Plus the rate for tires is right where it needs to be. No complaints at all. Highly recommended. This is for the store at 10th and Tibbs btw. P. S. Stay in your car for the tire change and put your hands up in the air like a roller coaster when they let the jacks down. Your children won't be disappointed ;)

This is my go-to shop for anything tires. Honest is the word to describe them. One time they didn't charge me to confirm I needed no repair. If you have a slow leak take it to them.

I've been using JR's Used Tires for the last several years. I have a hard time paying these big tire stores hundreds of dollars for new tires. These guys hook me up with great tires and they warranty them for 30 days. I only had an issue one time and it turns out that it was my rim and not their fault. They however broke the tire down and fixed the issue at no cost to me. That's great customer service! I highly recommend this place of business. Bring a few non perishable item for the food pantry. They work for our community too!

These guys are awesome!!! Car stuff can be intimidating to me because I have very limited knowledge. But they are always so helpful and make me feel at ease. They squeezed me in at the last minute when I needed a hole in my tire plugged. They also replaced my valve stem. They did it quickly and at a price I can afford. I’m very grateful for them.

I had an used tire from another shop that charged me $50 for tire, install and disposal and I drove off with a lot of vibration (balancing not done). J-Rs charged me the same BUT with balancing included and they had me out in under 20 minutes. I’ll be going back for any tire needs for sure.

Great place to get a few emergency tires if you don't have alot of money to spend. I got 2 used tires for the back of my Cadillac and it was around $85 and they were very fast. Mounted and balanced in 20 minutes.

J-R could not help at one location so they sent me to the other one, but called first to see if they had the tires and the price before I went over. It was higher then expected or wanted to pay. I had been going to this shop a while. 4 out of 5 times I left impressed. My last visit they lost one of my tire pressure sensors. When I approached them with the issue the worker claimed that I didn't come in with one even though the sensor is what told me my pressure was low! He even stated prior that he had to get me a new valve stem because they couldn't find the one that came with it. I was disappointed because usually they are pretty solid guys. I'm not the type to place blame if something is my fault but they were clearly wrong here. Overall I would still recommend them because they have the best service of any used tire spot I've ever been to. They can also order new tires at a competitive price. Be careful if you have a vehicle with tire pressure sensors though and make sure you let them know before they remove your tire.

He is a great guy and does a lot for the community as well. If you need a tire and need it right away and want friendly service... This is the place to go! Been going here for 10 years!! I use to spend $400-500 every couple years for 4 tires and the hassle of a big tire place. JR's is professional, courteous, and priced right! Yes they are used, but NEW. These are returns or barely used, NOT RETREAD! NEVER have I had a problem with any tire there. ONCE I had a valve stem problem because of something they did and they made it right SAME DAY N/C of course! Christian owned and managed. Want to be treated fair and not ripped off from a high priced store paying top dollar for their commercials, go here! I am usually in and out in 20-30 minutes for tires.

Called JRs Used Tires shop yesterday after having a tire I couldn't keep inflated more than a few days. When I got there, they got right to my tire and had me out of there in less than 20 minutes or so. Price was terrific and the service is the best I have seen. The man who got my order was very friendly. Also, the younger man who installed the tire in the garage was very respectful and wished me a blessed day as I left. Keep up the Good work, guys!

Jr's tires has a wonderful and very professional staff at both locations West Washington or west in Street. The tires are of extremely high quality had a very affordable price. They also sell really good clean reconditioned batteries for your car as well. This is both an opportunity to address either a tire or battery issue with your car and also an opportunity to do good for the community as JR also runs Dalton's food pantry. Buy a tire feed a family. It will also get new tires if you prefer.

I had a great experience with J-R's. I drove to them with 2 flat back tires. I only had to wait about 5 minutes and they started working on my car. I didn't even have to get out! That meant a lot for me since I had 2 small children with me. Getting in and out with a 6 and 2 year old is not easy, so I'm very thankful for not having to get out. I paid a little more than I had expected but I'd rather pay than be stuck with 2 flats!

I have been going to JR's on 10th street for years whenever I need a tire in a hurry, and they always come through. I always call ahead of time just to make sure they have the kind of tire for my vehicle, and they usually do. Today was no exception, I had a nail in one tire and my spare on the other, and they got me taken care of real quick! They are always extremely friendly and get you in and out when they aren't packed with people, which usually in the summertime they are. JR is usually at this location, and he is a very friendly man. They have very good prices as well, their prices did drop even lower awhile back, but I noticed today there was a sign stating as of December 10th they are back to the older pricing, which still isn't bad at all, still very cheap. Best place hands down to get cheap used tires in a crunch.

Go here!! J-R's is the best and cheapest AND quickest tire shop around. I stopped by on my way home from work around 4 and he had my tire replaced, balanced, and installed within 45 min. All of that was only $38, and for a full set of used is around $175-200; brand new would be under $400. I wanted to make a Nascar joke because it was truly so fast. I told them I thought this place would be in a rough neighborhood and he responded with: "We put God first around here." All super nice guys working there. Also had plenty of fresh apples for free right by the door.

Due to a rare size tire, I couldn't find one in Indianapolis that was under $100, until I found JR's. From the second I got there and until the moment I left, they were very friendly and attentive. It turned out, there is another size tire that works and was $10 cheaper. They easily couldn't charged me the extra ten dollars and gave me the cheaper tire but Bryan didn't. I'm very impressed with this business and will FOR SURE be back!

Got a Nail in my tire and shopped around. goodyear was trying to get me for 200 dollars and i had to wait till the next day. They are more qell know for tire repairs and used tire replaceme ts, but I found them Honest, Dependable and Very Cost Competitive on recently purchased "New" tires at 1/2 the cost of Traditional Tire Retailers and Big Box Stores like WM.
