We were headed home to Michigan when the tire indicator on the Airstream we were towing went off. The left front tire was losing air fast. We got off 65 and immediately found Tire Discounters. James came out, assessed the situation and determined the valve stem had come lose. Troy came out, took the tire off, fixed the problem and we were done. This amazing store charged us nothing for their time and service. (Of course we tipped them). We are so grateful for their knowledge and kindness. We would recommend Tire Discounters to anyone. 😃

I was a Tire Discounters Customer in another state for many years. They have put tires on several of my vehicles and a couple of my families cars. They also repaired tires on my trailer. So today when I had a vibration that felt like a wheel out of balance on my VW Jetta that I just purchased only 25 days ago I found the nearest TD store which is here in Brownsboro Crossings. I can say it's my experience their reputation remains impeccable regardless of the store you need service. They seemed very busy when I first arrived late in the day near closing so I fully expected to have to go somewhere else. Not the case the guy behind the counter seemed hesitant to try and fit me in but did some scrambling and I believed shuffled one of his guys to give a quick look. The young mechanic showed me the issue he believed was the problem and called his manager over to confirm. It was apparent to me and my fiancé these guys enjoyed their work. They were professional and informative and explained the the alignment problem and how it was wearing on the tires. The manager on duty had his guy check the balance on all 4 tires so we would be able to drive safely until I can bring it back if the dealership didn't repair it. I believe the manager's name is Cody or Coby and I must say he went above and beyond what I expected or even what I've experienced at my favorite Tire Discounters in Indiana. Professional, friendly, courteous, and genuine. Reasonably priced just seals it for me. I'll be back if/when I ever need any service they provide! You guys were top notch in customer service and hope I get to review your work next time! A+Thanks.

I’ve bought a few sets of tires at different locations over the past couple of years and they always do a great job. I called this location yesterday and asked if they would put air in my tires and they did for free and wouldn’t take a tip. Looking at me you’d think I was an able bodied person a could do this on my own. In reality I’ve had multiple surgeries on my spine including a fusion a few weeks ago and I’m not physically able to. So thank you! You all really helped me out and I really appreciate. There are still good folks out there.

The Toyota dealership told me I needed new tires, so I came here to see if I could get a better deal. James took me over to show me the tread depth on my car and that they were practically brand new…in other words, no tires needed. They’ll be refunding my deposit! I recently had a tire that was slowly loosing air. Since I had no idea where the leak was, I took it to my nearest Tire Discounters. The tire was throughly checked and was found to have a nail lodged in it that could barely be seen. The tire was repaired and I was back on the road. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The work that was done was acceptable; however, because I had the vehicle picked up and returned one of my tires was low in pressure! Since I was not present to inspect it imagine my surprise driving to work with low pressure in my tire after having it serviced at a tire store!! Definitely not happy about that. I was also promised a part for my headlamp but they have yet to notify me if this part is in. Still deciding if I will use this place again. But the service was at least performed minimally.

So I bought new tires for my car back in June of 2020, and the sales associate working with me was so courteous and professional, you would have thought it was his car that was getting new tires! After my new tires were on my car and I was driving home, I called the store and asked for the Manager, as I wanted to let the Management of the store know how incredible my experience was, and guess what, the sales associate that took care of me WAS the Manager! (Devin Bartlett) We each had a laugh and I again thanked him for making my new tire purchase a great one. Fast forward 6 months to December 2020, and my wife needed new tires for her Jeep Wrangler, and there was only one place I was going to call, and that was Devin at Tire Discounters again. I called, and sure enough, as luck would have it, Devin answered the phone and actually remembered me from my tire purchase in June. Devin worked around my schedule and helped me decide which tire would work best for what I was after. He also had the tires shipped from Lexington (I think that's where they were) and they were put on the next day! So if you're reading this, and are on the fence about where to go, Tire Discounters is the place for you. Hands down the best price and service. And ask for Devin when you get there, that guy is top notch!

Needed new tires for my truck. Brendon M did an excellent job finding the tires I wanted and got them in quick. I went there right before they closed and he was still able to get them in very next day and install complete! He kept me informed through out the process and made sure I was taken care of! Typically not an online review guy but wanted to pass along a compliment for Devin. I came in with a minor request and he explained there would be no charge. It was a great gesture so i decided to do an oil change that was a little premature. Turns out a simple rotation identified tires that were in need of replacement so his great customer care turned into a nice sale for the shop. In the world of Corona Chaos, he was upbeat and pleasant and interested in taking good care of a customer. Service was great and working with him has been a pleasure.

Excellent service and sales. The salesman sold me new tires for my 2012 Camry, and worked with me to get the right package for my budget. Not overly pushy on the upgraded installation packages, just explained the pros/cons, and allowed me to make the decision. Tires were installed in 1.5 hours, and cost me about $390. I took my wife's van to this location later in the day for a slow leaking tire, and the manager patched it up for no cost since I had purchased tires from them earlier in the day. I will definitely be going back to this location. Conveniently located next to Costco, Cabelas, and restaurants, so you can shop while you wait. 5-stars. Also, the chat feature on their website is awesome. You can chat with someone to determine availability/location, and schedule your appoint. Nice feature. Really happy with this visit, I will definitely be back for my next tire purchase and oil change.

Stopped in to get alignment on my tires today. Jessica, the associate who helped me out up front did a phenomenal job. She was able to explain the alignment process and answer any questions I had. Also was able to talk about an ongoing promotion with an oil change that saved me some money in the end. That type of service goes up to management and Michael Phillips does a great job of making sure his staff provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location and will return here.

Clean and comfortable waiting area. Pleasant, non-pressuring staff. Wait times have varied, but compared to my other experiences they are better or on par. Haven’t compared prices but I believe they are reasonable (but I could be way wrong). Have only used for new tires, repair, and alignment but will be trying them for an oil change soon.

They were awesome! I had to have a new set of odd size big tires put on before my out of town trip and they were the only ones that could come through for me! They had to get my tires transferred by carrier from downtown warehouse around 4:00 p.m. and had them installed and finished by 6:45 the same evening. Thank you, guys!

Fast... Friendly service. Had my tires replaced in under 2 hrs. The waiting are was comfortable and the staff was very friendly!! I would absolutely bring Savannah back for future repairs!!! $495 for 4 new tires, an alignment and new lugs on 1 tire... Plus warranty!! Not too shabby!!

Tpms light popped up on dash one day, I came by and a man named Devin Bartlett immediately came and helped me. It was a simple fix but he helped me regardless. Definitely will come back since I feel more comfortable now! Update!!! 1-18-20 Went and had all 4 of my tires replaced today. Got tired of dealing with the Tires leaking air over the course of a week or 2. Plus the back left one was out of balance from fix a flat I put in it to get me by. It was causing the car to shake really bad between 65-80 mph. It is gone completely now. They couldn’t do the free alignment to my vehicle because it is leaking gear oil somewhere and a wheel bearing is getting bad so it would just throw itself back out. They quoted me for that to fix it and it was literally half the price I was expecting. Overall I am very happy with my experience again. I will be back in the next coming weeks to take care of the axel/wheel repaired. Big thanks to Devin again, and another man, didn’t catch his name, but balder man with longer beard, very friendly. Thanks big time.

I went in to get my front drivers side tire looked at because I kept putting air in it every 3 days. The nice young man got my car in right away and found a nail in it and patched it up. He did not charge me anything for fixing my tire. I was so thankful for what he did. You don't see that kind of service much anymore. This is my new auto repair shop. I had a lot of problems with Ken Towery recently and have lost the confidence that they care about the customers. Devin at Tire Discounters went out of his way to take care of my vehicle. I showed up not long before they closed with a slow leak in a tire. They took the time to find the leaks instead of just filling the tire and saying come back the next day. Since I had used most of my tread and the leak was going to be difficult to patch I wanted to replace the tire. I then asked could all 4 tires be replaced (remember after they closed) and they changed all 4 tires for me. They seem to really care about taking care of your needs here and I will be back.

I must say that I had an experience like no other. I had a flat tire at 6pm and I needed to get it fixed right away because the next morning I had to drop off my kids on time to get to my chemotherapy at 9am. Every place I went, they just said “we are closed,” “our hands are tied,” or “Come back tomorrow morning” even though they clearly saw how desperate I was. I got to this Tirediscounters 30 minutes after closing time. Initially, they said they were booked through overtime. But when they saw desperation in my demeanor, they said, hold on, let’s see what we can do. They went ahead to tell me they’ll get to my car once the job they were working on was all done, even though it would put them WELL PAST their closing time and into the night. When they were getting my ticket for the job ready, I told them how thankful I was b/c I had to go in for cancer treatment the next day. Once they were done with the job, they fixed the tire and said it was all set. I went to the counter to pay, they said, “no no, you are all set. You don’t need to pay. Just…. Good luck tomorrow!” I insisted on giving them at least some tip. They simply refused and said “Best of luck tomorrow.” I mean who does that?!?!? There’s goodness in the world and it continues to overpower the crappie stuff of life. If you have options, I recommend you use these folks for your service. Once I beat this mf cancer, imma come back and properly thank you. Thanks for your kindness and generosity. You have contributed to the positive energy that I need to beat this nasty disease. I’m gonna keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Please keep me in yours.

On my way to work I noticed that I had a grinding sound when breaking, we all know what that means. Later that day I took my car, a honda, over to Tire Discounters. I worked with a manager by the name of Mike P. I explained my current issue as well as some other problems I was having with steering. He kindly gave me rough estimates for the brakes and told me he would look into the steering. What he did not know was that I had already had 2 other mechanics review the issue to no avail, it was secondary to the main reason I was there, my brakes. The other mechanics were blindly asking me to put money into the car without know for certain if it would be resolve the problem. Through the process Mike kept me informed, physically showing me the issues he saw with the car. Ultimately, he not only replaced the brake I was having trouble with quickly, but he also resolved my steering issue for the cost of the brake repair. He only repaired the items that needed to be repaired, instead of quoting me sets / bundle pricing like other locations, keeping the costs down. At the end of the day he saved me well over $1,500 that the "other guys" were quoting. I had given up on the car driving as it use to and been dealing with the problem. I normally do not write reviews, but I was so please with the service and results that I simply had to. In short, I highly recommend giving this location a shot.

I had the opportunity to utilize this new location of Tire Discounters in the Old Brownsboro area today and I could not have been more satisfied with the service. From the time I walked in the door, until they completed the oil change and rotation on both of my vehicles, the team at this store could not have been more professional. I actually called my wife and had her bring her van to the store so we could get the required service on her vehicle. Their employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided exceptional customer service. Michael, in particular, was very familiar with Honda cars and educated me on certain intricacies with the motor in my 2010. Michael talked with my wife and I about an issue with our van and was helpful in providing information and serviced a minor issue for us. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and care my wife and I were provided at this Tire Discounters.

The GM / Michael on his own time reached out to me on FB and offered his service's. He assured me the job would be done right the first time and quick. Took my AMG Benz in to get the tires balanced. Can’t rotate them since the front and back are different sizes. They were friendly and quick. Plus the price was the best in town (I won’t tell you how low, because you wouldn’t believe me). Will return for other services as needed. Highly recommend
