While traveling through Little Rock noticed I had a tire that was starting to separate with some busted belts. Called this location and they actually had my hard to find size in stock (295/65r20). These guys were great and warranted the tire through the certificate I bought from Discount Tire (highly recommend purchasing it when buying new tires). They also fit me in on a very busy Saturday of Labor Day weekend.

Third time getting wheels rebalanced. If I didn't know better, I'd say the techs don't bother to wipe the brake dust off the inside of the rim before applying the sticker weights? At least the man who took my appointment was polite and understanding, got me in 3 days sooner than he initially said.

Experience wasn’t bad but I just didn’t like the fact they didn’t clean my tires off after installing them. I had to go to the car wash afterwards to get all the lubricant they used to get the tire on off.

Outstanding service! The roadwork around Cypress and Broadway put a couple nails in my tire. Three to be exact. I went to my dealer who tried to commit highway robbery on me by saying I needed all new four tires for a whopping $900+. (I only needed one.) Please read my review... I travel an average of 3000 miles a week and I have been to countless tire shops around the country. Discount tire continues to offer great service and friendly employees regardless of the state. (Even the northeast 😁) THIS shop in particular went above and beyond to get me in and out with a new tire and fix my valve stem when no one else could. They will fix a valve stem FOR FREE, they will mount and balance your tires FOR FREE, they will rotate your tires if you purchase from them FOR FREE, they will check and air your tires FOR FREE. They also have competitive prices and they are worth every penny. The manager is incredibly polite and easy to talk to, and the employees work fast and they word hard. I give them 10 out of 5 stars. Don't cheat yourself and save 20 bucks at a 3rd rate store. Let these guys take care of you and you won't have to question the quality of your tire or the level of attention and service you'll find here. Great quick tire service. My order for wheels didn't come in on time but, Adam called and told me before I left home for my appointment. I got a call as soon soon as they were in a day later. I highly recommend making an appointment on line and even shopping for tires on line. The app allows you to look at different wheels on your vehicle and options for discounts and pay right there.

Was traveling for work and had a tire damaged and blew out. Ended up here when they opened up the next day. Tire on and back on the road with an hour or two. Can’t expect it to be done at a snap of a finger. Things take time to do. No complaints here except no coffee.

The work was done right and the tires look and ride great! I went with the Cooper Discoverer ATP. OEM size with a little more grip for mud, snow, and rain.

Traveling from dallas to Niagara Falls pulling the Rv i picked up a nail and the trailer tire started to go flat. Found the nearest discount tire and stopped to get the tire fixed. Jon at the service desk checked me in, validated i had bought the tires at discount tire with the replacement certificates. He looked at the bad tire and told me they would replace it. They did not have the tire i had in stock, so they put my spare back on the nice rim and then put an equal value tire on as the spare. The whole operation took less than an hour. I was impressed. I've always liked discount tire and have been buying from them for at least 10 years. Jon took care of me and had me on my way. Great service.

I had purchased two new tires in knoxville, TN (also fantastic) and got a puncture two days later outside Little Rock as I was driving to NM for a family funeral. I had come in just to have them check and make sure the patch I had put on was safe to drive on, but Jonathan replaced the tire instead with no hesitation. They were busy, but had me in and out within an hour. They even let me stay in the car because — to make matters even more complicated — I had my two dogs along for the trip with me and I was concerned they’d be scared in the bay by themselves. My first time here and I was in and out within 40 minutes for a tire changeout. I highly recommend these guys. If they don't have what you want on hand, just go to their website, pick the tires you want and have the tires shipped to the store for installation. That's what I did and it worked out great!

I discussed my tire needs with the associate and he was knowledgeable, personable and professional. After discussing all options and details, I made my purchase decision and they began work immediately. I literally was in and out in 28 minutes! Four new tires mounted and balanced super fast for a great price plus an amazing guarantee. I couldn't be happier with my experience. They've gained a customer for life. I cannot give enough praises about this entire experience from the getting to end. It was awesome that they had the product that I needed. Randy, the staff member who took care of me, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, very accommodating, and made sure that my vehicle was taken care of. I went in on a Saturday early afternoon and although they were busy I was only there under 2 hours. I like the way that the place is set up to... a big old window looking out into the working bay so that customers can watch the guys at work. I opted for four new tires and was immediately approved for the credit card which gave me nine months deferred interest. The price for my tired was awesome and comparable to online prices and others in my area since I looked around before choosing Discount Tire.

I needed a set of tires for my truck so I decided to give these guys a try. The first day I went in and order my tires that I found lower online and they price matched. I thought it took a little longer than it should have so instantly thought that my appointment day would be a long day but I was wrong. I had an 11:30 appt. and when I showed up the lobby was completely filled and I said I knew it. They checked me in at 11:30, got my keys at 11:40, asked white letters in or out at 11:50, pulled my truck to the front door at 1220. Great Jobs guys. Tires look great and rides great.

Im out in AR for work in Camden I live in San Antonio, TX. I'm driving the rent-a-car after awhile noticed the tire pressure light on, worried I Googled for discount tire. In San Antonio I can always count on them to help me with my tire issues so I hoped there would be no difference. Being in another city that I'm not familiar with can be scary, especially when i have to be in Camden the next day. Discount tire staff did not disappoint at all! I am so grateful for them making sure the tire that had a nail and all the other tires had wrong air # were fixed and had the "right" pressures so I would be safe. Totally took the stress off of me. Please recognize this staff.. if I come back to AR I'm bring them something from Texas!

From the first phone call to the actual service, it was the best I’ve ever had. We’re on a road trip from Dallas to Kentucky and had a huge bolt of some kind picked up on the tire. The other shop that we pulled into was gonna be an hour and a half. These guys were on it and got me out in literally 5 min. This is a good place to buy tires and service tires. The managers are all professional, helpful, and courteous. Since covid-19, they have you drive into the bay and wait in your car while they do the service. My only issue last time was with the young men actually doing the work. Bad language being used loudly which isn't appropriate while the customer is sitting right there. They're fresh out of high school so chock it up to immaturity I suppose.

Outstanding place! This tire shop should be in magazines for how amazing they are! My experience: I had to get a plug for my tire, after calling around to a few places, I decided to give these guys a call. I sure am glad I did! Upon calling them, I inquired about tire repair. I was professionally informed that they do indeed repair tires. The gentleman on the phone was very professional. After a few hours I stopped by here. I was almost immediately greeted. The gentleman who greeted me was very kind and helpful. He took my car and got it plugged and patched as he stated he would. He also informed me about the tire tread and when he would recommend replacing the tires. I had such a great experience with these guys! I will be returning in the future!

Had a 10am appt to get $800 worth of tires installed. I arrived at 945am per email instructions. Did not get me in till almost 11am and did not get done with my tires till almost 12am. Was not contactless like the email said. No sign saying where to go in driveway. Other cars blocking driveway into parking lot and I was almost out in the road waiting. One car in front of me refused to move and I had to work my way around them to get out of the road. Had to go in to the store and identify myself to get service after waiting in the parking lot for 45 minutes. It seems they had people showing up, buying a tire or two and putting them in front of people with appointments. They were not under staffed, had 4 guys in red shirts at the counter and I counted 6 guys in black shirts installing. I am disabled and when I bought the tires it showed these instructions about not having to get out of my vehicle. I was so excited. Now my expectations of this store are very low. Don't get me wrong the staff was friendly but at that point any little bit of attitude and I would have demanded a refund and went some where else.

They were awesome and really helped me out. I was having a very bad financial week which cut severely into the emergency tire I needed today after my blowout on Friday. Each day this week has costed me more as the week progressed. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and absolutely professional. Curbside, sit in car service is awesome. I got to see how every step was done. They noticed my wheels require centering rings and made sure they made it on the car. They also noticed I had special valve stem caps and double-checked those made it as well. Very professional, well run shop floor.

Exceeded my expectations. In the past at other locations, I've had to request back my lug tool and also remind them to return my valve stem caps. Not the case here. They were professional, friendly, quick, and did a great job. Thanks again! Discount tires guys went way out of their way to help me a tow truck brought me in and I drive an F-350 the guys in the front or super nice the guys in the back that is superb job I cannot recommend them enough they were recommended to me by the tow truck driver. They definitely deserve 5 stars and I'm the type person that doesn't always give 5 stars you have to exceed my expectations two normally get four stars and you have to exceed and do a perfect job to get five stars when it comes to a service company and discount tire did exactly that they exceeded all expectations I could have ever imagined.

Which gave me peace to get my tires at your location. While there I witnessed a very rude customer yelled at an employee. These guys are TOP NOTCH!! We left Tulsa pulling our 5th wheel and were heading to Florida. One hour later we have a blowout on the 5th wheel. We put the spare on and went on to North Little Rock for the night. The next morning we pull in to their shop a few minutes before they officially open at 8am. They were already working and the moment they saw us pull in with the 5th wheel, they went to moving stuff and directed us to where to pull up. We were met at our truck, decided on the new tires, paid, and they promptly went to work. Within 20 minutes we were out the door and back on our way! I'm not sure I've ever experienced such AMAZING service! Thank you to this team! It's never fun dealing with unexpected things such as this but it's great to have businesses like this that make it so much easier to deal with!

Purchased 2 Cooper cobra 275 60 15. My steering wheel and truck badly shook. BOTH tires were bad. New tires, yes. BUT, they replaced 1 tire next day. The other tire 2 days later. Were hesitant to replace 2nd tire but they did. I would give them a 5 star rating for honoring the warranty BUT, these tires are defective and dangerous to me AND other motorist. I believe Cooper Tire IS aware of this defect due to the recent recall of thousands of Cooper Cobra tires earlier March 25 this year(2021). Tire failures cost innocent lives and without question this is a serious issue which obviously hasn't been resolved. I pray Goodyear, the new owners of Cooper Tire, will put safety 1st instead of the greedy almighty dollar. Please.......................

Went in to have my tire checked had a screw in it, the young man came back with in minutes to let me know we were all done. He removed the screw, tested my tire to make sure it wasn’t leaking air. I had a flat on the busy interstate and had a terrible time having my insurance or warranty company help me. I had no lowering rods or jack in my Suburban and was just stuck on interstate for 3 hours! I called Discount Tire just checking on price to replace my tire that was busted. And Cody immediately said where was I and he would bring me the lowering rod I needed. I mean, what?? A stranger that didn't have to do anything as most people I had talked to that day did... and he did bring me the rod and I got a jack from someone else. Just good to know these kind of people exist still! And they had my new tire in the next day! Major props to this place and the great staff.

Up charge kings. I paid 3 separate charges in 2 hours. They lost my center cap. Found it hours after I left the store. They lost my center cap, but they didn't lost the ability to construct new ways to charge you for basic services. Go elsewhere. Manager has contacted me. Stay tuned for an update. So far so good. Ordered wheels for my Benz. Received great information to make a decision on 4 new rims because 1 of my rims is cracked (Thanks State, counties, cities for unrepaired streets and highways) 1 rim warped. Wheels should be delivered within 10 days (COVID 19 delays. Wheels were delivered and installed. They installed 4 tire sensors. Wheels look great and the ride is smoother.

You do not have to be a customer to take advantage of this service and the employees are always so friendly and accommodating.

They were even sure to consider our preferences on which side of the tire we wanted facing out. They did forget to put our TPS sensors in that we left for them in the seat after discussing. We did not even mention this as we were ready to leave for our next appointment. Overall good service

I went to this store to get my truck tires rotated and balanced, thinking it was the same as Discount Tire and Battery. They politely explained that Discount Tire was a different store, then added that they would rotate and balance my tires for free, even though I didn't purchase the tires there. WOW! I never had that happen at any previous tire store. Although there were other customers being helped, they got me in and out in a short time. All this with a pleasant attitude and a big friendly smile. This is now my go to tire store. Oh yes, I went back and purchased four tires for my rv.

This is the best place I’ve found for tires. They offer good prices, and they take care of the tires after the sale. Every 5K miles, I get them to rotate and road force balance my tires. Like during the winter when tires lose air, they will put air in most anyones tires. I’ve found it’s best to make an appointment as they’re usually very busy. There’s usually 2 guys working on each car in the bays, one on each side of the car. They only do tires and wheels… It’s my “go to” place for my tire needs…. They have a location in North Little Rock and Benton that I go to. Russell is one of the guys that has been at both locations, and has been very helpful to me. I highly recommend this company, and because they’re always busy, I’m thinking I’m not the only one that’s figured this out….
