I just have to say that Pep Boys is lucky to have Jovan as a front of the line customer contact! He is TOP NOTCH 100% authentic, upbeat, nice, positive, gracious, (must be those mid-western-values)<< if you don't know, you better ask somebody! Honestly, he made a bad day into a positive experience. Even set up free to-from-to ride service so I didn't have to waste my time at the service location. Now... I would like to remove a star or two for the service guy who left oil poured all over the inside of my van though! My van is a mess (it's my Dog's Van) but it was a complete disaster, oil (so much that I needed several napkins to sop it up), coins all over the floor, the contents of my glove box strewn about. Not cool, but Jovan made up for it... I'll say it again... Pep Boys is LUCKY to have a front end guy like him!

These guys saved my life! I scheduled a coolant eval. as I had a leak and while I have a warranty, the Ford dealerships are booked out for a month. They replaced my thermostat housing and the temp. sensor for a fair price. It's frustrating as these are covered by my warranty in full, but only at Ford. I really appreciate the discount for the misquote on the parts, too. That helped me out. The tech was fast and Cristian in the front is great at what he does. They got me in and out in a few hours. Btw, he knows a lot about classic cars if that's your thing.

Took my Toyota to the Pep Boys today for an oil change and tire repair... Cris M. was extremely helpful and he also was left alone to run the shop, I guess staff was low due to the holidays etc. When I went back to pick up I watched Cris deal with several issues and customer needs, as I waited to get my vehicle. Cris was very helpful to everyone and very professional. I hope Pep Boys MGMT team appreciates the value that Cris brings to work.

I went there for brake service because another repair shop stated I needed new brakes. After inspection I was informed that I didn't need brake service, and that the other shop was more than likely trying to up sale me on a service I didn't need. I appreciate a company's honesty, especially in an economy like the one we're currently in. It's because of this honesty I will return when I actually need repairs, and I highly recommend for others who needs any type of service to choose Pep Boys.

Came here to get an oil change, and a filter change. I paid for 5 qts of oil, and a oil filter before I came here, so it was only $22. He finished my oil change before they even rang me up. It was efficient , after he got my car it took about 10 mins total.

This shop used to be a honest and nice shop. I don’t know why they replace the previous team but the new staff do not care at all. Take forever to get things done and there is always surprises in the end, they will try to charger you more and let you replace some things. So sad, this used to be my favorite store but I won’t come back anymore.

Gabe and his crew were very professional and great with open communication. My AC wasn't working and this was the second shop I had taken it to so I was a little paranoid. But they found the problem, and reached out to my warranty people and it was covered! They even got me a Lyft to and from my house since it was going to be an all day thing. They never had any attitude, never tried to sell me or pressure me to buy extras, and were very nice. My AC is ice cold and I have found my new shop! Thanks guys :)

Had an incident with Big o tires after getting my tires "installed" and paid over $100 for my service my lug nuts were loose and my rim broke after a terrible service with Big o tires had to pull over at the nearest shop luckily a Pep Boys was nearby and Gabriel assisted me in swapping out my tire to my spare. I could have gotten into an accident thank you to Diego and Gabriel for the assistance.

I have to commend these guys I took my car here to have it checked out because of a check engine light and overheating. The estimate was substantial and I declined to have the repairs done. When I picked up my car everything was intact, I was able to start my car up and drive away just like I drove it in there. The reason why I commend these guys because at the same Pep Boys in 2009 I drove another car in for evaluation, I declined to have the repair done and when I came to pick up my car it did not work, i almost got into a brawl and I basically had to beg the mechanic to put my car back the way it was when I brought it in.

Jovan is number one. When other places tried to rip us off by thousands of dollars, Jovan made sure we were taken care of. When our O2 sensor wouldn't stop acting up, he didn't try to charge us for other issues or even his time that it took to fix it. He even threw in a free oil change for the hassle it caused us. While most people might 1 star a place that took more than 5 times to fix an issue, I see this as the sign of a shop I can remain loyal to. They didn't pretend it was some other issue just for our money and they never gave up trying to make sure the issues were completely fixed. They gave us Lyft rides to/from home because we live in NLV, and they always show us "proof" of the issue they repaired. Jovan is one of the most personable and reliable mechanics that we've had in years. It's worth the drive past dozens of other locations just to get such reliable and honest service. Our car has never been in such great shape thanks to Jovan and his team.

Once again i am blown away by the service, employees, and honesty here. After the local Dodge told me i need new rotors and pads for my hellcat at only 22,000 miles i wasnt even that shocked, i was shocked at the $3650 quote plus extra for tires. I was hoping for half price at pep boys because that job is 1800 max. Tirns out i don't need brakes at all, mine are fine and my tires are good for another 5,000 miles roughly. Always has been one of my favorite auto parts stores. Good deals on some things, like tires & oil change services, & could be a bit higher on other items, which are like bulbs, fuses, wipers, & washing/waxing/detailing products. I've also found they have a more quality product, and knowledgeable staff, who know what you're talking about, and get it right the first time. I have never had to return an item. I'm glad I have a Pep Boys three lots away.

Great service! Jovan, store manager was outside as I was walking up. I explained what I needed and he said they'd take care of me right away. And they did. I called beforehand and spoke with Edward. Edward was pleasant and set the time expectation when asked. They delivered! While in the waiting area, Envoy was very pleasant, customer-friendly, and told me where he would be in the store if I needed anything. Great job gentleman!!! I suspect this is the way Pep Boys would expect how they would want their business ran. Your team really helped to change the perception I have of Pep Boys after my experience earlier this morning. Kudos to Robert over car maintenence & Gabe above. All is great here and nicely decorated store front. Thanks to the new Corp.Icahn Management team. Understaffed but nice personalities. longer waits for automobile service. They mostly do car repairs and rest of store is usually quiet. Good mechanics but could use extra. Pep Boys was recently bought by another Corporation and they added a whole lot of new items on their shelves. Lots of small do it your fix items as well and electrical which to me was going to like a candy store and I enjoyed the peaceful Solitude of fee inner store. the store does most of this business and auto repair but the inter store is really crowded and lots of goodies to choose from .

If you are waiting on your car while getting service done the waiting area is on the other side of the store from where you get your car worked on. Normally, I love this store. It's my go to place for auto parts but lately I've noticed they don't have a lot of parts in stock that Napa regularly carries. I give them three stars for less selection of parts in stock and the waiting area is in a weird place compared to the other Pep Boys stores I've gone to.

The employees here are super helpful. I just recently moved to the area and will not go to any other auto parts store unless absolutely necessary. One observation that I noted was they didn't want their line to get more than two deep but still took the time to be accommodating and courteous.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced, they went above and beyond the normal call of duty, which turned me into a lifelong customer. I brought my car in to replace my brakes and rotors. The next day I had it serviced at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle for a free oil change and fluid top off. The technician at the dealership immediately told me that I was missing my air filter. My logical thought was that the air filter was removed the day before at PepBoys. I spoke to Ruth, their manager, said she would reimburse me. When I got there, Ruth said she looked through the recordings and my car's hood was never opened, therefore it couldn't have happened there. She STILL paid for the replacement because she gave her word. Bravo, more companies should understand the value of great customer service. Ruth has now made me a lifelong PepBoy's customer. I had a check engine light while visiting Las Vegas with my family . They put the car on the lift and checked it out. They found it was just an epa nuisance light... probably the gas cap. They reset the light and said I was good to go. No issue since then. Thanks guys...btw they did all this on a Sunday morning when everyone else is closed. No charge! Everybody has different experiences, but these guys went above and beyond to help me out. My car (2005 Mazda) died as I was driving home so I got it towed to this location. They were busy (look where it's at) but did their best to diagnose as quickly as possible. Turns out my old battery was beyond dead, so I bought a replacement and they not only diagnosed the electrical system for free, but showed me the readings and what they mean meant. No bull, no scare tactics, straight diagnostics and great explanations. When it was time to pay, they went through the charges and verified everything, even discounting a service fee for the battery installation since the battery was easily accessible. I'm very happy with the customer service and honesty at this location, and even though I live closer to another location, I'll be coming back to this one for my car needs. A standup job by these hardworking guys.

At first i liked them .the service seemed good they seem professional. Envoy the sevice manager seemed to want to do a professioal job and seemed honest. Things have changed. A repair on a motor mount done there caused a transmission shiefting problem that theu denied existed and. Would do nothing about. Then a $300.00 break job done there just a year befor BLOW UP on the express way. The parts where under warrenty . I took the car to the pepboys at alta and decater( they seem desent) for the repair they did the work and honored the warrenty .I had to have an other complete set of breaks. The manager at sahara JERRY is a complete Jerk. (Came on like a pimp "u know what u can do to get this car fixed. I know know some men who might like to meet you." I walked out!! I would not go to that pepboys again.

My pal Owen acquired a flat tire while we were hanging out with our other pal Frank in fabulous las Vegas. We popped in to this off the strip Pep Boys where we experienced terrific friendly service. After choosing his tire we were told we could come back in an hour. We went to a lesser known casino and drank 1 and 2 dollar beers with locals. The tire was finished in the promised time and we have pep boys to thank for introducing us to off strip casinos.

Pep Boys on East Sahara in 6th Street has always been since I started going there when the friendliest places I have bought things that aren't necessarily Automotive. Still I'm always greeted with friendly staff and some of you open the door for me. I can't begin to describe the customer service I received at Pep Boys on Sahara and 6th Street superb outstanding I'm in the customer service industry myself and I strive on the work and effort that Tanya as well as the manager Ruth provided me we were there for almost 2 hours I had a very extensive list close to $700 in parts at least 15 individual parts parts that weren't available that they had to order have delivered never once was there any bad Vibe or negativity lot of patience and I really value Tanya her diligence and helping to get my C10 back on the road so great job I highly recommend anyone go to this Pep Boys and skip the others

This Pep boys has a customer for life! My key got stuck in my ignition after being broken into last night. We stopped at a competiter we were on that side of road. No one even cared. I asked where the closest mechanics were. They were sending me 1mile away walking. I crossed the street saw PEP BOY'S Look cars up on racks! The manager Jerry didnt even pause .We can help you!
