I went to get my brakes replaced and as soon as I went in there Andre and Norman assisted me with my concerns. Well my car had to stay over a couple of days because of the parts that were ordered. It wasn’t their fault, my car had parts that were difficult to find. But they knew I was starting to become frustrated with not having a vehicle and getting around and so Andre took the time to show me the parts that he was missing and where on the car they were missing. Literally gave me some auto education! They all put their heads together on how to get my car back in my hands ASAP without having to wait any longer on more parts. They figured it out and I left with my car in SAFE conditions! Thank you so much for doing what y’all could! ANDRE YOU DA MAN!

I have used pep boys for most of my mechanical needs over the past 4 years. I must say that the pandemic has taken a toll on their convenience. The service is still great and the remaining employees are amazing and skilled in their profession but it takes a little longer for them to get things done to staff shortage.

Wanted my headlights brighter dim and bright asked and she advised me of the model # told me I needed to purchase them now from Next door $100 and to bring my car back the next day. That’s all good 👍 9 the next day while talking to the same lady and giving her my information they took my car to the back and started on it. Then brought me the bill. I was floored😳 paid the cost left. Tried the lights that night dim was the bright led lights I purchased but the bright lights where still yellow. Looked on line found it took 4 bulbs which she told me two. I’m so mad I could just bite nails cuz it’s not what I thought I was getting. Now if I take it back I’ll be charged again to install two more. What a rip off they got me this time

My family and I got a flat tire on December 21, 2022 just outside of Little Rock on our way to visit family for Christmas. In the middle of the snow and wind, this place was a safe haven. They were unable to fix it that day but the manager drove us to a hotel in his personal truck and was so kind and helpful and understanding. If we lived closer I would take my car here every time I needed a new tire! Amazing staff!

My Taurus needed tire, brake replacement, and alignment, and the workers at Pep-boys did fantastic! They were efficient, friendly, and worked well. The alignment required additional threading of the tie-rod, something the mechanic performed without serious upcharge.

I don’t understand the reasoning behind the horrible reviews. I’ve received nothing but exceptional customer service from this location. Little Rock potholes/roadways/highway construction can be your worst enemy. I had to get my car towed to this location and was able to pick up that evening after work. I can rely on the staff at PepBoys to get me back on the road. Thanks!!!

I can't say enough about how Andre and Norman and Dennis have gone above and beyond their duties! They tried so diligently to find us a radiator as we were traveling from Arizona to Ohio and landed here. They can't get us a part for 5 days, but that's not their fault. Supply chain issues (hmmm.) Anyway, they even called to check on us today to see if we were doing okay and asked if there was anything we needed! To me, that means a lot. I thought customer service was dead, but not for these guys! Thanks, Pep boys guys!!!

Down home friendly service. With the available parts stores and warehouses on line, they help you save money by installing parts you have ordered for your vehicle. Many shops have expressed warranty and will not take liability for installed parts. Pepboys will stand behind their work and courtesy while doing so. I will return to finish work on my project car.

The front desk gentlemen was 100% committed to my satisfaction and I could not be more pleased. I was able to get my tires purchased and installed next day. It would've been same day had I showed up a little sooner, but 8am the following day won't hurt me. I got the exact tire and everything went perfect. Everyone working had smiles on their faces and you could tell they liked what they were doing. Great experience and I'll be back again for a third time after these tires go. Andre is the man! Super friendly and helpful. We are selling our vehicle so we needed just an inexpensive oil change. I called a few places and was pitched synthetic for nearly $100. Basic oil change at Pep Boys was $53 taxes included. With the savings, I purchased some cleaning supplies at his store. Highly recommend this location and especially Andre. Very fast and friendly service. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Came in with an issue with a truck window. They couldn't fix it that night but was able to get it in first thing the following morning. Offered to keep it in the bay so nothing would happen to it since the window was completely down. Cannot say enough good things about the managers and mechanics!

At almost 6pm I was turned away from Firestone. My tire was leaking air so I asked where else can I get a tire fixed at this time. I called pep boys. Andre was so nice. I took it in and my car was taken back. I kid you not but 5 more people came in after 6 and everyone was helped. And they were so nice about it. It was crazy. Andre and Andrew are amazing. I highly recommend pep Boys in North Little Rock.

The service is hit and miss here. They did fix all the issues with my car but I signed up for text alerts and didn't receive any. I dropped the car off for my 10am appointment on March 13th. I tried to call around 3pm and couldn't get through. I called again at 5pm and they said my car was finished. So, let's just say 6 hours for alignment, fixed a flat and a new headlight. When we arrived at 5:30pm to pick the vehicle up, there was one person ahead of us and the staff was in no hurry to give us an invoice and receive there money. We paid in full and left. I would say the whole experience was just average. Les Schwab, which is mostly a western states business (similar to pep boys) could really show pep boys a thing or two about customer service.

I was towing a vehicle half way across the country and had vehicle trouble that led me to this location in North Little Rock, AR. Kendall (service manager) was beyond kind and helpful as he helped me understand the trouble with my vehicle. I ended up having to leave the vehicle to be picked up a few days later and I had no way to get a tow dolly returned to U-Haul, until the mechanic (Hong) offered to personally deliver it with his personal vehicle the following day along with guaranteeing me that he would put the dolly inside for the night so that it couldn't be stolen. He kept his word and delivered it the following day. I do not live in this community and may never see these gentlemen again, so please take your vehicle to them on my behalf as they took care of me when I was vulnerable. Their level of kindness and understanding stood out to me.

The Best Service with a smile on Tuesday night. Had an emergency tire issue on Tuesday night. We got to the store about 7:30pm near their 8pm closing time. They welcomed us to the store and even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. The Service Desk Sales Attendant and the Tire Service Technician went above and beyond to help us out.

They did a good job getting my AC going again, and fixed my remote start and let me know the reason my check engine light was on. Plus they didn't charge me a arm and a leg which is my biggest worry when going to a mechanic. It took a few hours but that was because they were busy and it was a Sunday so I'm fine waiting for good service.

The 5 stars are for the work that was done by the service orovider. The work was excellent. Service people at front desk were very rude and dismissed me when I asked a question. Wait for vehicle was timely. We had a free oil change for 3 years from the dealer. If it was not free I would never go back there.

We happened to be on McCain tonight when we ran over a piece of metal wire and it got stuck in our tire which caused the air to leak pretty quick. We pulled in to Pep Boys at 7:45pm they close at 8:00pm we told them the situation and they chose to stay open late for us to patch the tire as it would take about 25 minutes. They were so helpful and amazing for helping us out. We are forever grateful for them. Keitra Coley you are amazing at your job great customer service! Thanks again for all of your help!!

Can't thank Norman and Sykes enough! I hit a rock on the freeway and it tore up the undercovering of my car. I was able to drive it to the pep boys and Norman and Sykes took care of me. Awesome service, blew my tire out before commuting home and the staff were friendly and helpful. Came in at 7 and the tech was already staying late to finish another customer's tires, he stayed later to do mine. Saved me from driving on a donut for an hour and a half. Price on the tire was reasonable too. The guy up front was knowledgeable and helpful. He Said "go down the road and see if the other guy can fix your flat, and if not I'll do it myself". I went to the other place and they were shutting down came back and the tech who was just finishing up the other customer, said "I'll stay n fix it, don't worry". I can honestly say my BMW was serviced here multiple times and it always came out great! until I took it to the BMW dealership and now having multiple issues month-to-month wasting money this is a good place you should put your money and Trust in them they go all the way to make sure their customers are satisfied! I went into North Little Rock Arkansas store today. I HAD a appointment at Russell Chevrolet for 8 days, they knew my tire size n everything. Apt st 2pm, got there at 1:55 guess what SOLD OUT OF MY TIRES COME BACK TMRW he said. WHAT, I DROVE 1.6 Hours to get there, I don't think so sparky!!! So very frustrated , now it's 2:30 went into pepboys and they said give us few minutes we will get you fixed up. Wow, and so polite and very helpful. Thanks again for great service. Large selection of parts. Has it's own auto shop. Has a wheel and tire section dedicated solely for tires and wbeels. Easy to see location from the road. Despite all of this, when I went there for a part for my truck they didn't have it in their system. If they had the part that I went in for I would give them a 5 star rating. But other than that they are a pretty cool spacious and convenient place to visit. Note. I haven't had any work done by this place so I have no idea if their machanics are any good.

I was driving from Pennsylvania to Texas. After having had a blow out near Little Rock, my fiance and I drove to this Pep Boys location. The staff stayed late on a Friday night to get us a new tire put on and to replace our lugnuts that had defective tread. The staff was so amiable and helpful. The General Manager was outstanding and even chatted with us as we waited for our tire to be replaced. Highly recommend this location for superior auto and customer service.

I’ve had a problem with my rear right tire. I went to Walmart. They said nothing was wrong. Since the tire looses air I stopped by PepBoys. Thankfully Deandre Norman listened to me. My tire had a nail in it. You couldn’t see the head of the nail. I’m very grateful Deandre Norman found the nail.

I came here without ANY idea on what to get. I wanted accessories. I bought a new-to-me Expedition and wanted to personalize it a bit. There was a man there with dreads and out up mid way. He helped me so much. He went over ALL the options for me. Helped point me around the store. Gave me ideas for what I wanted. Please restock the stickers. I've shopped here a few times and this was my second time in for service. The store is clean and the service good. The service tech is professional if not cordial. But the customer waiting area is filthy. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The rug needs to be cleaned... or just replaced.

Pepboys is the best place to go for tires and work done on you truck or car. The managers and workers are great. They treat you very kind. While waiting they check on you to make sure you are good. I have much respect for Kevin Lewis (retail manager), Norman (service manager), JC (service adviser), and Cody (retail manager). These men and this company are the best. Stopped in to see if I could get a tire repaired. The puncture was such that they couldn't do a plug repair. The young man, Terry, went ahead and put my spare on for me while I was there. They didn't charge me a thing. They wouldn't let me leave a tip either. Thank guys!
