Called in on a Saturday morning trying to fix my flat tire and spoke with Aaron. Despite being very busy, he was able to squeeze me. He was incredibly kind and helpful. I didn’t wait long for my tire to get fixed either. He took his time explaining the warranty coverage that I had but didn’t understand. Would definitely recommend this location. Overall great experience and wonderful staff! Definitely going back for additional repairs on my car.

The employees working there are all very good at what they do. I went there to get my tire pressure sensors looked at. The other place I took my car to said, they would need to order 4 new sensors. I then decided to take my car to Mavis, based off of a recommendation from my friend. All they had to do was get my car to relearn the sensors and, that fixed it. The employee named Mark helped me with everything. He was also, nice enough to help me get tree sap off of my car, without ruining the paint. The prices were very fair and, far better then other places I have taken my car to. All of the employees that work there, are very nice and, they have a great sense of humor. I’m definitely going back here, whenever I need stuff done to my car.

Quite good service, reasonably priced winter tire changeover. They caught that my back break pads and rotors needed to be replaced and this was corroborated during a vehicle inspection. This place was cheaper than the inspection place to get that fixed. That took quite a while but I am grateful as they were able to fit me in despite me missing my appointment. Eric at the front was friendly, waiting room has outlets and wifi so the wait was fine with my laptop.

I came in today after work and they were able to get me in and take care of my flat. Always professional, honest and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I was very happy with the overall level of service. I was able to drop off my car at the appointment time promised, receive a plan of attack, and have my car back same day. Pricing felt competitive with my long term mechanic and other options and the issue was resolved. A lower cost alternative was also presented to boot. I would not hesitate to go back.

Just leaving Mavis now and I have never been more compelled to leave a review as I am after the incredible service I just received. Not only were Mavis prices extremely fair and competitive, but I walked in there for my appointment to get 3 tires put on and was greeted immediately by Aaron. He was extremely kind and welcoming and I was blown away by his honesty when he went out and checked my tires and told me I really only needed 2 tires because the other 2 had plenty of tread. I was told by another place that I NEEDED 4 new tires. Not only was Aaron honest with me and saved me a lot of money on a tire I didn’t really need, (teacher salary here so this was huge) but he also went above and beyond to check out a sound I was hearing with the suspension. It truly was a breath of fresh air to not feel like I was being taken advantage of as a girl who knows nothing about cars haha. Mavis in Manchester has truly earned my business for life. Mavis-Manchester recently replaced all four tires on my BMW. After receiving an astronomical quote for new tires from the dealership, Mavis-Manchester took good care of me and saved me hundreds of dollars. The manager Aaron was professional, friendly, and one of the most knowledgeable car technicians I’ve encountered. He made me feel valued as a customer and treated my car as if it were his own. The location is tidy and convenient (across from the mall). I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I usually get all my tires here, they were great when they were NTB! Now they are trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip with their limited staff. Management is none existent, district isn’t stepping in to help out. The person who assisted me was very irritable at first but rightfully so seeing the condition of the management structure. I couldn’t get a state inspection as they recently had their license pulled from what I was told by staff. Waiting room no longer has free coffee and the floors are filthy. Hopefully they are able to turn it around as this location has always been my go to for tires and maintenance.

I'm from out of state and I noticed some wobble in my steering while driving. I called this location and spoke with Aaron. he was able to get me in and diagnose the problem very quickly and on short notice. He is 100% honest and did not try to upsell me on anything. I will be sure to be back if I'm ever in need of automotive repairs in this area!

One of the top 3 best customer service experiences I have had! I was on a road trip and one of my tires developed a severe leak from the valve stem. I pulled into Mavis on a Saturday morning without an appointment. I spoke with Aaron who not only said they could get it in that day but took it in immediately to see if it was something simple. It was. He had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Aaron was polite and professional and couldn't have been more kind! Excellent job. Thank you.

After calling a couple other places that wouldn’t even look at my car for a few days the friendly front desk guy at Mavis “squeezed me in” and fixed the hole in my tire in under 30 minutes. And it was cheap too! Super friendly, great service, will definitely be back with any more issues with my car.

I had my car towed here to Manchester Mavis Tires and Breaks and my service was excellent. Stephen the manager got my car looked at right away and was honest and upfront with me about the work needed on my car. Unfortunately, the damage was too extensive to be serviced by Mavis, but Stephen and his staff’s honest assessment of my car made me feel reassured I knew what I was up against. Since they couldn’t take care of my car that day, they didn’t even charge me for the assessment. It’s clear these guys take both customer service and safety seriously. Highly recommend.

I bought some new tires for my VW online and needed to them to be installed. I decided to pop into Mavis on South Willow on my way home from work late Saturday afternoon to see if they could squeeze me in. Meghan, the fantastic young lady who greeted me immediately as I walked in told me that they'd indeed be able to do the work while I waited. The work took far less than the 90 minutes I was quoted, my time in the clean and cool waiting room was very short. An issue was found by a tech with one of my shocks and Meghan quoted me a very reasonable price for the installation of both rear shocks and even offered to beat any lower price I might find. VWs can be pricy to repair so I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the excellent customer service, everyone knows how elusive that can be these days!

Customer service was phenomenal, I had dealt with 3 other shops mess up my car, or give me false prices. So I was very relieved when I was able to bring my car in with out an appointment, and have all problems fixed at a reasonable cost within 24 hours of bringing my car there. After finding out I had more work that needed to be done than I initially thought, the manager was more than helpful in working out some deals and providing me with the quickest work possible!

He seems to be running a very well oiled machine as well due to his staff having the same personalities and always keeping the idea of customer service apparent. I stopped there being an hour from home, asking for help on my Jeep because it was all the sudden shuttering, feeling like it read going to break down right in the middle of the highway! I was so stressed and Eddie, the manager was an absolute saving grace! He went out of his way to try to see, I was safe to drive home or was it really going to just break down. I am not only impressed by the staff at Mavis, but I am so incredibly thankful. They received a phone call from me less than an hour before closing and told me to come right over without even knowing what my problem was..... I was shocked. I knew I had a rapidly deflating tire, all they knew was that someone needed their help last minute and they were ready to go. I didn't even get there for another 30 minutes, but when I did, they were kind, courteous and understanding. They took their time to find the problem and fix my tire. I am in town for a wedding and borrowing a family members car. Unfortunately in between rehearsal and the dinner I got a HUGE bolt in my tire. I pull over, no big deal, I can just change the tire. I am in a new vehicle after all.... After pulling everything out of the trunk I find and EMPTY spare tire compartment... cool ... call triple A . They send the worst driver ever to help. I'm racing against the clock right now. It's 4:30 all tire shops in town close at 6. Long Story Short, this guy takes forever to get the car on the truck... I definitely don't make it to the tire shop.... I continue to google search, Mavis tire shop happened yo be open until 8:30 tonight! Thank You Lord Jesus. We get towed to the shop, they get us in and out with our repair in under 30 minutes. The Manager was super helpful and accommodating. Just talking to him and explaining the situation, he just spent some time talking to me and totally turned my night around and got me safely back on the road. They looked at my car told me I did not need front brakes just pads, but I did need back brakes I also had a brake flush and it cost me under $500. I brought my car here knowing I had some issues that another mechanic had told me about. What I didn't know is everything else that ended up being wrong with my 07' Murano, Austin was so honest about everything that was wrong with my vehicle that no one else had told me about. I got my brakes, rotors, both outer tie rod ends and an alignment done for a reasonable price and they did everything in just a few hours! I will be a repeat customer from here on out and highly recommend. All of the guys there are very nice and honest. Brakes are also lifetime warranty!

Had a 1030 appointment for a tire rotation and an oil change. Took an hour and a half to get done. Eddie and the team felt bad it took so long so they made the tire rotation free and took 5 bucks off the oil change. So they made it right in the end. I was not to disappointed when I left.

Stopped in, without an appointment, to have some tires mounted and balanced and had some request on swapping tires on the vehicle to different positions (directional tread and staggered sizes front and rear). The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure that all my request were taken care of, and assisted shop techs where needed. Understood that my wheels were reverse offset and made sure they were treated as such without any damage to the wheel. The shop techs were very fast and efficient, taking less time out of my day. My truck has never driven smoother, perfectly balanced all around. Will definitely be back for any service they can provide in the future.

Long story short, rented a car to get the family home and had to stay for the over night. Rob was referred to be my a local resident and when I got ahold of him that evening he told me that he would help me out first thing in the morning. Just left there an hour ago, got there about an hour and a half before closing time on the eve of the first major snow storm of the year which in New England means tire shops are slammed. I had a rotted valve stem in one of my tires and asked if there was any way they could take a look though I offered him the out realizing how busy they would be on a night like this saying I understood if he couldn’t but I drive a lot for my job and if he could I needed it fixed. He set the expectations that he could get it done before 8 when they close but he could do it. I was out only thirty minutes later . I can appreciate the volume of work him and his team were doing that day and I’m sure were in a rush to finish before closing and he still took the time to help a walk in like myself. I can not say how much I appreciate a devotion to customer service such as this. In my job I’m an account manager and customer service for my accounts is key and to see some one who didn’t have to go that above and beyond but do it anyway fantastic and I will be recommending them at any chance I get they deserve the credit and your business.

I needed a battery quickly as mine just died. After 6 pm install and out within 30 minutes. JC counter per nice. Asked about tires advertise as buy 2 get to free. $186 per tired however I had to purchase the tire rotation plan for life of tires and alignment life of tires which I did not need as I have a car place I take my car to do ever 10,000 miles. So cost was $780 with everything. If tires are $186 and I have to get these others to quilify for 2 free tire I would end up paying more. Not what was advertised. So I will only go back to NTB if needed after hours.

Mavis Brakes exceeded absolutely all of my expectations! My car started making a loud grinding noise unexpectedly, so I made an appointment online with Mavis in Manchester to have the brakes looked at, based on their reviews. I am so happy that I did! Turns out, my rear brake pads and rotors were completely shot and I had no idea, so the very kind gentleman I checked in with named David calmly explained that they could fix it the same day! It took a little longer than I was expecting, but David kept me updated frequently and a lot of work had to be done to get the car ready and safe. After all was said and done, I got an offer to return for a FREE oil change and to get my front rotors fixed at a discounted price on my next visit! My car has never run so smoothly and I can't thank David and the amazing staff for going above and beyond the way they did! THANK YOU MAVIS!
