Okay so I don't leave reviews very often but after the day that I had which included my battery dying and getting locked IN my car, so very high anxiety. I got referred from Advance Auto Parts to head over to Big O. Because my battery was bad. From the moment that I got there at the Maryland Parkway store I was greeted and treated respectfully. I honestly told them that I knew nothing about cars and where they could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me a new battery they checked mine out a couple times tested my alternator and told me it was all good. All the guys that work there were so exceptionally nice that it brings me to tears just thinking about the quality and the level of respect that I received from all of them. If you ever need anything, from tires to an oil change, anything at all go see them at the Big O Tires on Maryland Parkway. And P. S. if you ever just need air in your tires take it to Big O on Maryland Parkway because they didn't make me feel silly like some places for not being able to put air in my own tires. I feel bad for not getting all of their names but the front man at the counter Anthony was just the beginning to the wonderful gentleman who check the air in my tires before I drove away.

Let me start with the good. The office staff is friendly. There was little wait time. Now the bad: Made an appointment online with a quote that included 4 tires for the price of 3 promotion. When I got to the store they did not have my appointment/quote but this was probably a corporate issue rather than the franchisee's fault. I showed the staff my email quote and they said no problem, we will just redo it. Well they wanted almost double. I said, no, let's try again (they had all of the upsells, like alignment in there that my car doesn't need). They said the "4 for 3 promotion" is only good if you have an alignment too. I showed them my quote and Big-O's website as well as their own advertisement in the store that does not have that as a contingency for the offer. After the third attempt, they were off by something like $110--sorry not close enough. They had a line item in there for "Employee Operations Fee" for around $100. What? I think we all know that is code for--franchisee wants to increase their margins for no added service. We finally agreed to a price that as about $10 off from the website quote. Corporate needs to clamp down on these bait and switch tactics. In the short-term the franchisee and franchisor will make more money, long-term the customers won't come back and they will lose more than they gain.

My car was shaking bad, and I had to drive to Oakland that same day. They checked my car for free and found out it was only a tire air bubble. I didnt want to spend much and get 4 brand new tires so they recommend a used tire shop down the road for a quick fix.

So I pulled into Big O literally a few minutes before they closed and they got me in and took care of my issue! Great customer service from Romeo and Tia! They made a new customer today! I will definitely return when I need tires or a tire repair! It’s refreshing to know there are still good people and good businesses around! Thanks again!

We were on vacation in Vegas and shortly after leaving our hotel to go out for some lunch, our battery light came on. I noticed a burning electric smell and knew instantly it was the alternator. Had also taken notice of the battery which was over 5 years old. Called the dealership for a quote, they wanted over $1,400 before taxes (big no for me). Big O Tires is universally my go-to for repairs if I need them done at a shop, so we routed to the nearest one. Told the incredibly nice lady at the counter our situation and a mechanic came out and gave us a diagnostic. He said we needed a new alternator, and a new battery--which is exactly what we needed. The price for all of the new parts and labor was more than half of what the dealership told us. Did not upcharge us or try to sell us anything extra--up front, honest; all business. I noticed they were busy (it was an afternoon), so I expected to waste a whole day or more considering the folks at the dealership said it would take 1-2 days--but after we handed them the keys we were told we would only have to wait 1 1/2 hours. This Big O is right next to the mall and the place we wanted to go out to lunch at and so it worked out. A little over an hour and the work had been done. Everything looked good under the hood (alternator and hardware installed) and in the trunk (battery). Really impressed with this location in the middle of town, took great care of us even with a good amount of cars at the shop. Saved us time, money, and saved the day. Great job guys, thanks again.

Absolutely love this place! I was visiting Vegas for the weekend and noticed a screw in my tire!! I hurried and got there around 5:50, 10 minutes before they close. They had my tire and placed it right then and there. So grateful!!

The big old store on Maryland parkway the manager there is great she does stand behind her factory warranty and the Big o warranty most of these stores around town does not stand up on any of their warranty . They need to take some lesson from her or go to a big o college to learn about big o warranty . Or get rid of all these old males manager and get female managers least stand behind the big old warranty

I stopped into Big O Tires and was immediately greeted by Nick who came out of the garage despite having a lineup of vehicles to work on. I inquired about a flat tire and we discovered there was in fact a screw of some sort and a slow leak. He assured me he can fix it and plug it in no time. He check all of my tires to make sure they had enough pressure. The same day, I went back several hours later and he immediately helped me. Additionally Richard at the front was very kind when I called over the phone inquiring about a wait time. Overall amazing customer service and I am grateful to Big O Tires for taking care of me so quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them, ask for Nick he's wonderful!

Unfortunately, I had a pretty negative experience at this store for a tire and alignment job. The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is they were clearly extremely busy when I came in, did try assist me as some level, and part of the problem was beyond their control. Perhaps on a better day they would perform better Here's what happened to me: I scheduled an appointment online along with a quote. When I checked in for my appointment, the manager immediately said that the quote was no good (for some fine print reason.) Then, he ask me to sit down. I then waited for 2.5 hours just to be seen again, 2.5 hours after my appointment time. Once I was finally called back up, he (manager) informed me that the tires I wanted would have to be ordered from the warehouse. (This could have been told to me right away when I checked in!) I explained that I needed the car back same day because we were only passing through Vegas and needed the car for the evening and were departing town the next day. In addition, the price of the tires was higher then a competitor (that I eventually went to). He wouldn't price match, but he did agree to reduce "warranty" on alignment job, reducing the price a bit. After a bit of back and forth, we agreed on a price, was told they job should be done around 2:00 pm, but received a "guarantee" on the invoice the job would be done by 6:00 pm. Because the tires had to be ordered and would take several hours to get done, I took an Uber back to my hotel (~$15). At about 3:00 I STILL hadn't heard anything from the shop. When I called them up to ask the status, they said please hold while they check. After 30 minutes (yes THIRTY) on hold, I hung up. My wife called back at 4:00 pm and was told that the delivery of the tires didn't happen as expected (this was beyond their control), and the job would have to wait until the next day. My wife then had to take anther UBER (another $15) back to the shop to pick up our car. Overall, this was a sour experience. It's sad to see a locally owned shop perform so badly when all they had to do was communicate better, set realistic expectations, and don't make people WAIT so long. Hopefully they can improve their service as they seemed like good people overall. I ended up going to another national competitor and what a difference. They 100% honored their online price (including an extra 10% military discount). I was checked in within minutes of arrival and the job was done in under an hour. They even had a web page I could track the progress of the work.

Had a good experience at this location. I was passing through town and picked up a nail in one of my tires. In a hurry to get back on the road, I couldn’t afford to wait the 2-3 hours that I was being told at a few of the other local shops. It was a simple repair on my relatively new fleet work vehicle. They were able to get me in and out within 20 minutes, so I was back on the road with a safe tire. When I tried to pay, they informed me that it was a free service! Almost unheard of these days! The gentlemen working were courteous and professional, and I witnessed them go out of their way to help several others while I was in the waiting room. I only wish there was a shop like this close to where I live. Keep up the good work!

Appreciate them taking me in for a flat tire repair on New Year’s Eve an hour before closing. Waiting longer would have interrupted my plans. Straight-forward business, and I like the way they treated all customers who came in: eagerly and with a good attitude.

Stopped in Vegas after a job. Tire popped while we there so stopped at bog o tires for another set. Mechanic knew I had to drive all the way to NY and put on the wrong size tires. While paying for my bill I said the tires look small and he reassured me they were correct. He duped me and this was not an accident. Would not recommend anyone waste their money at this business

Big O Tires Friendly and professional. I save money every time I go there I always do a price check and they are the lowest . They always get you back on the road fast and they keep you informed step by step. They always do the job right. They always exceed my expectation, Went in this week for a full synthetic oil change I was in and out in 30 minutes. I took my other car in 3 months ago for a new power steering unit and it was ready in 3 hours and no leaks. This is my go to auto repair place.

This is an honest car shop you don’t have to worry about going in and being told excessive quotes on work. Great service. Stopped to have a low tire checked and the service adviser took my keys 20 to 30 minutes cool. 20 minutes later young gentleman called my name and handed me my keys. I called around to many places to get a quote for four tires mounted and balanced etc. They are heads and shoulders above their competition. I just bought a car from a friend. The drivers side tire had its cords on display for the world to see. I took it to the shop and the technician quickly took care of me. I kept telling them I wasn't in a rush. I had a round in Angry Birds I was trying to beat. He was done quick. And he put my off tire/wheel in the trunk. Okay, shout out to Tyler, Brain, and Greg!!! You guys are amazing!!! Last night I got a nail in my tire and needed a new one ASAP. They let me leave my rim with them and put a spare tire on so I could at least get to work across town today. They were very nice and so helpful! They even stayed after closing just so I could get my tire fixed when I got off work. I appreciate you guys so much. While visiting my friend in Las Vegas at the end of February, my driver side window stopped working and was stuck open about 6 inches. My friend sent me to her mechanics at Big O Tires at 3415 S. Maryland Parkway [Store #028896], where I asked them to diagnose the issue. The customer service tech ("Christian") checked my window, consulted with his manager, and advised me the regulator was broken and he could order one for installation the next day. I confided to him that I did not want to leave my car with its open window parked in the parking lot of an apartment building over night. He very kindly offered to lock up the car in their bay for the night. The part arrived the next day and the replacement was handled quickly and efficiently. The entire crew at Big O gleefully worked together to provide exemplary service -- from the knowledgeable manager, to the energetic and accommodating customer service techs, to the competent mechanics. I was in good hands and well taken care of at Store #028896; I confidently recommend this Big O store to you.

The attendant at the register is excellent. The service provided was better than I could’ve hoped for- a free tire change that had complications. I have special wheels with shorter than original studs. They had the studs delivered from an auto parts store , changed my tire at no charge and sent me on my way. They are now my forever tire store!!

I called in advance to see what it was going to cost to have my battery replaced. I was given a quote, but when I arrived there the cost was $60 more, because the quote didn't include the cost of having the battery installed. While I still got the battery done, I would have called around first if I'd known the true cost. I also got a quote for some tires, and the cost reported online was about $453, when installation was added according to the person instore, the cost changed to over $700. Such a price difference is ridiculous. I found the same tires, including instillation for $278 at another store. I don't think I'll be returning to Big O tires simply because of this recurring issue.

I made an impromptu trip fron OKC to LAS VEGAS and realized that the dealership i bought my car from sold me a car that still needed repairs. I showed up at 830 am thought u had set up an appointment at this location but i was mistaken. The manager Rodney Agard and the team assisted through the entire process of dealing with the dealership and making sure the repairs and payment for the repairs were effectively taken care of. They were fast and very friendly. Went above and beyond for every customer that walked through their doors. Im surprised at how fast and accurately their customers needs were met. I have been using Big O Tire for years, starting back in my home town Mesquite Nevada. Recently moved to Las Vegas and work very near a Big O Tire. Brian, Javier, and James were who assisted the past three visits. First for an oil change, second for a change of a flat tire, and lastly, change of brakes. All three service visits were prompt and the staff was very attentive and informative. Highly Recommend location and staff. Thanks!!!

The work they've done on my vehicles has been adequate. They are hustlers however, they will suggest that you replace everything in the car, even when it's unnecessary. As long as you know what you need, you should be fine. If you have no idea about cars, I wouldn't trust what they say.

James the manager. After I called I informed him the situation with a welt on my tires. Mind you this James guy also told men” I’m in he middle of the city so you probably want to go to another place they’ll take care of you “ he didn’t want to fix my tires and told me to go somewhere else. When I arrived he charged me for it Tyler asm is the only reason I give this place 5 stars. I can smell a lie on mgr James. Forced me to pay for a tired that didn’t have more than 25k miles..I worked at a dealership for 4-5 years... I know what covers the car tires.. Tyler is honest. James needs to get fired. I’ll be back in a month if nothings changed this big o tires going to see why you don’t screw over me and my money ... business will be horrible if he’s still sitting there . Manager James obviously cares more about his companies money than the customer. He’s an idiot. That’s not how you attract business. Business is about customer service. Without customer service you have nothing. I drive a 2011 Honda... they must not realize I own a business and I would never lie to my employees. I’d actually fire them for it. This is not ok for him to be in that position. Tyler has the customer service qualities needed in a manager.

Big thanks to the manager James!! What a guy. He had the customer service and knowledge needed for a business like this to run. I came in the day before and was told they were short staffed and backed up on cars, which was very understandable. He politely told me to go to the nearest Firestone so I can be helped right away. But nah, I just came back in today. Marquell and Ron worked on my car so thanks to them as well, they were good people. Special shoutout to Josh too. I'll take my car here again in the future.

The guys at Big O Tires went above and beyond service today. My elderly dad is in intensive care at Sunrise Hospital and I live out of state just coming to give support to my Mom and needed to run errands for her. When I went to drive My parents car it had a flat so I was able to put the spare on which was almost as flat as the tire. I drove to the tire place which is about a block away and explained my problem. I left the car with them and less than 45 minutes they called me and said the car was done. They had fixed the flat, put the spare filled with more air in the trunk compartment and put the jack and etc back in their place. When I came back in the gentleman behind the desk gave me the key to the car and said no charge. I just want to say thank you and if you are looking for a decent honest business please support them as they made my life a whole lot easier today.

Now that's customer service! I had been trying to get an oil change for a couple days but the place was busy so I came in early the following morning. Phil checked me in and said it would be under an hour. It took over two! Without even saying a word Phil comped my service and said that was for the long wait! Now that's how to treat a customer! Lowest prices I've found around central Las Vegas for new tires and fluid changes. However, some of the employees can be somewhat argumentative at times and treat you like you don't know anything about your vehicle just because you brought it to the shop. But the prices keep me coming back.....for now.

Everyone in super nice. They tell you what's wrong with your car and dont even charge you for it. I also like their free fix your tire service. I've used them a lot. Prices on new tires are pricy though.

Kj is FANTASTIC and this store is #1 in my book! Kj is very professional, thoroughly explained everything I needed to know, and had my son's car back on the road in a few short hours after a tire blowout and cross-threaded lugs prevented another store from doing the same. I would highly recommend this store for any service related to tires, wheels, and suspension. Kj ensured the safety of my son, daughter, and grandson with the 22- point inspection, clear and expert evaluation and recommendations, and exceptional professionalism. A+++!

Big O Tires, has been around many years. At times, they're busy, however they know their stuff. Prices on tires and rims, are expensive, compared to other tire shops. Waiting area is kept clean, as well as the restrooms. Its located on Maryland Prkwy and directly across the street, from the Blvd Mall. There's Burger King, next door and Carl's Jr is walking distance.

James is a fabulous store manager, and his managerial leadership shows in each auto mechanic at Big O, on Maryland Parkway ... he's respectful to each and every customer who walks through the door, as well as on the telephone ...
