Front desk was very helpful. Price was reasonable around 32 for a tire patch. But it turned out to be free for leaving a review which was super nice. Only downside is the service took almost an hour, even though it wasn't busy at all. Other than that very happy with my experience!

Called for a tire patch quote because I ran over a nail. They were very helpful over the phone, Edgar had excellent customer service. I'm here now and they already have my tire being repaired within 5 minutes , they were busy but they work fast. But I'd always call ahead and see what the wait time is . Everyone here is super friendly . Really makes you feel at home and taken care of. You can also put up a review for $5 off. I recommend coming here for all your tire needs. Commercial or Non-commercial, they do it all. Ask for Edgar! You won't be disappointed! 5 stars all the way. Thank you Edgar!

I came there today with my 04 350z to get an oil change but my car was too low for their ramp. Rather than rush me out because I wouldn't be using their services they checked under my hood to make sure my fluids were okay. Jesse was so helpful not only in person but over the phone I'd definitely recommend this place!! They provided exceptional customer care and that's rare these days. I hope management takes care of this team because they were amazing!!

Definitely will be returning her for all tire needs. I was greeted very kindly by Jesse even though I showed up 10 minutes before closing. I got my tire patched up and ready to go in 20-30 minutes and will be returning tomorrow to get my brakes changed. Very impressed with the customer service, especially when I realized they were already closing.

Jesse Arambula and Southern Tire Mart are life savers! I woke up to a flattening tire and a big, fat nail in the middle of the tread earlier this week. I had work at 9a and most shops don't open until 8a. Fortunately for me, they were open at 7:30a and had availability to fix my tire. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were fast and friendly, trailer tires were changed in less than an hour, we use an odd size tire of 17.5 for auto carriers which are hard to find, they carry them and unlike most places with this size tire got it changed in no time at all, most places struggle with these during mounting but these guys swapped them out with no issues. Definitely one of the best Truck Tire shops in Nevada

Called the first time and spoke to Jesse and told him that my car would sway when I would go over manholes and he said to bring it in the shop and they would check it out for free, they told me I only needed an alignment and new tires which I figured, sadly they don't have an alignment guy at the moment so I have to take it somewhere else for that but Jesse and the guys were really nice and helpful, they really took the time to explain everything to me and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need they also worked fast they finished in 45min, was my first time going to them and would definitely go again.

Over the weekend I ran over metal debris on the freeway and at first it seemed the tires were fine. Then on Sunday I woke up to a flat tire, put air in it, & by the end of the day it was flat again. I brought here to patch it up and less than 30 minutes later, it was fixed! The staff was friendly and they gave me updates while I was waiting.

Southern Tire Mart hands down is a place to go for tire fix, don't matter the size or how damaged it is. I didnt even know they did person vehicles my 2003 Chevy Tahoe tire blew out, searched for the nearest tire place & they popped up. I called they came and gave me a tow and replaced my tire in less than an hour. The employees where professional and tend to every care that needed. Definitely recommend

I TOOK MY CAR TO MEINEKE ON CRAIG AND LAMB FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND ALIGNMENT AS MY CAR HAD A SLIGHT PULL AND A LITTLE BOUNCING WHEN I HIT 45PMH I ALSO ENDED UP BUYING ALL NEW TIRES AT THEIR SUGGESTION AS WELL. LONG STORY SHORT IT TOOK THEM ALL DAY MY CAR LEFT WORSE THEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT, THEIR BALANCING MACHINE WAS BROKEN. AFTER 2 DIFFERENT VISITS THAT DAY AND MY CAR BOUNCING AND SHAKING NOW AND A TIRE SENSOR MISSING I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK. THEY TELL ME IT WILL KEEP BOUNDING BECAUSE MY SHOCKS ARE BAD AND I HAVE 2 BENT RIMS. THEY ALSO SAID MY SENSOR WAS BROKEN WHEN I CAME.. ANYWAY I WENT TO TIRE MART AS THEY WERE REFERRED TO ME BY MY BOSS. WITHIN 20 MINS THEY HAD A FULL REPORT WITH PHOTOS. AN ALIGNMENT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE COMPLETED AS IT TURNS OUT I HAVE A BENT CRADLE NOT ALLOWING A FULL ALIGNMENT ( YET MEINEKE CHARGES ME AND TOLD ME I WAS GOOD TO GO) I WAS TOLD THAT ONE OF THE NEW TIRES WAS BAD AND AS SOON AS IT WAS PUT ON THEIR MACHINE IT TURNED RED INDICATING THE TIRE WAS BAD. THEY ALSO STATED THAT MY BALANCE WAS VERY OFF (MIND YOU THIS WORK HAD ALL JUST BEEN DONE HOURS PRIOR) SAID I HAD DIFFERENT TYPE OF WEIGHTS MIX MATCH AND THE BALANCE WAS TERRIBLY OFF. JESSE AND RAY WERE SO HELPFUL AND TOOK ME TO MY CAR SHOWED ME EVERYTHING AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THE EVALUATION. EVEN RE BALANCED IT FOR ME. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYBODY AND WILL RETURN FOR ALL MY SERVICES. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP.
