This place is awesome from the first phone call all the way to picking up my vehicle. Everything was done without me having to step inside the shop at all! I needed an alignment done after I replaced my whole front suspension at home and the guy on the phone is named happy and he helped me with getting a quote and also keeping me updated. I work on the ambulance so my schedule didn’t allow me to go to them while they were open so I was able to drop off my truck after hours and put my key in their lockbox and also then was able to pick up my truck after hours since they had a separate lockbox that they gave me a code to open when I got there. Will definitely go there again!

They went above what I was expecting. The first person I met was named Happy and he’s a happy guy. He made sure my needs were met and that I left there a satisfied customer ready to come back for more. I noticed that he spoke to every customer as if they were the only customer he had even though there were more waiting in line. I appreciate customer service. It’s not taught much anymore. A lot of customer service reps won’t even look me in the eye and acknowledge I’m there. Figure it out on your own Mr customer. After they installed my tires the tech washed the blue covering from my white letters AND installed my spare in the area under my truck bed where it was designed to be stored. My previous experiences with other companies like this is they throw the spare in the truck bed and let me leave their business with the blue covering on the white letter tires to clean them myself. Sherwood Tire Pros have earned a new customer by utilizing old fashion showing interest in my business no matter how big or small the order is. I found their pricing for products and services were very competitive and quite a bit lower than the competitors just down the street. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was greeted quickly and in a friendly manner. We originally sent an email over the weekend to set up an appointment for the first time available and the email response came quickly. Once I arrived on site, I was checked in and Happy was efficient and thorough in finding out which tires I needed and made sure to be honest about cost and time for the replacement and rotation. I cannot say enough about the excellent service that I have received at Sherwood tire pros! As I’ve only lived in the area for less than a year, I’ve only had occasion to go to this business twice, however based upon my brief experiences here, they have a lifetime customer. They were beyond courteous and accommodating for both my truck and my wife’s SUV. They gave me a great deal on four new tires for my truck and repaired a flat on my wife’s vehicle that another shop had told me was unrepairable. As far as I’m concerned, this is the only place in town for tires and minor repairs!!

They made a warranty adjustment that I was unaware. Had they not brought this to my attention I would not have known. That is a perfect example of honesty and customer service. Went in for an alignment. They had Great customer service. Accommodated my request on how i wanted the wheels aligned. If you have a vehicle with a modified suspension i wouldn't take it anywhere else but here. I have been turned down by multiple shops for having a modified car and some wouldn't do what i requested on the alignment. they were totally understanding of my needs and accomplished exactly what i wanted. Great group of people and great price. Couldn't be any happier with my experience.

After calling 5 different tire shops to get a quote on a tire, they had the lowest price. Went in with a nail near the edge of my tire tread and thought that I was going to have to get a new tire for sure. The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. They had the car brought back immediately and told me that they were going to be able to do a plug. It was done in 15 minutes...15 MINUTES! Now, I am not trying to set Tire Pros up for failure by saying that they will do yours in the same amount of time, but I am thoroughly impressed and will go back here again for sure!

In the past I've purchased tires and conducted my rotation and balances at Sam's Club. I would sometimes wait several hours for a rotation and balance (not all their fault, they are busy and understaffed). However, after they failed to deliver on a Michelin warranty issue, I was redirected by Michelin to Sherwood Tire Pros. I was pleasantly greeted by Happy and he was more than willing to assist in resolving my issue. This was in 2014 and I have never looked back. I am pleased and lucky, I found a dependable shop that actually cares (kudos to Happy and staff). Ultimately, you will not find a shop with better customer service than Sherwood Tire Pros.

So many horror stories out their where crews don’t tighten down things or worse. The guys here have never let me down and always do my 5 tire rotations correctly.
