So I had the unfortunate experience of popping my tire in the middle of the night and had it towed here to have it repaired. I called and explained that it was my car parked and I wanted them to repair my tire. So with that being said. In the process of all this I had lost my keys. Make a long story short they fixed my tire and was able to get in my car as well. Thank you guys so much for really being GREAT. BRANDON YOU ROCK. HEY GUYS GO BY AND CHECK THEM OUT. We came just before closing and was treated as they wanted to help us. Guy even plugged tire in stead of us buying a tire. Told us that tire was still good, checked other tires and found bad tire. When I say no rubber, it had no rubber. They will not take advantage of you there.

Got a flat tire that had sidewall damage and wasn't repairable. The guys at Dale's were able to get me a used tire for a good price and I was back on the road in no time. Quick and professional service. Update: I was able to make it to Houston, San Antonio, and back to Chicago on the used tire that they sold me. No leaks and balanced well. Put over 2400+ miles on it without any issues.

These guys are the best.. I visited several different tire shops and specialty shops that deal with tire sales and service. Let me tell you, they find many excuses to avoid providing certain services. (Motorcycle tires) ( Spoke rims) etc. But at Dales they don't hesitate or make any excuses to avoid any services. They do it proficiently and in a timely manner, and let me just add the price is always right. If you're having any troubles with anything to do with tire installation or tire services visit these guys you won't be disappointed.

They got my car in the bay as soon as I arrived. The service guys were very courteous and made sure I was aware of the different options I had in the most cost efficient manner. As I was leaving my check engine light came on and one of the gentlemen checked the different fluids for me and told me what the car required for one that was low. The service and pricing were excellent.

I went in with my 2014 Ford Fusion and they changed my tire so quick. I’ve driven out of state and back, it’s still perfect. $44 flat fee for it all. Very nice, greasy young men. I told this nice young man that my tire pressure sensor was on and he filled all my tires with air. Obvious they were working hard. Saw two other ladies roll up in a nice Mercedes and another nice car with big smiles and leave happy as well. I’m happy. I’ve recommended to others already. Update: 9/17/2019 About a couple months later Driven to Colorado and back. Louisiana a bunch and still good on my tire.

I give them 5 stars I took my trailor tire up there for air dude took it off the rim grinded the rust off and replaced my inner tube and swopped put a tire on my car that took 10 min dude took 2hrs.but got me right👌 and charged me 25 for all much appreciated I been rockin with them for bout 15yrs now.... Friendly staff, replaced the tires very quickly and discussed the warranty. I was able to buy a couple of Used tires at half of the new price. Extremely good tread depth on both.

Called them because my tire was going flat. I got there and they took me right in. Checked tire n didnt find leak and as I explained to them how my local tire place has done last 3 times I was there. The young man went right to the valve and showed me where I was leaking .. had me in and out within 20 min. I will return if I need them again. Thank You and God Bless you..

Got in, got my tire looked at and plugged and all my other tires pressure stabilized in under 10 minutes and under $10. Valentino saved this cold and frustrated girl from having a very bad day. The owner's wife is pretty cool too :)

I went in to get another tire. Jeff helped me and I told him I had plans to drive to TX the next day. He found a used tire in their stock.. He looked at it and went into the office area then sat it back down. He said he didn't think that tire was good enough and would check to see why my tire was slowly leaking. He found a small hole and offered to patch it up for $6. He also straighten out my dented hub cap and put air in all of my tires for me. The manager came out and said Jeff asked him if the tire he initially picked up was ok to drive to TX and the manager said he wouldnt want his own daughter driving on that tire and didn't recommend him putting it on my car. I gave Jeff my card to pay. I told him to charge me $20, $6 for the tire repair and to keep the remaining $14 as a tip. I am so thankful for the honesty of Jeff and his manager. They could've easily sold me a bad tire for more money and I would've thought nothing of it. I highly recommend this place.

I caught a flat on My way from Texas to Michigan. I didn’t know Little Rock became like Los Angeles with the city growing and traffic. I caught a flat at 8AM on the hwy. Dales pulled out a 2 inch nail/screw out if my tire. They Got me back on the road. Thank you!!!!!!

If you've got a leak or a flat, they'll get you in and out and about 5 to 10 minutes. It's one of the few places that still gets things done. Most of the time, it's a $6 plug.
