Kevin and Brittany are great! The tire guys are fast and efficient, knowledgeable too! Prices are fair and honest. It gets very busy there, and there are no appt times so that can be frustrating but if you're patient, I'd highly recommend!

Affordable friendly service. Had 4 new tire installed & 4 wheel alignment done & came in cheaper then expected. Car rides alot better now. Only thing i didn't really like was not putting any jack stands under the car and just leaving it on jacks,but thats just personal preference. But id do bussiness with them again.

Jr's was the only place I could find in NH that not only was able to install a customer provided lift kit, but also able to do it within a few weeks of me asking about installing it. The owner was very nice when I came to pick up my truck. He told me about certain things needing to be re-torqued after driving it for awhile. He said anytime I am in town to swing by and they will check it on the spot. I will certainly be recommending Jr's to friends who want lift kits installed!

I brought in a couple wheels with flat tires on them that I needed to have replaced quickly. They replaced both tires and valve stems in about 15 minutes.

Arguably the best customer service I’ve had in ANY INDUSTRY!! I was 6 hours from home when a wooden pallet popped up on the highway out of nowhere. Thought I had just a flat, turns out my whole wheel was destroyed. Had to be on the road the next morning, and no place could take me before 6PM the following day. Kevin took me as soon as I called the next morning, got me a whole new wheel at a phenomenal price, and had me out the door in an hour just as he promised. Exceptional service, great price, and most importantly true to their word. Can’t thank you all enough !!

Meant to leave this review around 2 months ago...oh well, better late than never. So I had my 2016 RAM 1500 lifted at JR's and the results were awesome, exactly what I wanted. Also getting quite a few compliments on the new look. Great job guys! Highly recommend JR's as these guys are quick, courteous and Big Mike is a Patriots fan so thats a win too! I HIGHLY recommend Jr's Speed and tire shop in Manchester. We got an eviction letter from new building owners with 4 weeks to vacate in the middle of the pandemic with 3 kids. We had JUST enough money saved for a down payment on a new place. It was tight but not impossible. Then. Our transmission went. The timing was just 😩 Our car is a necessity given my 3 hour daily work commute. This place not only quoted us an insanely low price to begin with, but when they took it apart and saw that one of the connections was corroded, they fixed that small part, asked for 1 hour of labor, and said the new transmission isn't necessary. They are AMAZING with communication, how quickly they work, honesty, and are just all around good people. This is not the first time they have saved us. You won't regret going here.

Great experience here! From the first phone call looking for a quote, I knew this was a good shop. They listened to everything I was asking for in a tire and found me exactly what I needed! They were even able to find me one of the last sets of Goodyear F1s that fit my car! The price was way better than any shop I had called and believe me I called the lot! The tires came in a couple days later and they got me in and out of the shop quick! All the staff was really friendly and helpful as well. Nothing but good things to say about these guys! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for wheels, tires or performance upgrades. You should see some of the beast they are cranking out of that shop!!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! I brought my car here for brake pads, rotors, and tires all the way around, and couldn’t believe how fair the price was. Easily beat all the other shops in the area and was done in just a few hours. It’s so nice to finally have a nice smooth ride! The customer service was also friendly and professional. After searching around for tires & alignment, finally made the right call going to JR's. Paid over $120 less than surrounding shops in Manchester wanted. Not only was I happy with the price, the staff was amazing & had the best personalities. From the second I went inside I felt confident that I was going to get the best service I could. While in the shop, they found a safety issue that a previous shop completely overlooked a few days prior. Mike & his staff made sure it was all dealt with asap, I couldn't be happier! Mike's service at the front desk was commendable! I needed to get snow tires put on my car and for weeks I had been dealing with a different location. After numerous attempts, inadequate communication and unfavorable customer service I decided going else where would be in my best interest. A local had recommended Jr's so I called to make the appointment and to my surprise they were able to squeeze me in the following day! Mike and the guys were simply professional, friendly and quick. They had me in and out of the shop within 30 minutes. As a single female who's new to town, a trip to the mechanic always turns out being very stressful, time consuming and expensive. However, this experience proved to be the exception. Thank you for being so helpful and easy to do business with!

Traveled throughout manchester looking for a place that had/could order a part for me. Jr's was the only one who offered it. Unfortunately due to the time and current situation of the world delivery took quite some time, even throughout it all Kevin was very kind and overall a cool guy who felt sorry for the wait and offered store credits etc. For the time it took. Even sorting through the first delivery, which came damaged and got another shipped asap. The installation was quick and easy and I'm very happy with the results and how Kevin handled it all with everything else going on around him, and for that I thank you. Edit: forgot to mention but he even installed the part for free due to the wait time. As said, cool guy

These guys are absolutely amazing. I brought my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek to their shop to get 4 brand new tires, Mike did a lot of research for me to find the best price and made sure any questions i had to ask were answered. I was greeted with a bright smile and i could tell he really loves his job. I asked him about some curb rash on my wheel and he took care of it when replacing my tires AND HE EVEN PAINTED THE RASH. I cannot begin to say how awesome that made me feel to know they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure i was happy. If you have any doubts about this place throw them out the window because these guys have my business for life.

I was referred here by a friend that has been going to Jr's for years. I needed a tire alignment and also an evaluation for a "ghost" issue. They were unable to find the source of the ghost problem but only charged me for the alignment even though I'm sure they spent a significant amount of time on my vehicle (even test driving it). On top of that, an employee called me 45 minutes after the shop's closing time to let me know I could pick up my car that same evening - that made it clear that they care about the customer! Will definitely be my go-to shop in manchester!

I have been coming here for 4 years. The management is always awesome to deal with, and happy to answer any questions. Being a female, they make sure I know exactly what they will be doing, and dont screw me over. They print me out a receipt, as well as staple it to the paper explaining what was done (every time!). There's a bathroom, tv, places to walk to in the area... The mechanic who usually looks at my car (Ricky) is always awesome and helpful. They will continue to have my business! 12/10 Recommend

Everytime I've brought my car in they've always treated me fair and have been honest with me, and honesty is hard to find in an auto shop. I want to thank Kevin, he's a great guy. I had an issue with a set of sensors I purchased a couple months ago. I had brought my car back a few times due to my tpms light being on. The last person I worked with told me there was no resolution and I needed to go to the dealership to reset the light. When Kevin saw I was having an issue he reached out and offered multiple resolutions. He reached out to the manufacturer to find ways to troubleshoot the problem and when we weren't able to fix the sensors he offered to put my original rims back on. Thank you for making my customer experience better. After leaving I felt like I was a valued customer and I will be going back for any tire needs I have.

Always nerve-wracking when you need your 13.5" wide low profile Michelins mounted on to brand new 20x13, 3 piece custom 360Forged wheels that are $2500 ea. I bent my rim on a pothole and proceeded to go to the junkyards, body shops, and of course tire places. I wasn't trying to buy something brand new to save myself some money. The cheapest anybody could help me for was $300. I went to JRs tire Incorporated to simply ask them or if they even knew of anywhere else I could go that might be able to fit my 2012 Chevy. He made a call, ordered a brand new one- not used- and within 3 days the exact rim for my car was mounted and balanced for free! Before ordering he told me it'd be $130 which is why I went ahead knowing I wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else.. When it came time to pay I miss-counted and only had $120. They said dont worry about it, bring the rest when you got it.. Nobody does that. And I'm sure there was a part of them that thought I might never show up again. But when I had it I immediately went back to pay because after the incredibly fast and genuinely nice service, they have a new life long customer in me. I will never go anywhere else for anything tire related. They are HONEST and FAIR which is something that's lost in today's society. Great guys, better service, go to JRs tire shop

I can't say enough good things about the Team at JR's Speed shop. They have just completed a big 6.5 in lift on my GMC truck and I could not be happier with it or the excelent service/care that i recieved from them. Kevin, was fantastic everystep of the way and ensured that i did not roll out of that shop until HE was satisfied that the job was done and completed safely.
