So I pull rip and walk into the store. Gentleman asks if he can help. I say yes, I think I have a slow leak in my right rear tire. He says, pull around to the first bay door and I'll have someone check it. I pull around, guy comes out looks, goes back in comes back with a jack. Takes off the tire, a few minutes later he's back reinstalling the tire. I say I guess I go inside to pay? He replies, I don't think there is a charge, but you can check. I go in man at the register asks if he can help. I tell him I need to pay for the repair, he smiled and said, no charge. I was flabbergasted. Really in this day and age No Charge???? Two of their competitors told me it would be a two hour wait to get it fixed. Austin Brothers fixed me up in less than 15 minutes and no charge. I highly recommend this business, my experience tells me they are honest and trustworthy. Thank you Austin Brothers, I really appreciate it.

I can’t thank these guys enough checked my truck out twice and diagnosed some problems. Each time not charging me anything after having done business with them before. Honest people and great workers. I recommend everyone go to them first.

Timely, but apparently my vehicle was too old for them to care about. Couldn't get OE parts for my vehicle so they just shrugged and moved on. I ended up taking my vehicle somewhere that will use third-party parts when OE is not an option. With that said, they were polite, and my wife loves their work. However my situation was apparently not conducive to their bottom line, so I personally won't be returning.

Whenever I need a tire patched — thanks I-30 construction — I go to Austin Brothers. They’re fast, friendly and they’ve never charged me for it! I’ve gone to them three times for tire patches over the last several years and it’s never taken anymore than 45 minutes max. It took about that long today only because they were super busy when I was there early in the morning before work without an appointment. Usually it takes 5-15 minutes. Thankfully it’s right next to a Starbucks so I got a latte while I waited. I’ll continue to take my car there because of their stellar service.

They should have ten stars for their honesty and high quality work. Their tire prices are very reasonable and if you get a nail in one of their tires, they will remove and repair it for free as long as it is not on the sidewall. (That requires a new tire.) In the over 20 years that I have been a customer, they have done this at least ten times and have never accepted payment on any of the nail repairs. They are outstanding in their customer service and courtesy.

Great, honest folks, and they provide shuttle service. Fair prices too. BUT, they are not a full service shop and don't do well in diagnostics, i.e. noises, buttons that don't work, engine performance issues, electrical, drive train issues, etc...You tell them about it, and they say they'll take a look at it, but at the end of the day, they either didn't or have a vague answer for you. I've had to drive away multiple times with issues unresolved. Probably not the best place to take an older vehicle if you want issues diagnosed and repaired. Not complaining; just trying to give honest feedback based on my personal experience.

I was very impressed by the support and service provided by Austin Brothers Tire & Service in Little Rock. I reached out to their shop an inquired about repairing one of my tires. Seth advised me to bring the tire on by to the shop and that they would see what they could do. Thirty minutes after dropping my tire off, Seth indicated they were able to plug my tire and that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, Seth brought my tire out to my truck and told me it was no charge for the repair. These guys are the most honest mechanics I've ever dealt worth. They are straight up with you from the initial contact and won't jerk you around like some of the other service shops in the area (e.g., Firestone). Seth showed an extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service, professionalism, and support. His actions should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. The actions of Seth and the crew at Austin Brothers Tire Service has earned a customer for life. I highly recommend their services!

I came in today 1/26/22 with no appointment and they took care of me with no hassle. Very professional and extremely responsive. I just happen to be working at Lowes for my company and decided to use Austin Brothers to change my breaks and oil. They had my car ready before I was even done at work .Even with just dropping it off at lunch . I live in Little Rock but I will most likely take the 40 min trip to have them service my car going forward . Thank you

Full marks for Austin Brothers on Cantrell. Took my Toyota Sienna Van over after calling about a suspected slow leak. In about 30 minutes they told me they found and plugged a hole in my tire. NO CHANGE. In today’s world, such service should be recognized and applauded. They will definitely get my business and recommendation(s) in the future.

Dealership told me my tire was unrepairable and quoted me very high. Cross shopped dealership with Austin Brothers and a few other local shops. AB was far and away the best experience I had. They are more knowledgeable and honest in my experience. Instead of selling me new tires like I was planning on, they told me the tire was easily repairable and they would feel safe driving on it. Highly recommended, will be my go-to place for tires from here on out.

These guys are awesome- they are very knowledgeable and crystal clear about prices. After having been fleeced by multiple mechanics in Little Rock, I finally found this place and really wish I had found it sooner. They under-promise and over-deliver. No surprises with them- neither on cost, nor on time of vehicle delivery. If it is something out of their realm (which are very few things), they are upfront enough to let you know that your car needs to be taken to someone else. I will never go to any other mechanic in town and neither should you.

Got oil change a few months ago and everything was great. Forgot to ask the owner about the tire rotation then. Came back recently and asked about tire rotation. 20 minutes later everything was done and I offered to pay for it but guy there said it's fine. They really do put their customers first!

My guys for tires. They may not be cheap, but you get what you pay for. I asked for good rain tires and now I don't hydroplane anymore. Trustworthy to. I've been in a few times when they checked all under the hood and under the car before a trip and gave the all clear and never charged me.

Really solid customer service! I loved the Austin Bros in Conway. Moved to LR and was looking for a new trustworthy mechanic. I decided to swing by here for a quote and they have been so nice. They even offer a shuttle to get you back home or to work while they work on your vehicle!!

These guys never let me down. Got the Beemer running smoothly again at a reasonable price. I have to say I have used them only one other time a few years back but the service is so consistent. I never feel hassled or obligated to spend on things I do not need. They educate the customer on the products and give out expert recommendations that fits your personal budget at that time. I had a nail in my tire and initially tried to get my tire repaired at another shop where they tried to get me to buy a new tire. I decided to get a second opinion from Austin Brothers Tire and one of the mechanics told me that he could repair the tire. He did a great job patching the tire in a timely manner and aired all of my tires up. I was impressed with the excellent service from Austin Brothers Tire. Will definitely be back!

Brought my truck in for oil change and to fix tire with screw in it. AB had everything done timely and let me know that the screw didn't puncture the tire. Most places would have charged me to patch tire. Trust goes a long way with me and these guys have my business!
