Fantastic service! On the return home from a weeks vacation, my family found ourselves on the side of the road on 465. We had a flat tire, a shredded spare tire and no way to get our car to a safe location. It was midnight and only one 24-hour tire business answered their phone. These guys went right to work figuring out the best solution to our situation. Despite being the only business available to help, they offered upfront and honest pricing. The man who helped us, came directly from another job and he arrived well before the quoted time frame. He delivered us a new tire, expertly and efficiently put it on our rim, and on the car. And we were safely back on the road to our destination. Can’t thank this business enough!

Excellent professional service! We were a couple hundred miles from home, early Sunday morning, with a burst tire from the prior night, a hard hit to the rim, warning sensors lit, driving on a soft donut spare, and shook up from narrowly missed being T-boned moments before by someome running a red light. They talked through everything, had the right tire on hand, well priced, assessed the rim (still good), mounted and balanced the tire, filled and stowed the spare, in about a half hour. We drove 3+ hours highway right after, no warning sensor lit, a very smooth ride. Considering our circumstances, we could not have had a better outcome. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

We were towing a boat through Indianapolis when a tire and bracket broke on our trailer. We called around and the only place we called with kind and helpful people was Pomp’s Tire Service. From Stephanie who answered the phone to Jeremy who was so kind. Even though they weren’t able to fix the trailer, Jeremy let us keep the boat there until we could make arrangements to have it transported. I would never hesitate to call this company again. Their customer service was 5 star and we appreciated them being so helpful and accommodating! Kindness from someone goes a long way when you’re having a bad day. Thanks Pomp’s!

This was maybe the 5th or 6th set of tires I purchased here? Anyway this is my preferred tire shop. I found them by chance many years ago when my son was small, maybe 4 or 5 years old (he's an adult now). I got a flat tire on Raymond Street on our way back from visiting a friend on a Sunday evening. Everywhere else was closed. This was before smartphones were a thing. Anyway, I called my friend who said to look up Harding street and about a block up was Pomp's. They were open. Anyway, I had more than one bad tire. So I bought a set. They have 2 waiting rooms. The employee working the counter that evening cleared all the chairs from one of them and kicked the ball around with my son and me while our tires were being changed. Then he gave my son the ball to take home! That was our first experience and the customer service has always been great. Currently I work nights. I'm a retail employee with crazy schedule. If I'm gonna have a problem with a tire, it's gonna be late at night when everyone else is closed. Pomp's never closes. They will always be open when I need a tire. Depending on your vehicle, they may not have as many tire options as other tire places, but I've always gotten what I've needed. They treat their customers like family here. Also, there usually isn't too long of a wait. When I stopped by the other day, I made a bet with a coworker that if they took longer than an hour, he'd pay for one of my tires. He couldn't believe that they had all 4 changed in 45 minutes! I've waited at other shops for hours waiting on tires. Not here! Anyway, I'm a loyal Pomp's customer and I refer my friends when they need tires.

We were traveling on Christmas Day when we had a flat tire just outside of Indianapolis. After a few desperate phone calls we were so thankful when Pomp’s picked up the phone. They saved our Christmas by arranging for roadside assistance and replacing our tire. The staff was so gracious and understanding. Thanks so much to the men who gave up their Christmas so we could have ours .

Let me tell you that we are not from anywhere in Indiana and had about 300 miles to drive to our destination when we noticed our low tire alert on our vehicle. We were actually in a rental car and didn’t pay for insurance so I had to see about fixing a tire with a nail in it. The only place on a Sunday evening that was able to help us was this place. This place was very friendly, got the job done quick for all the cars they served that night, and it was done for a reasonable price ! They take cash or cards ! This place is big enough for 18 wheelers too ! 24 HOURS - 7 DAYS A WEEK !! Strongly recommended !!

The service here was excellent! We were 8n and out in less then an hour. We had a camper tire blow out on interstate 65 near Indianapolis. We were able to get a new tire and rim with labor for $207. Absolutely wonderful service!!! Jason from Pomp’s was amazing!! We were on our way home to Northern Michigan from Cullman AL, we’d been driving for 9 hours when one of my tires on my 2015 Equinox decided to start loosing air! We thankfully was on the outskirts of Indianapolis IN when it happened( mind you this happened at 1:00am in the morning while going thru a city we’ve never been in before!)and the tire wouldn’t even take in any air, so we were sure it was an issue with the valve stem-one company didn’t even want to look at it they just wanted to bring me a USED tire and charge me $205 but Jason at Pomp’s didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring it on in and he’d get us fixed up and back on the road! We were at the shop maybe 20 minutes in total and he only charged us $20 to look at the tire, take it off, and replace the valve stem(bc the valve stem was the problem),filled the tires all up and sent us on our way! Pomp’s definitely get an A+ in our book, they were lifesavers tonight!

Had them fix a flat on a trailer. 3 days later tire flat again. Called them again. Guy that came out found that rubber grommet in tire inflation system was missing. And still charged me for another road call … one flat repair cost over $400 My verdict- avoid if possible. Update. After I'd posted my review I received a phone call from the menager and he was able to resolve my issue and issue a refund. I was very pleasantly surprised by the way it was handled. Thank you.

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to get my rv tire changed and when it was finished, my rv had trouble starting. The guys there helped me change the battery, fix some stuff under the hood, and gave me a jump start for free.

These guys were great. Got a flat on my way to Nashville on a Saturday night. Tire needed to be replaced. These guys are open 24 hours. I was literally there for 10 minutes and they had the tire replaced and I was on my way. Definitely recommend this place for tires.

Jason! Is a great guy i called and asked how much for a tire and eta for road side, he said 3 hours. Then calls an hour later and said hell get me taken of, said a tire guy will be gettin a tire for me and be on his way. Flat tire just as I get off the interstate! Tow driver advised me to call ahead to make sure they had my tire, which they did. They even took the time to show me the old tire and advised me what to do to prevent further damage to the new tire and my care. Highly recommend them!

24 hours tire service! I called this morning at 730am with a low tire. They got me in line right away and helped me with a tire patch. There can be a line but I got in today when all the other places I called were too busy/short handed for days. Luckily I was able to go here and get serviced today in less than two hours I was done. Fantastic experience, best service I've had - at any establishment - in a long time! I knew I needed at least two new tires, due to really struggling while driving on wet roads. Came into Pomp's on a Saturday around 10AM, and spoke with the friendly guy in the front. He checked every tire on my car and gave a detailed explanation of what was needed, and moreover why it was needed. His honesty, integrity, and knowledge was clear. Back inside the front office he gave me two tire options, and the out-the-door cost for each. The price was very reasonable, and a bit less than I expected to pay. He also explained the tires come with a shop warranty - and since they are open 24/7 (for repairs), if I ever find myself in trouble with my tires, I can head to Pomp's immediately. The tire tech got the tires on quickly, and I was out in under an hour. The wait was minimal, and I I just hangout in the waiting area - it's comfortable enough and has a bathroom. I left totally satisfied. The following day, Sunday, my Tire Pressure light came on. Unsure if this was due to just getting new tires, or actually low pressure, I drove back to Pomp's (this is a Sunday at around noon). Pulled around back and explained the issue to the guy inside. He had one of the tire tech's check the pressure. What really stood out is that this Tire Tech gave me a ton of knowledge on PSI, weight of tire, and expansions of tire while driving. He showed me the reading for each one, and for one that was a bit low added more air. He then had me move the car forward a bit to inspect the wheel with the low reading , to ensure nothing looked visibly wrong. I am so so impressed with Pomp's. They did everything right, went above and beyond, and genuinely care. Go to Pomp's!! Their employees, prices, and service, are fantastic.

They do good work it's just a little slow . Glad they're open 24/7 just make sure that you have the time to wait. If there's 2 or 3 car in line its going to be a while till they get to you. No appt. Needed it's a first come first served kind deal. Definitely would go again this was our 2nd time there. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. They also have road side emergency services as well.

Awesome staff and extremely helpful! After letting them know I needed my car aligned, they asked if I had any new parts put on the car or new tires. After explaining that I had both they told me that while they were doing my alignment they would inspect and make sure that the new parts were installed correctly to insure my vehicle was safe to drive. Before installing a different part they brought me out to the shop and firstly explained what the part did and then proceeded to make sure that I was okay with making the payment and having it installed. I know where I will go now for all of my tire needs!

These guys were a huge help to us!! We were on our return home from vacation when our tire blew, luckily we were within 20 minutes from this place. While they were busy they were able to work us in with little wait and get us back on the road quickly. Very friendly and polite. My husband and I were coming home from vacation late on a Sunday and got a flat tire. We were still about 200 miles from home and didn't want to drive the whole way on a spare tire. The people in this establishment are the closest thing to angels I have ever met in my life. My friend Lauren and I were stranded in a big city, in the rain, in the dark, two hours from home when we found ourselves in Pomp’s Tire. They patched our tire and sent us on our way in less than twenty minutes. Not only was the service incredibly affordable, but they were some of the kindest and most respectful men I’ve ever encountered. I cannot say enough to thank there incredible people. I wish there were 6 stars, because they deserve them all.

I like the fact that this place is open 24/7 . I had a flat tire early in the morning around 07 am and had to be at school at 08am. The service was pretty fast, so I was able to make it on time. Their price isn’t bad at all . I only had to spend $110 for a new tire (reparation fee included ). The property is clean. Their waiting room is the best. You could make yourself a coffee and enjoy whatever program is on tv . They even have popcorns . The restroom is pretty clean ! In overall, I had a good experience. I’ll definitely come back if I encounter another tire related issues (but hopefully, I won’t lol)

Fantastic service. We had the car towed to Pomp's at about 8:00pm, so we were out of options. They were quite busy for the time of night, and still got us in and out in about 30 minutes. Got a nail in my tire on the way to work. Luckily Pomp's is open 24 hours becuase no one else was open at 8am on a Sunday. I called to make sure they could take me they were very nice om yhe phone. The second I pulled into the shop the manager came out and asked if I was the one with the tire. They started immediately and even gave me a cold water while I waited. Ran across a pothole ending with a flat tire. Thinking we couldn’t get a tire till tomorrow and having to leave our vehicle somewhere, found this place on maps. Got down there and sure enough they had the tire we needed and got it switched within 15 minutes. Took the tire to our vehicle and put it back on for us. The employee forgot to get his torque wrench so we he asked us to follow us back to the shop to get that done to ensure our safety. Awesome customer service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

These guys/gals that work there are all about tires and their maintenance. I've been taking my tires to get patched by Pomps for many years. Never once have they tried to upsale me, they were honest if it could be patched it got patched. If it couldn't even get patched they said so. Now aside from patching this I don't know, I have no ideas what their new tire game Is like, but I'd venture a guess that their new tire stuff is similar to my experiences getting tires patched.

All these people bitching must not have ever been to a tire shop. We were on our way to Florida got a flat, they got us back on the road fast and very cheap in my opinion for 10 pm. Honestly no more than if we waited until am for other shops to open. Not to mention they even had our exact tire. Good place to get tires in my opinion.

First time I'm putting up a 5 star review when things weren't perfect. Car was towed there 3am on a weekend, incorrect tire was put on but Roy worked out a replacement and everything worked out great. Highly recommend Pomp's.

Not sure how I feel about this place at this point last week I paid them $208 to come to my house and change my tire they told me there was warranty and if anything went wrong to let them know I am a single disabled mother and assumed paying $200 secured me being able to get around in my car. I go outside and the tire is flat I called them up to let them know and they said if I can get it into them they will take a look at it I have absolutely no way to get it into them and I figured at $200 they would come back to me and fix it or at least examine the situation. Update: I have never been treated so wonderful by a tire repair shop in my life! I got the tire off myself and took it into to Pomp’s. The director of operations Mike Williams came out and spoke to me in person and Not only did they replace my tire, they also refunded me every single nickel that I paid and they are also on the way to my house to put the tire back on my car. I wasn’t sure at first, but I am now! I will never go to any other tire shop in my life! One last update: apparently Mr. Williams had been trying to reach me by phone for 2 days & I didn’t know! So every effort was made to remedy my situation! Love this place!

The lug nuts in my tire fell out on the highway yesterday. Hoping to just get lug nuts and replace tire, I had my car towed here. I ended up needing a new tire, bolts, lug nuts, and on top of that a bearing needed replaced. Despite this bad situation I really couldn't afford the labor but knew it had to be done because I needed to go to work. The goddess in in the middle of the night, we had a front tire that kept going low during a Sub-Zero temperature drive home across country. Took about 30 minutes total, and about $20, and they repaired the tire and we had no more problems the rest of the trip home. Maybe not the most pristine of reception areas, but it most certainly could have been a lot worse. Plus bonus points because they offer free popcorn and coffee.

Don't come. These guy's are horrible... I bought two new steering tires. Had a vibration coming from these tires . Didn't have it before. So they put the tires on the wheel balancing machine. Told me i had a bent rim. So, I bought one. I watched them play with the tire on the balancing machine for about an hour. Finally, they got the result they wanted. Left and still had a vibration. Then they made me get an alignment, two shocks before they would look at the tire again. After argument they gave me a new tire. But, the tire is moving side to side on the balancing machine. ( radial run out) I was told, you won't feel that. Don't worry about. Needless to say. That tire is bad. Even though it's brand new. The manager Bob, is a jerk...... do yourself a favor go somewhere else... you have been warned....... shame on you Pomps tire. I will never be back to any of your locstions.....

We were on a road trip from north eastern Pennsylvania and I picked up a utility blade near Spencer, Indiana late on a Saturday evening. The only thing open and nearby was a Wal-Mart tire and auto center who told me it was too bad to fix, but also didn't have my size in stock (225-50-r18). I found Pomp's 70 miles away who not only carried my oddball size but had a variety to choose from. Limped there on my donut and was taken care of immediately. They could have sold me the new tire and I'd have been none the wiser. But after hearing my story the dude at the counter wanted to take a closer look at my tire himself. They were able to repair my tire and saved me $115 in the process. I don't care what anyone else's review says, these guys are awesome! I'd buy all my tires from here if I didn't live eight and a half hours away.

I found a bolt in a tire on my motorhome and took it to Pomps. It is first come first served but I was 3rd in line and the time went fast. They remived the wheel and the tire from the rim and plugged and patched the tire. It was back on the coach and I was on my way quickly and I was very happy with the very reasonable price. Got off the interstate in Brownsburg with a blown out tire. Two tire shops within a hundred yards of the exit, and neither of them could work on a box truck. Pomps came out and got us back on the road. They're a little redneck, and you pay a premium for road service, maybe a couple hundred bucks more for a set of tires, but it sure beats destroying a truck rim.
