Had a damaged tire replaced there during a cross country trip. On the phone and in person they were more helpful. The female staff person was as pleasant as can be—offering a table for us to eat our lunch. Which we had plenty of and enjoyed sharing with her. Tire was reasonably priced...great team there and left confident it was done right. Given we were leaving a family funeral, it was a very encouraging to be treated so much hospitality. I drive a pickup truck to make my living. I was in Little Rock and got a 1/2” x 3” lag screw stuck in my tire. Thankfully Purcell was only a couple miles away because I was losing air pressure fast. It also happened to be pouring rain (in December). Everyone I spoke to was genuinely polite and helpful. They immediately pulled my truck into their shop and went to work. After it was all said and done, all they had to do was put my spare in for me because the lag screw destroyed my tire. Although they only changed my tire for me, they got me back in the road in minutes with only a nominal charge. They also saved me lots of time by me not having to do it on the side of the road . They also saved me from getting drenched in the cold rain. I would have paid ten times what they charged. Great people. Helpful and efficient. They give you that small town mechanics garage feel.

Had a blowout on the highway in my motorhome. Got the tire changed out and went to Purcell to get a new tire. They had my tire size in stock with two options. Chris was honest and recommended a tire he’s had good experience with. Very happy with service, price. Would recommend them to anyone that asks.

These guys are awesome! They took care of me on my lunch break and got me back on the road. I didn't know what I was going to do because I had a low tire on my front passenger side and I didn't know if it was a slow leak or if there was something in my tire. Turns out it was a nail and they went above and beyond. These guys took care of me and they were able to repair it and get me back to work in less than an hour. I highly recommend them!

These guys are great. I had taken my RV to 4 other places to get a vibration fixed, and none of them could fix it. It took Purcell about 2 hours to fix the problem, and the cost was very reasonable. I don't plan on ever going anywhere else to get front end work done and I would highly recommend them.

Wow what an awesome location. My wife and I were going to the movie theater around 1:45 pm on 5/30/2019 in Mabelvale, AR a suburb of Little Rock,AR. My GMC Yukon XL was running sluggish and so my wife looked up a car mechanic location close to us on google. When I pulled in I walked up and. Gentlemen named JONATHAN came up and I told him what was happening and he assured me he could get it fixed. I told him we were heading to a movie and he told me someone could take us while they repaired our truck. When I walked into the front one of the managers Chris greeted me and I asked if he could get someone to take me and my wife to the theater? Chris then proceeded to toss me his personal keys to his personal truck, only one week old brand new. I was floored. These guys are two of the most kind men I have met. They renewed my faith in my fellow man. God bless you and your company as you work. If all of Purcell Tire and Service Centers are this good, then that company will be mega successful. A very satisfied customer.

Good price and quick service on two new trailer tires. But I asked for "metal valve stems" and got the same old rubber, pull in stems it had when I took it over. I asked about it and was told "they're metal inside." No point arguing I suppose. I was pushed for time and had to have them. But next time I'm taking my own valve stems with me. :) Update: Purcell replaced the stems today with the metal stems I'd requested. All's good. :)

Very pleased with the service and courteousness of the employees. The price was about double what it would have costed me back home but I was in a bind and needed a fix. They were prompt and nice. Just a little over priced. 4 stars for workmanship. Not a 5 star because of the higher price. But that’s small town vs big city. I expected to pay a little more. Just not that much. But over all very nice place and very prompt.

Went in to change my ball joints thinking that was the problem of all the shaking and rattling, turns out it wasnt. Ya one of my ball joints had some slack in it but they found the real problem and instead of taking my money for the more expensive job and calling it good, they fixed the real problem for a 1/4 of the price
