This was really a Great experience coming to America’s Tires here in Glendale, CA! I picked up a huge screw somewhere in L.A. and was unrepairable. My tires are specialty, wide and low profile. They were able to get me taken care of with my spare until the tire we ordered came in the very next day! I simply rolled back through and they had it ready for me since I left the rim with them. They had the new tire on and balanced before noon! I can see why this store stays consistently busy as these guys are wonderful and personable, especially Ian! He’s the one who helped me directly at the front desk! They get to everyone much faster than you’d expect, this is for sure the best crew I’ve personally experienced! They take pride in understanding the exact issue, putting customers concerns at ease while making it seem like it’s so easy! I just couldn’t let this experience go unshared with you all! Really good America’s Tires, I moved this last year so i found this one which isn’t too far from where I live now. The guys work super fast and are diligent and polite. I like that they open the door for you. My tired was repaired in less than one hour - srsly these guys are fast! My only complaint was when I called to confirm if they had the tire I needed they didn’t let me know that I could make an appointment to make it easier to come in, so I had to come in twice: once to make the appointment and the other for my actual appointment.

For a great tire buying experience, come see Kyle art Glendale's America's Tire. I had a slight problem with my wheels getting damaged and Kyle bent over backwards to help me. All the salesmen are polite and friendly, and when they say one hour, they deliver your car on time. Great selection too!

Ordered my tires and made my appointment on-line. I had an 11:45 am appointment, my tires were ordered the day before and once I got there, the guys behind the counter were very nice and made my experience quick and painless. With only 2 tires installed, the job was done in 30 minutes. Great prices on tires. I paid extra for the certificate for refund, replacement. Worth the extra amount for a peace of mind.

Came here due to an emergency tire repair from a referral from a Costco rep and the service was excellent and welcoming! We were immediately greeted and attended to by Kaden Dudley and the staff who quickly checked our car and assessed the status. Gave us an estimate wait time and took care of our car. Ian is the best! The professionalism is top notch. The customer service at this location is great and they work fast. I came in to get my tire replaced and they were able to do it the same day. Ian made sure the tire replacement was the same brand which I usually have trouble finding them in stock.

when i first moved to LA my tire needed to be replaced in the first month and i came in and Ian was so welcoming and they were communicating very well with me for someone who knows nothing about cars 😅, no one pressured me into anything or buying anything they only focused on the problem i brought up! only then a month later my other tire goes out and i bring it back and they were able to squeeze me in as a walk in and get me taken cared of! they go above and beyond! the close at 6 but they will stay open until everyone is taken cared of and satisfied! amazing work done and efficient! definitely a place to go for any tire questions!

Had an 11AM appointment for nail repair. Showed up on time and they pulled the car into the bay within minutes. Sales guy was very friendly, and the technician was friendly and competent. In and out within a half hour. No paperwork needed for warranty repair. Excellent experience.

After having a terrible experience at Walmart I came here to get my valve stems changed since they didn’t do it at Walmart when I bought my tires and had them installed . Kyle was super helpful and professional . They were super busy the day I came in but still managed to help me out as a walk-in in a very reasonable time . Would highly recommend this place and definitely coming back when I need a new set of tires !

I first came here years ago when I got a nail in my tire. They fixed it for free even though I never bought tires from them. I was shocked. They’ve been my go too for tires and repairs ever since. They have an excellent customer service team there. They send you a text so you can track their progress if you decide to take an Uber somewhere. If not, they have ample comfortable seating inside and out as you wait. This place can get really busy so be sure to set aside about two hours and that’s only because of all of he customers cars ahead of you in line. They’re usually done in an hour or less once your car gets up on the rack. P.S. There’s a Starbucks in the Vons two blocks down the street on Los Feliz and Central

Update - I love this place even more now. Wish I could give it more than five stars. I got a flat tire on the way home from work and drove in three minutes before they closed and Kaden greeted me very cheerfully and said they could take care of it for me right away, even with how late I arrived. They live up to their motto and are definitely getting me taken care of. Thanks Kaden and the whole staff here. Went in on Saturday to have them replace my tire sensors because my TPMS light had been on for weeks and nothing fixed it. They replaced them in a timely manor but by Tuesday the TPMS light still had it gone off. Went back and they were able to determine the new sensors weren’t compatible with my car, so they replaced them with a different kind for free. Squeezed me in and got me out quickly even though they were clearly very busy. Special shout out to Tyler who helped me sort out the problem, to Rich who jump started my car for me when the battery died in the air check station, and to the mechanic who actually did the replacement work (I didn’t get his name but he worked so efficiently and the light is finally off and I have working tire pressure sensors again 🥳). Highly recommend this location for quick service and good customer interaction.

What an impeccable service by Tyler. I mean I went to two other places and they were all rude and obnoxious because I was asking for cheaper tire. I ended up purchasing more expensive one because Tyler was kind enough to take the time to explain differences of run flat and non run flat Thank you Rudy as well :)

Very professional quick service. I bought tires on there site got quicker store service. I paid for the order made a online appointment next available was the next week they called the next day and asked if I wanted to stop by early for installation that day they put me next in que when I showed up it was very quick and a great deal! Amazing service. I preordered a set of tires and went the next day for installation. Arriving before 8am open, I noticed the team having a stand up meeting inside. That's not something you see much anymore. It's clear that whatever mission was shared by the manager with the team resonated. They functioned lime a true team. These are tire professionals who look like they genuinely like what they do. They move with purpose, not just lugging tires around. I will definitely be back the next time the car needs new shoes.

I bought a new car in St. Louis and drove it to Los Angeles. For the interim, I decided to get a tire rotation and balance program for as long as I owned the car. America Tire was superb in every respect. Made an appointment, signed up and payed for the program. The program was very affordable! The tire rotation and balance was done in 6 minutes . The America Tire team are skilled and knowledge professionals who know how to take care of their valued customers. I had to get a debrief on how fast and how they rotated the tires .... and they were spot on. They call it the "Pit Stop. " Why did I select this particular America Tire location? Because I went with my son-in-law to get a new set of tires and was able to see them in action.

I love America's tire! I was lost yesterday because they were closed and had the worst experience at a used tire shop. Called first thing this morning after putting air on my tire that was supposedly patched by angry person at a used tire shop... before taking my children to school. Rudy was the sweetest... most attentive and has the best customer service anyone could ever dream of. Knowing I had to go to work.... he offered to immediately place my spare tire so I could go to work while they placed my new tire. Such a piece of mind knowing they are always here for me( Except on Sundays..haaa haaa) HIGHLY Recommend AMERICA'S TIRE! They are the best!!!!!

I had a nail in my tire, dreading thinking that I would need to replace that tire. I was able to find America's Tire online through all the highly rated reviews. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for the following day, was able to get serviced quickly, and the completion was earlier than scheduled by the Specialist. I appreciated the fast service, and the accommodating waiting area, and upon completion, the price was actually free as I did not require the tire to be replaced. In the event that I would need tires serviced or new tires, I would definitely take my car here!

I love America’s Tires! Been using this company for years and they have absolutely saved the day for me more than once. I always receive fast and friendly service and this location is no exception. More than once I have needed a last minute tire change before a trip. Today I arrived at 730am so I could be the first walk in of the day. They open at 8am and I was back in my car by 820am! They also have the best tire warranty so since all my tires are covered by them all I had to pay was $20 for a new warranty on the new tire! I highly recommend this company and I will be a customer for life!

Purchased my tires online, when you visit their website you provide your cars year, make and model. Your given a selection of tires that best fits your driving needs. I made my selection this morning, paid online for a same day installation at noon. I arrived and the representative said they offer a contactless service, and he was NOT kidding!! I waited less than 15 min, they had me drive my car into the shop on a ramp and directed me when to stop. I got out of my car and literally in less than 35 minutes they were done changing all 4 tires! I got in my car, drove it out of the service area and I was on my merry way!! Thank you America's Tires for making this soooo easy!!

I had a great experience with the America's Tire location in Glendale, CA. I ordered new tires for my car and although they didn't arrive on time (not the store's fault), communication was very proactive and they kept me informed. Once the tires arrived I had no problem scheduling an appointment. I arrived at my appointment time and was helped promptly and within a few minutes my car was taken to the bay. My car was ready about half an hour later. The military discount was an added bonus! Definitely recommend!

I was in a bad mood when I visited. The clerk told me that the two tires I bought at Pep Boys a year and a half age required replacement despite not having put 10,000 miles on the car since purchasing them. A third tire was also bad but the fourth was still good but also worn. Reluctantly I agreed to buying 4 new tires. Later when the car was ready, I drove it home and performance improved dramatically. Because I made an appointment, the work was completed in less than 45 minutes.

Honestly not sure how i feel about this place. Everyone is super nice and its just tire change but was somewhat bothered by the fact my tires were installed with uneven pressure. One tire was at 50psi and all the other tires were all over the place. Pressures were ranging from 32psi to 50psi. Was very odd to see this. Oh and wheels were scuffed up after too.. wish they were more careful..

Good experience. They are almost always willing to price match anything reasonable and they have good stock. Customer service is always nice. Definitely make an appointment though because they get busy. I can never tell if the warranties for $30 or whatever are worth it. I almost never end up using them, but that may be my driving.

Same company as Discount Tire in AZ... Every store has great service with knowledgeable staff... There is a reason they are on almost every corner in Phoenix. Tried ordering online and next day the store called to tell me my items on backorder and be at least a month, typically right now with supply chain issues, and got similar tire for about the same price. Problem solved, no bald, slick rear tires in a +500hp car. Only down side is they closed the Burbank location awhile ago, now I go to this location.

I went to the North Hollywood location but they moved here now, so my review is for both locations. Ordered 4 new tires online and the whole process was smooth. They said my tires would arrive within 3-5 business days but then I received a call on the second day that they had arrived early which was perfect for my schedule! Within 90 minutes I was in and out with the full tire replacement installation, balancing, finalizing their credit card I applied for online which earned me a decent rebate, and had my car keys back, ready to drive. David was the main employee who took care of my service and answered all my questions and did an amazing job especially considering how much work he had with a huge wave of phone calls and customers. I highly recommend.

I just wanted to say how much of a pleasure it was to discover America’s Tire where and when we did. We suddenly got a flat driving through town on the highway and pulled over to a gas station. Thankfully someone there directed us here and it was like a total oasis in the desert. Went in today to have the air in my tires checked. Since I was there I thought I would do a rotation on my tires as well. The gentleman Jamar took my car information and took my car in right away. Plus my wait was not long at all. I was missing an emblem cap on one of my tires and the young man doing the rotation found one in the shop and replaced it for me "What a great thing to do". I rarely leave reviews, but feel that the service I received at this America's Tire location is worthy of one. We ordered tires online via America's Tire and had them shipped to this location. I made an appointment for which I was late, yet was seen to right away. Upon inspecting our current tires, the rep found that we still had enough tread life and legal age in the tire to not warrant new tires. Since our order was made online, not much was able to be done in the way of a trade in, but other discounts were found and applied. Discounts aside, everyone was kind, the shop was clean, the service was quick and the staff were knowledgeable.

Sean took great care of me after I went to Discount Tire on Highland Ave and was told I needed a new tire. I knew I was just being schemed. I called America's Tire at 5:40 and asked if I could bring my car there, they closed at 6:00, I was 25 minutes away but Sean said he would wait for me. I got there at 6:20. Sean not only stayed late for me but he also patched my Tire for free! Discount Tire wanted to charge me almost 100.00 for a new tire that I didn't need. Shame on them. AMERICA'S TIRE IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO.

America's tire closes at 5:00 p.m. but they took us anyways even though they were already closing. they did an amazing job both the representatives in the front and the mechanics. I picked this place based on all the positive reviews and they did not disappoint! I really can’t figure out how to put into words how appreciative I am without sounding cheesy. Basically I needed a new tires before driving back to Denver but didn’t think I could afford it. James showed genuine concern for my safety and the state of my tires and made it work. On top of that I’d been greeted promptly when walking in and the wait was just over an hour with no appointment. I’m truly floored with this place, like a school girl in love.

Carlos greeted me immediately - came out and inspected my vehicle - identified problems with my tires (found a few I had not noticed) - set me up with a great deal on four new tires - with great warranty plan. Honestly, there’s no reason to not buy tires here. They have the best prices, they fix fixable flats for FREE, and they prorate new tires if a flat isn’t fixable. Both the above have happened to me and I have always had great service despite how incredibly small and crowded this location is. I’ll never buy tires elsewhere, you just can’t beat this place.

Always have a nice experience never got disappointed America’s tire has a Great service. Nice and helpful employees. Got my set of 6 tires in their location in City of Industry. Notice a nail on my truck while on Glendale so I decided to go to their closest location. They don’t have the size available but they put my spare tire for now and order the tire to replace it. Had a little bit waiting but it’s all good employees is really busy which is understandable.

Two other tire stores on the same street did not have tires in stock for my older model car. Luis answered the phone quickly, professionally and spoke clearly. He quickly determined that the tires I needed were in stock and gave me the out-the-door price for them. The price quoted on the phone was what I paid--no up-sell, bait-and-switch or add-on fees. This store is clean. The staff is friendly, professional, quick and efficient. Luis greeted me as I entered the store, remembered our phone conversation, prepared the work order and processed the sale quickly. There are comfortable chairs, good magazines and coffee, tea and water in the nice lobby. There were many customers, but my purchase of two tires was mounted and I was out the door in probably less than 30 minutes. They treated me with as much respect and courtesy as all of the Mercedes owners.

Probably the quickest service I’ve ever had at a tire shop! I ordered my tires online and then got a call from the store to let me know that they would need a deposit to order the tires. I was then told that the tires would be there between 2-3 business days. They got there in 2! 😬 I came in and was out in less than an hour. Amazingly fast service! The employees are amazing too. After inspecting the tire, the damage is right at the edge. It cannot be fixed. A new tire has to be ordered. Thankfully I have the road hazard warranty. That means replacement costs me nothing. Excellent service, good selection of products at a very reasonable price. Only beef is that the Glendale location experiences very customer volume that translates into traffic congestion and parking issues ... necessitating employees to jockey your car for you. The North Hollywood location was closed down (which was perfect for me) and consolidated the business in Glendale. I strongly recommend booking an appointment either through their app or website because walk-ins can result in two-plus hour wait times. Also appreciate the courtesy notifications via email for free tire rotation and balancing every 5000 miles. Have been using America's Tire for the past six years (for myself and my daughter) ... purchasing three sets of tires (for two cars) and 4 rims (which look even better than the originally equipped rims on my Altima SR). All in all you can't go wrong having peace of mind with great service, overall value with excellent customer support.

I've already purchased a full set of tires for my 2016 Civic from here, as well as an emergency replacement for a blowout at a location in Kingman, AZ (from the original factory tires). Anytime I have any issues, I come TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION if I'm home in Los Angeles. In the past, they have repaired any issues with zero charge to me (truly upholding the warentee). Yesterday, I had to get one of the tires plugged at a different store, altogether, due to a slow leak. This morning, that tire was flat. I got it aired up safely enough to make it to this location to have it inspected for repair or replacement. Its beyond repair, so they informed me that it needs replaced. Since I opted for their warentee when I purchased a full set a little over a year ago, the replacement BRAND NEW TIRE is only costing me $11.25 for renewal of the warentee plus state tax. Even without an appointment, they got my car into the bay within 10min of assessment & payment. It's only taking another 10min for them switch on the new tire. This company has stores all across the country (known as Discount Tire outside of Los Angeles), And every one of those locations upholds the service promise of all of the others. I make at least 1 cross country drive per year, and this company gives me peace of mind knowing that I can have any tire issues covered at any time.

I work out in the field as a EMT, and time was of the essence. This location never let me down when it comes to tires. I went to American tire Depot rosemead twice trying to fix a flat tire, got 2 super bad experience, staffs were rude and inconsistent. They told me 1-2hours on the pbone, but when I came in they told me I have to wait for 3-4 hours. So I left. Went back on the next day, dropped my car there, got a call from them saying that they can't find the wheel lock anywhere, but it was right in the glove box...I was so frustrated and decided to come to this location today, everything were completely different!! staffs were kind and helpful and the service time were less than one hour! When life decides to screw you over, go to America's Tire. After making my car purchase at the end of 2017, I was advised to get insurance for my tires. Mario helped me out with this, saying that tires are one of the last things people don't realized that isn't covered by the dealership. I had a tire pressure warning come on, went here and spoke to Mario over the phone, telling him what happened. He said there's a line but the wait shouldn't take more than an hour and a walk-in, and boy was he right. Less than an hour, I was in and out of there, with my tire patched up and rotated, free of charge because past me got the insurance.

i did research on tires and with so many places in glendale and los angeles i ended up choosing this place. they have a great variety of tires with great prices and very competitive installation prices too and with lifetime rotation i was sold. i came here because i had a bump on the side of the tire. i was thinking of getting at least 2 tires changed but with a 4 year old 2013 kia rio with original tires i was thinking maybe all 4. so i arrived and there where like 2 people sitting and 2 people in line. came my turn quick and i told them i had bump in tire and if they can take a look at other tires. for me tires looked fine with a lot of thread left. the worker checked it with the thread depth gauge. 4/32nd. he checked all tires and same depth. a lot lower than i expected just looking visually. after that i was relieved that buying 4 tires wouldnt be a waste anymore. 4 year old tires exposed outdoors 24/7 with 4/32nd i was actually happy to change them all. before i got there i did research on their tires so i knew which ones i wanted. cheap but all season super high performance tires. got the warranty on them too. payed under 400 dollars after adding taxes and installation fees. i dont drive much so i didnt want the longer thread life tires. also my tires are common giving me plenty of options. i saved money and walked away a happy customer. ill be coming here whenever i need new tires and of course tire rotations and air checks which are free. tire balancings i think they nailed it... pun intended. i highly recommend this place because of the highly competitive prices, its inventory and the free services you get for the life of the tire.
