I had the unfortunate experience of my tire blowing out on the highway with a lot of construction and a speed limit of 65 mph. Thankfully I was able to have my car towed to Pep Boys and they took great care of me. Thank you Greg and Stephanie for going above and beyond my expectations of customer service.

I had to go in for a new tire and oil change and the staff was friendly and helpful, it took a while to get my car in because it was the holiday and we just went through a crazy snow storm so I understand the time constraints but other than that no complaints. I use them for my tire service regularly.

I use Pep Boys for the routine maintenance on both my wife's 2007 Honda Accord and my 2016 Hyundai Sonata, both of which have extremely low mileage for their model year...72, 000 and 32, 000 miles respectively. My only complaint about Pep Boys is the fact they no longer make reservations for their services....

I didn't receive my carfax report as advertised in the 120 point inspection which didn't sit well with me. As far as everything else they pretty much identified every issue I was seeking during the inspection. 5 stars for the inspection. -2 for the false advertising

Greg at the front was very helpful, precise/straight to what I wanted and needed. No going around or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Without an appointment, I “waited” for my car maybe 2.5 hours. Considering there were several people ahead of me, that’s pretty quick. Also, I should add that it was estimated my car wouldn’t be ready until 5 and it was ready around 1. Thank you again gentlemen! I’ll be back

Came in for an issue with my windshield wiper. Mr. Goodwin took a look; turned the wrench a couple of times and the issue was resolved. I was satisfied with the way he handled it and bought blades as well. He went the extra mile and I appreciated it.

Great service. Installed a hitch on my Nissan Murano for $53. Walked in and waited while hitch was installed. Took about an hour and 45 minutes. Extremely satisfied with the in store service, work, and price.

I just left my local dealership from having a simple tire rotation and oil change. On the expressway driving home my car was shaking so bad and unable to turn back around as the car was loosing control. I pulled off at the nearest exit. To find out that my driver's side rear tire was not securely on all of the lugs were loose. Just in time as they were closing. My Angel Stevie found the tire was seconds away from coming off completely. If it wasn't for your company being close by and this gentleman I would have been in an major accident. I have not been a customer before but highly recommended you!!

They had excellent service and finished up my car's repairs quickly. I was very appreciative when the time frame they gave me was accurate, and the car was fixed well. I noticed a good mix of male and female employees, which honestly made me a little more comfortable. There are so many horror stories of women my age being ripped off because they don't look like they know what they're talking about. I never felt like the employees here were speaking down to me, and they were actually willing to do the work for less than anywhere else I searched. It was a very positive experience, and that's coming from someone who HATES getting work done on her car.

I broke down right up the road and they got me in same day. Very nice and helpful staff. I had a front cv axle replaced. Their parts are really expensive like $240 compared to $80 everywhere else. But they let me get my own Only reason I gave 4 stars

Our tire blew on 64 tonight and we were towed to this location right before closing time. Tony and Gregory worked together to make sure we got out of there safely and paid a reasonable price for our tire. They both were very accommodating and professional. Recently, I needed a battery for my Prius. My usual service location would not assist me. Pep Boys had the 12v battery in stock, at a great price and installed it quickly. Since then we have had oil changes and tire rotations and a new alternator there. The staff has been great, friendly and very helpful. Today, I had 2 tires, front brakes and alignment. The price was better than my other center and the additional on-line coupons helped even more. I worked with Dave and Chris. They were both extremely helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed at a great price and as quickly as possible. Plus, the rewards card has already gotten me free service. Thank you Dave and Chris, we will definitely be back.

Cannot say enough about the gentlemen employed here! Long story short, I was making an emergency trip from Buffalo NY to Henderson TN. Rear driver blew the sidewall out. Store was due to close at 8pm, this was 7:30pm and 21 miles on the freeway with a donut away from them. Gave me clear, concise directions from where I was. Pulled in at 7:50 to find the correct size pulled and ready for mount. Those boys not only waited for me to get there but stayed after closing to take care of me AND check my other 3! Definitely recommend to any person traveling through! They are AMAZING!!!! Btw this is the blown tire 😳

I went in to get my oil changed and while they did try and sell me a bunch of add-ons I only stuck with the oil change. It was very quick and reasonably priced compared to other places. It was very quick which I loved!

My husband and I live in Mississippi, we were traveling on a Saturday all the way from Ohio when we had a flat, well actually our tire got literally torn on a busy freeway and if it would’ve not been because of Steven tending to us 10 minutes before 8:00 pm we would have been stuck in Louisville!!! 8.04.20 UPDATE. This location no longer has auto part retail offering, only service and repair shop. Excellent service and plenty of the right items one can need for car repair, preventive maintenance and detailing. Easy parking in plaza. And good service team. Good pricing and honest service team.

I had trouble finding transmission fluid (back of the store next to oil to the left my own fault) has many items to choose from and can order products for you if they do not have them in stock. Does sell tires as well. Somewhat easy access and generous parking.

I am somewhat disappointed because I was quoted one price when I dropped my car offbut was charged something TOTALLY different. The tires were not the ones I asked for. It took 30 minutes to correct the situation as far as pricing.

I live in chicago, and was doing a weekend show at the louisville Expo Center on the last day of the event (January 1, 2017) my cargo van would not start I called pep boys and checked to see if they were open. Surprisingly there auto repair department was open, so I contacted tow to pep within 45 minutes they picked up the van and delivered it to pep boys. Within in minutes they had my Van in the Bay for inspection to locate the problem, within 30 minutes they located the problem and fixed it with an hour. This all happen between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm while I was at the event taking care of my customers. Because of their fast service I avoided a logistics nightmare because we had to have our booth moved out of the venue by 9:00 pm that same day. I don't even know to rate such exceptional service but to say Thank You, So very Much!!!!!!

Had a timing belt break on a Mazda Miata. Pep boy's had a tow service bring the car to their shop which was covered by them. What surprised me was, they had It done the next day. They had replace the timing belt, the water pump, valve cover gasket, and at my request the battery and battery lugs. After taking it down the block, it was running perfect even better than before. They certainly seem to have some very good mechanics. If they could just clean the car afterwards I would give them a 5.

The average cost of replacing a wheel stud according to the internet runs between $90 - $300. Just had mine replaced for about $55. Michael and the people working at Pep Boys were great. I will definitively use them again.

Aside from specialty and custom shop and stores its pretty much the best store of it's kind in the area and surrounding. Checking out and available help can be a little slow at times but if you know what you are looking for it definitely has the most stuff for your vehicle in stock for you to go home with that day.
