A few years back my truck had a flat. Took it there to repair after about an hour wait (it was busy) had it fixed they said rust had built up on the rim causing it to tire to lose air. They had ground it off and tire was fine. Was getting ready to pay and they told me no charge and just to keep them in mind next time I needed tires. And so the other day I did with my GF vehicle. One tire had been losing air. Turned out rim was cracked and needed new. Showed me tires still had a little life to them that they could just replace rim and use old tire or get new but one tire would have different rim. Given the past curtasy they gave me I went ahead and got new tires and rims. They showed me different price levels and didn't steer me to buy most expensive. My GF Mustang now feels like a totally different car driving. Much improved. Although there were two cars ahead of me vehicle was finished in less than hour .

They don't lie to you ! Walmart does !! Walmart tried to tell me I needed to buy 4 new tires. My tires were 7/32 out of 12/32. Lots of tread left ! I needed one because of a blow out. So I bought a pair 2. The tires were regular $255 a piece. They were Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain plus. 12/32 tread depth when new. I showed the salesman the Walmart app where the tires were $201 each. Discount gladly matched the price and took a extra $7.00 off each tire. All I need for a deposit was $25.00 which I put down. I bought the last set of tires at Walmart because they are open 7 days a week and there so many locations. But with Walmart BS and decepting sales tactics I came to Discount Tire because they have the best overall prices and good sales reputation. Yes, Discount Tire is closed on Sunday, But Sunday is the Lord's day. Not as many locations as Walmart, But the continue to expand their number of locations to do their business. I'm am now and will be a Discount Tire customer for life !! No more Walmart Tire Games and their BS !!!!!!

Ordered my tire. Had it the next day...everyone else was 5 to 10 days out. Little bit of a wait in line (15 mins) when I had a specific time appointment. Staff was great. Mechanics went above and beyond...including putting my spare away and straightening my trunk out. A little expensive, but the convenience was on point!

I’ve had FOUR flat tires since December 31st(Today is March 31st). It’s this freaking construction and all the potholes… Anyway, I had the warranty so I was able to get the tires replaced each time for a small charge. Braden has been the front desk person each time and he is great! He has excellent customer service. Overall I’m very satisfied with this location!

I did schedule my appointment online when I purchased my tires and they got me in the bay in 10 mins. I was allowed to stay in my vehicle which was nice, there where a couple times were I was a little worried they used the wrong size lug nuts and had to replace one of mine. Also I asked them to bag my back tires and they didn't so I asked and he did do it but I think that one of them is my old back tire not both. They had quite a bit of tread on them so it took over an hr to put on 4 tires.

Great experience at Discount Tire on E. Washington Street. The staff was friendly and professional. Today there was a long line of people waiting, and the two guys working were kind and courteous to every person. Went in to get a second opinion and quoting on tires for my BMW and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ended up getting a much better deal on much nicer tires and overall was a great experience. The work they did was great too, usually most shops don’t use the correct torque values for the lugs and just impact them on, but they actually torqued down all my wheels correctly when I went back later and checked them. Also they we’re very careful with my car. I would highly recommend them as their work is great, will work with you on pricing, and are all very friendly.

Great service Joel & Bill are awesome. I had a blown tire replaced. What I like amount them is that they dont just change a tire. Its like cars are patients and they're the doctors..lol. They keep an record of your visits! I started going to another tire shop for no apparent reason..and I'd thought I found a gem... well it was a no go..ugh. When I arrived they did a full check on the tires and told me that Id been there before and what service was given. They also use an app to let you know whats going on kinda like the Dominoes app. It tells when your car is in the bay, when its ready, etc. Pretty cool. I wont leave again.

Quick and courteous. I was in to get new tires and they had an issue with bad lug nuts so they called me to see if I wanted them replaced. Not long after that call we were ready for a pickup. They were quite busy and were quick to get people in, taken care of and back out. Quite pleased with my service today. I will be back for the other vehicles.

They are one of the only tire shops that could order my size of tire. When the tires did not come in time for my appointment, they gave me a rolling appointment, so I could just show up at my convenience, and jump ahead of the walk-ins. I was out in an hour. My advice is to call ahead and make an appointment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable waiting area.

I went in today after delaying seeing someone about the slow leak in my tire for an irresponsible length of time. Originally, I just dropped in to see what the price of a new one would be if I ended up having to replace it. However, the gentleman at the air-up station told me it was so low that it was too dangerous to air up and that the only way I could drive on it safely was to have them look at it and see if it could be patched. I wanted to drive on it until tomorrow, but he convinced me to play it safe and have it checked out. The wait was long, but they did a great job of managing expectations and keeping me updated on where they were at in the process. All in all, they were able to patch my tire for free within 2 1/2 hours, not bad for a walk in! I’m so grateful they were looking out for me and convinced me to wait for them to make sure it was safe to drive on, not because they were trying to make a buck off me but because they cared. I won’t go anywhere else!

Had locking lug nuts removed (lost the key) and had standard replacement ones installed. Also had a slow leak repaired on one tire. There were maybe 3 or 4 customers ahead of me in the waiting area, yet, I was in and out in less than 40 minutes total. For a walk in customer, I am very happy with how Abby (the rep that waited on me) took care of me and highly recommend this store. Fair prices and quality service.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Customer service is off the charts. Came in for a FREE balance and was treated so incredibly well by Matthew. The tech Roman was so nice as well. I’ll admit I originally took my car to a competitor to balance the tires because it was near my work. Pretty sure the competitor did nothing and gave me my car back. Either that or they were just utterly incompetent. Discount Tire is the best. I’ll never spend another dollar anywhere else for tires. THANK YOU!

unfortunately I had to wait 4.5 hrs in the store before they could get to my car. I had a flat tire and no spare. so had it towed in. They found nothing wrong. The next day it was almost flat again. Was able to drive it in and they replace a valve. Only cost was $8.60 for part. rest was under warranty . They do a really good job and I trust their judgement. Wait time is a problem!

Took my car into this location to get 4 new tires. They had the tires I wanted in stock at a great price. I came in about an hour before they closed and they said they could get them installed that day as long as I was willing to wait on it. Once they got the wheels off, they noticed a crack in two of my wheels. They showed me the problems so I would know it was for real. Tyler helped me with a great deal on a set of 4 new wheels and put them on along with my new tires since they were in stock. Great service and I will be back to this location again!

Long time customer, but I just bought a new truck a couple months ago that had new tires already on it. I picked up a small piece of metal on the interstate and needed a patch. I brought the truck in with spare on, and they told me there were 7 cars in front of me. They patched it as well as put spare back under the bed where it goes free of charge, and in about an hour. I took my (recently purchased) car to Discount Tire after figuring out a nail had punctured my tire and was stuck in the tread. This was less than an hour before closing and they treated me with kindness the entire time! They confirmed the nail in my tire and patched it, sending me out in an hour, despite it taking them past closing. I asked how much it would be, and it was completely free. When I bought my truck, the dealership had just put wheels and tires on by Discount Tire. Every two weeks, my rear tires would need some air. Eventually a manager looked at the issue, and said they had initially put the wrong weight rating of tire on. They went above and beyond, stating it was their screw up, and brought out three different replacement options, let me pick, and put all new tires on, for free. Their warranty is amazing as well. Will never go anywhere else.

I was initially pleased with the service I received but now, one day later, I find myself very displeased. I was in Indianapolis visiting a friend and had a flat tire. When I got there, worked through a long line of customers in a short period of time. We discussed my tire and options and potential issues. Later, I picked up my car, they said it was all fixed, and all seemed well. The issues now are as follows: 1. My tire is now losing air pressure again. I would call that decidedly NOT fixed. 2. The assistant manager, who I spoke to about my tire, was told that we were from out of town and where we were from. He then offered up this warranty telling us that it would be good at our local Discount Tire stores. What he failed to mention and I did not know, being new to my current city of residence, is that there is no Discount Tire location within 75 miles of where I live. Way to play into the stereotype of the manipulative lying, money-grabbing mechanic who does not even fix the actual problem! If THAT were being assessed, it would be full marks... Update: After several phone calls, the money paid was refunded to me. Upgraded to 3 stars because, aside from it taking a few more phone calls than I would like, they made it fairly easy to get a refund.

I've dealt with discount for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I bought the warranty on my tire, and when I got a flat tire, they replaced it for free. There was $13.00 fee to put a warranty on the new tire. 10 minutes later I was back on the road. Amazing!

This is my go-to place once I buy my warranty on my tire I don't have to pay full price for my tire thereafter until the tire is worn down. They do free plugs and free air UPS as many times as I need them. I'd recommend everybody

Fixed the problem, reasonably priced, continue to return. But, lack of communication an issue, particularly on the weekends. They're probably swamped at those times, but even an automated system to send an update would be helpful... especially when they're running past their estimated time for completion.

I just retrieved my car from this Discount location after waiting 3 hours in the queue to get a nail removed and tire repaired from my new Sentury (Thailand) tires that I got on February 26th. I was being a good boy and checking my air pressure at the pump and realized the hissing noise meant I had a leak somewhere. This is after a 9-hour work day and it was 4:30 p.m. So I drove right down the street to Discount Tire where Bill took good care of me and was very courteous, even though I knew I had a long wait ahead of me. Not their fault. I just gathered up my lunch bag and my jacket, walked down the little hill past Jiffy Lube and planted myself in the Hardee's for an extended meal and contemplation session. I got a call from Discount Tire And just under the 3-hour estimated wait. They are always decent and courteous. Even though my trusty old car was made in the last century they treated me as though I were leaving my Land Rover in their care. I wasn't happy to see my almost virgin tires already assaulted by rogue pieces of bent nails in the roadway. But I was very happy to get good work done as soon as it was possible from this Discount Tire location.

Went in today 4 or 5 people in front of me in line, line moved quickly, told guy have a nail close to sidewall want to replace regardless if repairable, replaced both rear tires(didn't have tire in stock that was on car checked online before coming in) at 115 was told be out by 3 left about 2. Went in on 7/31 to get other 2 tires replaced got there at opening was told finish about 915 was leaving about 845/850, only 2nd time there and another good experience, very happy with tires.

I recently purchased a set of new tires and 10 minutes after driving away the TPMS alarm blares and this repeats again every 10 or so minutes even after resetting the TPMS from the MMI. This never happened before since owning the car, so clearly related to replacing the tires. After more tries, frustration and appointments, they ordered new sensors and that finally resolved the issue and I appreciate the effort.

He Put all of my worries at bay. He was so knowledgeable, and so helpful. I could tell he was also concerned about her situation and wanted to make sure she was taken care of quickly to get her off the side of I70. Not only did he run around getting exactly what our rig needed. He also took his own time to take the 2 new sets of wheel/tires to her. I was like ....Seriously!
