Let's enjoy it when things go right. I was in shock with how simple my transaction was today. I paid online and showed up and there was no needless upsell, no change or price, no tacked on fees over what was stated online. They have a sign with your name and if you show up on time there is no "oh but he showed up before you" I was there at 8:30 and out at 8:55. Cherry on the top was that there was no commotion about my tires being slightly wider than factory spec, they knew it fit and they had no fuss about it. This no BS approach is much appreciated. Overall great experience.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle for servicing here. I gave them my budget and they were flexible to accommodate what I was looking for, and even though the tires I originally wanted were not in stock for same day servicing, they provided me similar options within my price range. The manager Art was helpful in squeezing my car in, to make sure there was enough time to work on it before closing on Friday evening of a long holiday weekend. I am super grateful for how they were quick & affordable. I plan to come back for future service, and will continue to recommend Art & their shop to others. Thank you American Tire Depot!

So my tire popped on the freeway and I panicked. I called American Tire Depot and spoke to Alex who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him my problem and they said they could help me out, if I got there before they closed at 6, on a Friday. I made it in, barely, and the staff was quick to help and change my tire. I drove home and my tire was showing a constant leak. I went back the next day and in less than ten minutes, I was on my way. They changed the valve stem, for free and made sure my tire was fine before letting me leave. Great service. 10/10 would come back again.

I happen to get a flat tire right at 4:30 p.m. and had to have my car towed to a tire shop. I happened to call American tire Depot and Alex answer the phone. He was very courteous. Very helpful. He checked the tire right away by the time my car got towed to their shop. It was already 5:45 and they were going to be closing in 15 minutes. He could have turned me away but instead he welcome me and help me put the tire on. It took 10 minutes for them to change the tire and I'm off. Thank you so much Alex and your crew. You guys were excellent

Fastest service I have ever had on a rainy day, it took less than 10 minutes to take the tire off, have it checked and place it back on. Patrick and Art were very friendly. Highly recommended, just wish I knew this shop sooner!

Took a chance at this place to replace all 4 tires on my SUV and am glad I did! I got the tires I wanted, bought 3 & 4th free. Atmosphere was professional yet friendly. They checked everything and got my brake fluid changed. The job was efficient and done in no time! And with a donut shop close by, who could ask for more? I highly recommend this place!

Had a nail in my tire and stopped in to have them check it out. Before I could find out how much it would cost they had the tire off and were patching the tire. I rushed to the office to see what it was going to cost and too my astonishment they said that the patch was free, just tip the technician and have a good day. I ran over a nail and had a slow leak-- I was able to get an appointment same day, and was in and out in 15 minutes, for free, since patches are free. The guys in the shop were so friendly and sweet, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I'll be switching to them for all my tire and oil change needs too!

I came here new to the area. My car showed up having been shipped from Florida and there were all kinds of complications. I went to have a tire patched at another business and they said I needed a bunch of things replaced. Sceptical, I took the car to Costco and they confirmed I needed new tires. I compared Costco's price to American Tire Depot's price as well as when the car would be ready. Costco would have taken 3 days and $250 more. American Tire Depot had it ready THAT AFTERNOON! They were super friendly, very gentle sales pressure, did what was best for my car and ultimately gave me a deal I can't disclose. They went above and beyond. When I got my VW EOS back later that night, it was a BEAST. I had all new tires, new breaks and a coupon for an oil change. I am happy I found them. They are underground heroes and I will take my car no other place!

Called around to ask about getting shocks and struts and they quoted me the best price. They had a promotion going on and Alex even gave me a discount on additional services that was required so I'm very happy with the service they provided and will definitely tell others about them and will be back for future upgrades. I had a decent experience here. They are polite however there are no clear signs to tell you what to do or where to go, the parking lot is packed which makes it awkward, and it took 2 hours with an appointment which kind of defeated the purpose of having one. Overall would I go again? Yes! The polite gentlemen at the desk were kind and even apologized for the long wait and thanked me for understanding and such. I've only had this experience with small mechanic shops and never the big corporate places. I will gladly go again just on account of how nice they are.

This place is Amazing! Exactly same tire very similar warranty & a Cheaper price than Costco! Also they had my tires special order tires the very next day. When Costco told me 5 to 8 days to get them. The alignment feels great and my car is hard to do. I don't know who gave them a 1 star. But I feel like they may have been the problem. Because I was given a quote over the phone for out the door, and Thats what i spent the service was great! So l don't know what else you could ask for?😍😍😍😋

Andy the shop manager was amazing! I had made an appointment and request for a specific tire to be installed at this location. When I arrived the tire wasn't there. He immediately got to work on the problem. Within half an hour he had discovered my tire wasn't delivered, but he actually installed a better tire for the same price! He was the epitome of an excellence. My sister always comes here and I'm glad I did as well.

First off, when I first walked in for my appointment I was greeted. They took my keys right away and I was told it would take 45-1 Hr for my wheel alignment. My son and made it 3/4 around the block and I got a call and they said my car was ready. It took a whole 20 minutes To finish my car!! They were quick! It’s hard to find that kind of customer service nowadays. Definitely coming back for sure!

In and out in about an hour for 3 tire replacements, oil change, inspection and alignment on a Friday afternoon. Very polite people, great customer service, and price matching, though I didn’t need the last one because I already got the best price. When I asked about the fourth tire, they said it’s new and doesn’t need to be changed. Love the honest quick service! And while waiting for my car, all who came in and got their car serviced, were very happy customers! Definitely coming back!

I've purchased Good Year tires 4x online and delivered to American Tire Depot back in 2019 and installed fine, on June 2021 there was a bumpy/lump/ boil/ tumor or whatever you call it. When I went to claim my warranty the said it was covered under warranty, which is great, but I just need to pay the installation fee of $53. The tire with boil was replaced within 2 hours same day with brand new one with latest model, because my old tire was discontinued already per customer service. Also I had 2 front brake pads were replaced as well $150 and oil changed was done as well for $59.99 which was waived to get breakpads replaced. The guys are very professionals, they will acknowledge you right away on what you need. They keep you on the loop all the time. They are very friendly. I will come back again for more service on my cars.

I search the tires I am interested and noticed that American Tires Depot is offering the lowest price. I ordered the tires by phone call, next day I got confirmation that my tires are in the store, immediately asked if I can bring my car around 4pm, Mr. Garabedian Antranik, store manager “sure, no problem”. I arrived at the store around 3:30pm where there was no parking space! I was out of the parking lot @4:25pm with 4 new tires, mounted, computer balanced, and comprehensive alignment completed. They have organized teamwork, I recommended highly for your car needs.

The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because when my tires got in and my car was ready no one gave me a call. I called about 10 places looking for tires for my car and they all either had nothing or expensive ones. ATD was great! They were so kind on the phone, ordered my tires late afternoon Saturday and installed them on Monday after my work day (so they have great hours). The had my car done so fast, I went for a walk while waiting and the car was done even before I got back. I only walked for 20 minutes. The were the best price and best customer service. Hit a pot hole which ended up cutting the side wall of my tire. American Tire Depot-Glendale was the only shop out of 5 I called which had the specific tire size (265/35/21) and brand (continental) for my Tesla Model S. Price was good and they were able to get it done the same day so I could travel out the following day. Great experience and will probably continue to visit this specific shop for my future tire needs. Also note that I’ve been coming here for years with other cars and have had the same positive experience each time.

First time to replace tires and second time for repair. Both times were 5 star experience. I went in for tires and came out with better tires than I expected and new back brakes. The mechanic did a great job. The wait was not long . I was very comfortable enjoy great coffee and donuts. This place and the people are assets to your company . I came home telling my family and my boss. Both said they would go to get thier tires there. My boss even called Jake and thanked him, and told him she would be taking her car in for tires. Amazing costumer service. After a hellish morning dealing with AAA service people and 3 hours of delays I finally made it here to get my tire fixed (under warranty). I was quoted a wait time of 1 1/2 hours but when I explained my situation and that I had called them earlier and that I needed to get to work they rushed my patched job and got me out if there in the knick of time for work. From buying my tires to now having them fixed I would recommend this store to anyone. Did not feel taken advantage of in any way and the price they quoted me when I bought tires here in January literally could not be beat by any other place in the city.

Besides tires, they do all mechanical. They have fix my car twice. Did a good job. But left my car dirty after fixing it. Maybe because it's an old cheap car and not a luxury car. But other than that, they do a good job fixing it.

Went in today for a tire check and have been just blown away by the service! Enrique who was in charge of customer service was super courteous and professional; he literally went beyond his call of duty to calm me down(I was anxious in a hurry) and made me feel very comfortable. The super friendly and nice guys Gio and Hugo also provided the most honest and helpful service ever. They replaced a bulb in my car, checked my tire pressure and filled them for free! These are the most polite and respectful people you can take your car to. I took in my 2013 Mini Cooper because it was lagging during accelerating. I had a flat tire in the morning on my way to work in Ontario. Reach to get to a gas station and they put me the extra. Once in Hollywood, I talk to Carmelo and he tells me, “Miguel, with that tire you won't get to Riveraide, look how it's busted everywhere; that one is also going to fall apart” I had to go to Glendale to pick up some material before they closed the place. After that I go looking for a tire shop and after more than 5 that they were closed because it was already after 5 and because it is Holliday today. I finally found an open tire shop. American Tire shop at 737 Glendale Blvd. They did not have the tire my truck uses. The owner tells me that since it's a holiday, the only place that might be open would be Pep Boys. It was almost closing and luckily they had the tire I needed but they told me they couldn't install it until tomorrow. Well, I bought two tires and I rushed to see if I could reach the open shop. I arrived and they were already closing. I asked the owner and they put the tires on me. Note. When I asked the owner how much he charged to change my tire, Son "just give the technician a tip" Finally they changed the two new tires and put one of the used ones in the extra one. What they charged me was really cheap. Highly recommend- I will be back to have my Tacoma lined up. Thank you guys.
