They noticed everything that was wrong and went out of their way to spend a lot of time on my car and even noticed things that I had not. The total price was half of what I would have expected it to be and the staff was really helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Had to take one of the police vehicles in for service. Daniel the manager he is always very polite, very professional and really a nice person. All of the workers know me by name when I walk in that always makes you feel good. I had at our issue and this is where Integrity comes in to play. Someone else may have told me that I needed to have guitar replaced Goodyear found the screw that was in tire and said it could be repaired. I would highly recommend Goodyear on Bardstown Road in the Gardiner Lane shopping center to anyone that needs any work done on their vehicles as well as any tires.

They've always taken great care of my car here. I moved to Louisville from out of state, and Terry went out of his way to answer my questions when I went to get my oil changed the first time. Additionally, Daniel called me a few months later due to a recall on a part. He was super professional explaining the issue, and promptly scheduled me to come in. I've also stopped by to get air in my tires a couple times, and its always been a quick and polite experience. I never really used Goodyear before, but I am definitely a loyal customer now!! Thanks!

We bring all 4 of our cars to this Goodyear, they are so helpful. They don’t do unnecessary work and explain to me what is needs to be fixed and why. They always try to get me a rebate whenever they can. The employees are so friendly and make me feel comfortable. Our teenage girls bring their cars up by themselves with no problems. This is a great Goodyear with that old neighborhood feel.

Came in to get my trailer tires mounted, also fix or replace my tire pressure sensors on my truck. The guys were very friendly an professional. I left my truck over the weekend, they locked it up in there shop. When I picked it up on Monday morning I was in an out. All around a good place to go for tires or tire work done.

Great service. They squeezed me in at the end of the day on Saturday when I desperately needed new tires for a spring break trip. I had not planned for tires that day and was lucky they had my size in stock. So glad they got me in at 4:10 when they closed at 5. I was out by 5. Awesome.

I highly recommend the Goodyear Auto Service on Bardstown Rd. I had the misfortune of needing a nail removed from my tire on the weekend but I was able to make a Sunday morning appointment at this location. Personally, I was in & out in less than 30 minutes and my tire was repaired for free! The staff were professional and honest. I inquired about my need for new tires and was given an honest answer that I can go another couple months no problem. Honest, professional, quick service and weekend hours- can't beat that!

We were in a little bind. While visiting Louisville, KY our rear brakes went out. We went to 2 different places, one wasn’t open, the other was 3 weeks before they would be able to see us. Then we went to Goodyear. They were open and was able to get us in. They completed the work at a reasonable time and we were on the road very close to when we wanted to leave!!! Thanks Guys!!!

6/2/2017 We are from Indianapolis and were our way to Florida for a family vacation. Just before we hit Louisville our battery light came on in our 2014 Caravan. This was the closest Goodyear. We made it to the shop around 7 a.m. and waited until it opened. The manager and techs were great! They asked if we were traveling and they put us in front of the line so we could get on our way. Our alternator and battery needed replaced. They got us in and out on our way in a few short hours. Great customer service! Thank you so much for turning the beginning of our vacation around!

It’s TRUE! FREE tire repair. I filled out the online appointment form late the night before and sure enough, tire repaired as scheduled the next day. Reyna at the front desk is exceptional: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you for the phenomenal customer service. I was on a solo roadtrip yesterday evening when my car broke down and wouldn't start. I was so stressed out stuck in Louisville over 3 hours from home. Having to cancel my plans, get my car towed, and book a random hotel last minute was such a bummer. I had called the next morning before their open time because i was so stressed and imagined they might be too busy on a Saturday to fix it the same day. They answered my call before their open time and were so nice. I'm just thankful they were able to solve the problem quickly and repair it by the time I had to check out today. My situation could have been much more costly and I'm happy I had the car towed and repaired here. For having a bad day, I feel like I at least lucked out with the great customer service.

I’ve been coming to this Goodyear for 30 years. The first service manager, Gary, I got to know over the first 25 years, and Daniel has been there 5. Terry holds down the fort at the front. They treat you like family and they’ve never done an unnecessarily repair. My kids go there now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wonderful group of professionals! My car sensor noted a low pressure tire (on a Sunday of course!), and they were able to get me a Monday appointment and had me come in on that day (Sunday) to do an quick eyeball look (visible nail, split, etc.) and to add air to the tire. I reset the sensor, and on Monday there was no alert showing. On Monday's inspection they found a leaky valve, fixed it, and I was on my way. These professionals are fantastic!

Terry, Rick and all the service people are so friendly and patient. After having my car fixed I visited a friend who is a mechanic and he said they did a great job. I dont know about cars so trust is a huge factor.They have a loyal customer in me!

I was traveling thru Kentucky 650 miles from home and noticed my original equipment Goodyear tire was severely damaged. They were the only Goodyear store open (on Sunday) from Bowling Green to Louisville. I pulled in at 2:30pm and the manager promptly took care of replacing the tire and at a fair price. I will be forever grateful. The only thing I would recommend is that they change the hours open that is listed online. It says open to 6pm, but when we arrived the store actually said they closed at 4pm. -- In no way am I complaining!!! Just might be helpful for the next customer (or traveler) to know. I am beyond happy. To everyone at this Goodyear store, thanks for doing a great job!!!

What started as a horrible day (popping a brand new tire at the base of the second street bridge), turned into a happy ending when Daniel answered the phone at Goodyear auto on Bardstown Rd. It was the middle of the day on Sunday and everything was closed. The only other shop open hadn’t even attempted to track down the right kind of tire and When id mentioned I couldn’t get to them until 4:30 (when they closed at five) I was instantly told there was absolutely nothing they could do. I was starting to think I was really stuck. Thank GOODNESS I called this location. Having never had to drive on a spare I’d thought it too far, but thank goodness I made the trek (only took about 15 mins). While they didn’t have my tire at first he tracked it down within minutes and said they could have it in an hour. When I told him I wouldn’t make it until 30 mins before their closing time he told me not to worry and that they would wait for me. From start to finish Daniel eased my mind and took care of everything. They were fast, efficient, fair in price and so comforting I don’t have enough nice things to say. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! You were my Christmas hero!!!! ❤️

I came in with a headlight that was not working and, after calling ahead, arrived a few minutes prior to my appointed time. After waiting a while for them to take my car back, one of the people there came and informed me of the fact that my light was not broken, but simply shifted and was immediately working again. I was very thankful and did not have to purchase a new light. I was not charged for the service which left me with a feeling of great relief in an otherwise rough day. The people here might not be the fastest when it comes to service time, but they are for the most part very courteous and helpful. I have taken my car here several times for similar issues and likely will continue as the need arises. I recommend calling ahead and asking them if they are very busy or if there is a day they do not think it will be busy if you want to get a faster service.
