my go-to location from now on.

I'm about to take you on a good luck bad luck roller coaster so hang on to your hats. TLDR at bottom. First, I was somehow able to snag a same day appointment on a Saturday, which even the employees were surprised at. The probably biggest stroke of luck was getting John as my customer service rep. I arrived early and he got the process started right away. But then, cue the down turn in my luck.... my car is the only one that uses its tire size and there were no tires in stock. But honestly I can't even be mad because it doesn't make sense to stock tires for one car that's not overly popular and not even being manufactured anymore. So here's why John was my biggest lucky charm of the day: he starts calling around to other TFTs to see if they have any... nope. He checks the competition to see if they have any (my tires were pretty bad so he didn't want me leaving in the old ones). Unfortunately no luck there. John has an idea and starts looking at slightly bigger tires, thinking that they may fit, atleast well enough until the right ones come in. He walks me through the 5 options they have in stock, with a final recommendation of one that was on sale (and not the priciest either). Answers all my questions and sends my car off to be aligned and have the tires changed. I went off to do a little shopping across the street and sat in the waiting room near the end of the service where I was informed that the bigger tires fit with no issue! Very glad that my luck 180d again and the day ended on a high note. The waiting area was very clean, especially for end of the day, and had comfortable chairs. Total time from entering the store until my car was ready was about 2.5 hours. They stayed past closing time to finish my car, which I am very grateful for. TLDR; got in same day, fantastic employee went above and beyond, and I now have fully treaded tires to make it up my driveway. Totally recommend these guys and will return for all my tire needs!!

I also needed my steering wheel to be fixed and he explained why it was the way it is and what I can do to fix it at a mechanic's (it was something unrelated to the tires) He took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me what part I would need to get it fixed. The alignment also took way less time than estimated which was also a nice bonus!

I was completely hesitant to return to Town Fair tires, I have had bad luck with them in the past, but I figured I'd see what they had for tires as I needed a new set and could always go elsewhere if I didn't like what they had. Then I met John who was super friendly and listened to exactly what I was looking for, I got a great deal on 4 new tires and what was even more impressive was they put them on and did an alignment in 45mins! I was originally told approximately 2 hours so I was very happy with such the fast service. Today I went back to have my tires retightened and it was really busy, but I was in and out in 20mins! Nick did a great job! I am a very difficult customer this I know. Being a previous ASE mechanic I’m picky and and peculiar about my vehicles and what I get done to them. He listened to my needs for a tire that works for my plow truck and helped walk me through sizes and tread designs available and prices that work with my budget. The men in the shop did a great job aswell mounting quickly and also using attention to detail when working with my old truck that has its “quirks”. I have to admit that my first time visiting Town Fair was not the best. There was an employee who was rude, demeaning, and not great to work with. I purchased four brand new tires and had to come back multiple times because something was wrong. After dealing with this awful man, Steve stepped in and took care of me and my car. He was kind, courteous, and very receptive to the feedback I had given. Steve, understood my concerns and resolved the situation in a way I wasn't expecting (positively). Since that experience, I have not had a bad experience at all. The past three times I have been in either Steve or Zach assisted me. They are both informative, helpful, and truly want what's best for the customer. I have learned that the other employee is no longer there, which I think is a good thing for their store. If you go in, try to work with Steve or Zach, you won't be disappointed!

My appointment didn't start out great and at first I was very disappointed with what I felt was a great deal of miscommunication on the companies end. When I explained my concerns the store manager Zack went to great lengths to resolve my problem. Not only did he rectify my issue he also validated my reason for being upset.
