Tire Mart is the best! Got help picking out the right tires and got an appointment scheduled the next day. Had problems with not having a special wheel lock key and helped with taking them out and putting a new one. Got my tires on quick and didn’t wait longer than an hour! They have great customer service and helped to get warranty for my tires if anything were to happen! Love my new tires will come back again and recommend to friends and family!

First I wanna thank Javi, Elijah, and the manager Manny! These guys were super helpful and informative. They helped me brain storm possible causes of a shaking I can feel at 70+ mph. I had told them I got the tires brand new 2-3 weeks ago at a different tire shop and they had balanced the tires for me. The tire shop I had bought them from has a really good reputation so I didn’t want to believe it was the balancing that was causing the shaking. These guys believed so as well so they started mentioning other possible causes. Just to get the doubt out of my head that they probably didn’t balance the tires correctly where I bought the tires at, I asked Manny if we could just rebalance the wheels to confirm its not the problem. After we proceeded Javy and Elijah really checked and actually checked one wheel and sure enough, the wheel wasn’t balanced correctly. Same with the other three wheels. These guys rebalanced them and after I had left I had to get on the freeway to get back home and sure enough it was the balance. I wasn’t getting anymore shaking on my car and I could drive more comfortable, not saying I always drive at 70+ haha. But I had gone to about 8 or more tires shops within a 3 month period and I always had the balancing issue. These guys nailed it on the first visit.

My back driver side tire had a screw in it and I was worried about where I could take it to get it patched but a lot of the tire shops in town don’t work with stretched tires but then I remembered the shop my friend took me too before Tire Mart & Co Really saved me in both time and effort they did an amazing job quick and professional with patching up the damage, stretching the tire back and mounting with balancing without any issues! Our experience at Tire Mart was once again outstanding, we have visited their shop located on Losee in the past and we received amazing service there. This time we visited the location on Oakey and Decatur and of course were greatly impressed. As my family and I walked, we were greeted by Caesar in the front desk service. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The staff is super knowledgeable, helpful and professional and Eric the technician that did the work was friendly and definitely knows his stuff. The shop was very clean, made my family feel we were in a safe environment. This is exactly what every tire shop should be like! I stopped by because of a recommendation from a friend... And I'm impressed!! I was in the market for a set of 37" Toyo R/Ts, and originally went to Discount to see what they could do for me (I've given a LOT of business to them in the last 3 years). After a few visits of negotiations I was still unhappy with my price ($394/tire). So I went over to Tire Mart, and Asrill (the manager) was excited to be given the opportunity to beat Discounts price. After a couple minutes, she said she can do $325/tire, installation and tax included. I was SOLD at $1500. Price aside, my visit was fantastic. From the moment I walked through the door I was offered water, coffee, and cookies, and was shown where the restroom was. Everyone was extremely professional and I had a A+ experience. Looks like all of my business will be going to these guys from now on!
