Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I placed the order and shipping was also super fast. The new wheels gave some life to my older 2009 is250 Lexus. I want to let you know how much I appreciate my experience with you people at VIBE Motorsports. I ordered wheels about 3 weeks ago, and so anxious to get them on my car. To me, it's a big deal to change the look of your car. It becomes part of you, a bit of a reflection of your spirit in life. I expected the wheels to arrive about 2-3 weeks, but right from the start it was about 2 weeks out. BUT they arrived in about 2.5 weeks. I found that my order was short a part, so I emailed them, and that same day I received an email back to me, AND they had already shipped the missing part. Over the past couple of years now I've purchased two different sets of custom wheels from Vibe Motorsports. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and about both experiences I've had while making my wheel & tire purchases from them. These guys right here are the ones that you most definitely want to make contact with when you’re ready to make your investment on your new custom wheels & tires for your vehicle. They have all the correct specs for each vehicle make, model, and year and they can tell you what wheel and tire sizes with what offsets will and will not work based on your specific vehicle. They'll let you know what all wheel sizes (for each specific brand of wheel they carry) that you'll be able to run perfectly on whichever vehicle that you're contacting them about and going to be doing the install on. Nate is the salesman who helped me on my recent purchase of 20" Savini wheels and Hankook tires and he did an amazing job and he's very knowledgeable of all of the products that Vibe Motorsports sells. They've always had great pricing on all of their stock of wheels and tires both, and they'll also ship them to you already touchless mounted, road force balanced, and ready for install as soon as you receive them. They have my recommendation 100%! I've attached some photos of my 2016 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Ultimate with the new rims and tires that Nate helped me out with on my newest purchase and then I attached a few photos of my past 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Ultimate with the 20" Velgen VBM5 Gunmetal wheels that I made my first wheel purchase from Vibe Motorsports on. Unfortunately, two of the rims came with a defect from the factory. I notified Leo of the issue and provided some documentation/evidence. Leo immediately apologized and jumped on the issue. He was able to get me two replacement wheels and even picked up the additional cost it took me to install, mount, and balance. In todays world, it is very difficult to find a company that supports their customers and stands behind the product they sell. Salesman Leo was a pleasure to deal with. Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Leo @ Vibe!! I ordered a set of wheels for my BMW F36 through Vibe. The wheels ended up having a manufacturing issue that was no fault of Vibe themselves. From the first time I contacted Leo regarding the issue I felt he really cared and wanted to get the issue resolved completely. It took some time to get new wheels shipped out but Leo stayed in constant communication throughout the process. Vibe also took care of some additional expenses I had incurred as result of the issues. Stepping up and doing the right thing to take care of their customer was huge in my eyes. Not a lot of businesses would do that. Thanks again and I'll definitely be shopping with you guys in the future for any mods/accessories.

I originally ordered the Vertini RF1.3 wheels for my Mercedes. It was discovered that those wheels weren’t available for quite some time. Leo from Vibe Motorsports gave me a great list of alternative options. I am a very picky customer so sometimes that can be difficult to work with, however Leo guided me in the right direction and I was able to settle on another set of wheels. With the prompt assistance from Leo, my endless questions were answered and a fantastic alternative was made. I am thankful for the help I received from VIBE Motorsports especially during COVID staffing challenges. I would’ve given 5 stars if the RF1.3 rims were available but for the quality customer service and alternatives provided, I had to give 4. I would recommend to friends and family. Good experience overall.

First of, i am not usually the type to go out of my way to leave reviews, but wow. I reached out to Vibe about some wheels they had on sale, but didnt have the model i wanted. Ryan went above and beyond, was courteous, professional and a ton of help. I cancelled the order and re ordered same wheels through Vibe Motorsports. Wihin the hour Leo personally called me to inform me the wheels were back ordered through Rohana and gave me an earlier ship date (6/26) than the previous company. Realizing it would be a wait through any company I ordered from I decided to go through with Vibe based on the customer service I had received up to that point. Today I got another call from Leo informing me the wheels came in early and already on their way and will arrive 6/22. Four days sooner than I thought they would ship and weeks sooner than the other company. Since I already had the bolts Leo decided to send me a hat and shirt package instead. I have purchased a couple sets of of wheel bolt's from Vibe. Their prices are good. They ship quickly. The only problem I have is that the quality of their chrome is not great. Most of the bolts in the first set look pretty bad because the chrome has come off partially or entirely and the heads are showing rust.

The guys up front we're not very friendly nor welcoming, when someone walks into your shop ready just spend $6,000 on a set of wheels it probably makes sense to have someone there to greet them . I called about having a light installed on my WRX and found out Alex also has the same car I do. He said he could do it and didn't qoute me some ridiculous price just to have a simple install done. He was pretty easy going and gladly talked to me about the mods to his car. I was interested in doing a cat back swap on mine and he said he could do it as well, just to let him know which one I wanted to go with. He made a couple suggestions, but wasn't pushy or trying to sell me anything I wasn't interested in which I highly appreciated. The whole process was pretty easy and hassle free. He kept me informed on the parts he ordered for my car so we could schedule a drop off. Install was done within the time he said it would take. Since I live really close by, he even offered to drop off my old parts at my apartment so I could hang on to them. I definitely would recommend them to anyone wanting custom mods and or impressive rims and tires, which is what they specialize in.
