Great idea, Great Service, Great prices and William the guy that actually did all the hard work is wonderful. The only thing that happened is that when I booked online, i was able to get a spot at 9am the next day. the idea was that they can change the tires while I am at work and this way I would not have to stay or loose time after work. I got a notification the next day that the only spot available is between 3 to 5 and of course, they came at 427pm (i finish work at 5) so i had to stay after work waiting for them to finish thus defeating the purpose of using them while i am busy but i had to actually wait for them to be done. I wish the time slot was better but the overall experience will not let me not use them again i think they are great company and great prices and I bought the warranty hazard on the tires with them to use them again if needed i just wish the time slots online were more accurate so that the time we book is the time they come and not change it on us.

Amazing process amazing company. Mario was classy, knowledgeable, and got bolts for the new rims (didn’t have - rim company forgot to add to package) delivered while he was onsite to complete install on time! Very impressed and I am hard to impress as i work in CX (customer experience). Zohr’s was a great option when our daughter had her tire go flat and we needed all the tires replaced. They were on time, super friendly, and showed us the dry rot on all the tires. They probably saved our daughter from an accident or at least a bad day. Good prices and super convenient! We will use them again for sure!

I was totally impressed. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone, Alex, was helpful and courteous and explained the entire process to me very clearly. My technician, who arrived early, was great. While not being thoroughly prepared with the correct tools, had to return to the office. The next phone call I received, Paul was informing me the job was completed. He disposed of the useless tire for me and loaded the rim into the back seat of the truck. We shook hands and I walked away a satisfied client. The entire job probably took no more than an hour and for the type of service, the price was less than I expected ($70).If ever needed again, I will definitely call Zohr's.

Removed, installed new, balanced, and mounted 2 tires in 20-30 min. My friends recommend me to Zohr. Customer service was there when I had questions and updated me with timely info. Scheduling took very little effort. The 2 dudes in the Mercedes transport van were chill, professional and efficient. Gave them just enough instruction for directions and work scope. Pretty effortless $70 dollar alley oop.

My experience using Zohr for a flat tire was great. Initially I scheduled myself for an early morning service but on the day of, got changed to a late afternoon. I asked Zohr if they could do it a little bit earlier so I could pick up my kid from school and they were able to accommodate my request without questions asked. That was so nice and a relief for me. Next, the technician arrived a few mins earlier than quoted. The total amount of time from his arrival to when The flat tire was fixed was maybe less than 30 mins. Quick service and no contact service either due to COVID 19. It was so easy and fast service. Thank you so much, Zohr!

The service was perfect, as it always has been. I've used this mobile tire service a handful of times and have NEVER ONCE had an issue. My favorite part today, was the technicians attitude! Despite it being 30° outside and the fact he has probably been busy all day long, this technician showed up at my house with an extremely positive and energetic attitude. His customer service and overall approach was outstanding! Perfect! It was more expensive (around $40) to have Zohr come to me and install, but the convenience for me far outweighed the cost. While the service window was fairly large, the notifications sent day of were very useful and the technician came exactly when they predicted. It would have been completely contact-less had I been smart enough to have the wheel lock ready inside the car. Very satisfied, would highly recommend!

Excellent experience having someone come to our house to put a new set of tires on my wife’s car. We would have had to pay towing charge to get the car to a local tire dealer. We ordered our tires and Zohr brought them out and mounted, balanced and installed them onsite. Very reasonable price. Extremely convenient. And William was a real pro. He knew a lot about tires, vehicles and everything tire related. Everything was done perfectly. I know he did a couple of things over and above like cleaning the wheels off and getting rust off of things with a wire brush. We are extremely satisfied.

This was a first for me and the process was seamless. I placed an order for my tires on the phone. Confirmation was emailed and texted to me. I was given a 2 hr arrival time and they were there early in that window. I received a text upon their arrival and again when there was an issue with lug nuts. I was given a detailed explanation of the problem and was shown as well. They were professional and knowledgeable. The job was completed in a very timely manner and I was informed upon completion. I loved the service, will definitely use again and recommend it to others..

Treated my wheels like they were his own and even removed the troublesome adhesive from the old wheel weights. Placed the center caps aligned with the valve stems as well. I am particular about taking care of my car and it was great to have a tire install tech that is also a car enthusiast. This is my second time using Zohr and will be using this company for all my go forward tire needs. Price is competitive and the handling of the wheels and your car are in good hands through the entire process.....not to mention the convenience of being able to have very thing brought to you and the service taking place at your residence.

Tech arrived on time and did the job correctly And carefully . Better than many tire dealers I have been to on more expensive automobiles where I spent a lot more money. Installed mounted balanced with new tpms sensors. Accurate tire balancing. Website Did not up sell me on anything other than what I needed and quote was reasonable Very personable and careful service. Happy employee so the company must be good to be a part of their team. Scheduled service for today 13 July 2021 last week, time slot was from 9AM-12PM, at 0936 I received a message about a technical issue and they would not be available to come by and take care of my tires until 7Pm-10PM that evening. While inconvenient and slightly annoying, I understand technology is amazing until it doesn't work. I readied the car and items for the swap. At 705PM I received a call stating that the air line on the technician's van had broken, and they would not be available to take care of my vehicle the same day. Stating that they could reschedule for the following day (which I am working, I scheduled for 13 July because I had the day off). Since this would not work, I requested a refund and will be going elsewhere. I give them 3 stars because I know what they are capable of doing, I observed a tech some time ago when a friend used their services to swap tires for his car. But having to wait all day for this to be accomplished, only to be told after the last minute they would be unable to take care of my request is incredibly frustrating. Sidenote (somewhat unrelated) In the confirmation messages for the appointment (of which I received 3), they were able to get my name correct once. Which is weird.

Had the pleasure of using your service today. The 2 guys that came were very professional and courteous. They knocked out 4 new tires and rebalanced 6 others for me in 57 minutes. They even relayed how out of balance the wheels that I wanted checked / rebalanced. I was iffy at first due to pricing but to get this quality of work that comes to me it was worth the price.

These guys were really patient and professional. Great service. My truck is driving so well that I cant help but giggle like a schoolgirl when I drive it. These guys swapped out all my tires, valves, and lugs for me. They balanced all the tires and torqued all the nuts. They even cleaned the rims inside and out before mounting the tire and balancing. The place that I went to before did an AWFUL job installing my tires. My truck was shaking so much that I thought the wheels would fall off; they didnt balance the tires and they left water in them! They improperly installed a valve stem, they stripped and cross threaded all the lug nuts, didnt torque any of the lug nuts, and on top of that they took all my metal valve caps and kept them! I did a short test drive and everything seems great now that these guys took care of me and my truck. I'm very satisfied now. Thanks guys.

Can't recommend these guys enough! Ordered a pair of tires to be installed on my BMW on Monday. Zohr sent Tyler to come out Tuesday morning and had to service completed in under an hour. Very happy with the service and very happy they showed up on time. The contactless service is great during this pandemic. Scheduled my appointment to have two tires replaced through the online scheduling service and the process was very easy to follow. The technician arrived on time the next morning and the company also sent me a courtesy text 15 minutes before the techs arrival. The tech was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Once the tech began removing the tires he informed me of some extreme wheel damage that may have been causing my back tire to consistently go flat. He assisted me in purchasing a new wheel through the company so I didn't have to do any additional work. He left my home to pick up the new wheel and came back to complete the job within an hour AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. There wasn't a last minute convenience fee or any mileage charge for the back and forth. Just pure helpfulness and great customer service! I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I was not home at the time, but my car was on the driveway ready for their tech. Got a text when they were done. This is probably one of the best ideas. No need to wait at the tire shop. Seamless transaction and hard to believe people choose to wait at a tire shop or dealership for hours when Zohr is competitive with pricing(tire rack prices), in my case 350 dollars cheaper than the dealership for same tires and service. I placed the order Saturday night, picked Wednesday as installation date and they showed up in my driveway, in and out in 1 hour. Communication is key with me and they text/email at every step in the process. I was skeptical to have someone other than the dealership work on my Maserati, but it appears most high end car owners in the area choose them as the technician showed several pics of cars he recently worked on. Mario was phenomenal, answered all my questions, was careful around the car and you can tell he really takes pride in his craft. If they ever add Nitrogen to their vans, they will put every other tire install out of business. Thanks again, I've already referred Zohr to a handful of car enthusiasts in the area and will be using them soon on wife's vehicle.

Where do I begin with how happy I am with Zohr? I don't write reviews often but when I do it's typically because my experience was over the top outstanding or was really terrible. I am relieved to say Zohr is on my Top 5 list of best companies I have ever dealt with. Let's begin with the sad part. I recently purchased a super car and was looking forward to enjoying it when I ran across a nail from a construction sight near my neighborhood. I was pretty bummed but a friend reassured me Zohr could help. I spoke with Brian, the dispatcher, who recommended me tires for the vehicle and promptly scheduled me for a day later with their best technician. I paid the invoice and as promised the technician arrived to my home. The technician, Eric, was simply put.. OUTSTANDING. He's a very well-mannered and knowledgeable person who is a car enthusiast. He treats your stuff as if it's your own. I asked Eric what my tire tread depth was and he told me I had about 90% of the tire's life still there and could patch the tire without having to purchase 4 brand new tires at over $1,800 (with service and warranty). I was SO excited. I mean first of all where you find this level of honesty and care nowadays? And second, in the midst of a pandemic when it's nice to save where you can, here is a guy I have never met before (Eric) really watching out for me. It was a surreal experience. After some calls to the co-owner and Brian, we eventually settled on patching the tire. At first we were unsure the patch would hold because the tire I have has pretty soft rubber but with Eric's skill and attention to detail it worked. Brian came to my home also to oversee the process and make sure everything was going great. When I mentioned to Brian to please let the owner know I would be returning for my BMW M4 to get all of its tires replaced in the next 30 days and to let the owner know he hasn't lost a sale Brian immediately told me we care more about our customer and doing what's best for the customer. Brian mentioned he will be sending me a new invoice and refunding me the difference of what I paid. I was never feeling pressured to take all 4 tires or to choose the patch - they informed me and I made my own decision thereafter. I loved that. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. THANK YOU TO ERIC FOR YOUR HONEST AND HARD WORK. THANK YOU TO BRIAN FOR TREATING ME RIGHT. THANK YOU TO ZOHR FOR EMPLOYING A COUPLE OF GUYS WHO GIVE ME FAITH THAT HONEST IS BUSINESS IS STILL ALIVE AND WELL. TO THE OWNER OF ZOHR - I sent you an email. I meant every word. Keep these guys around, they're worth it. Also, I need Eric to solely work on my car when I need your help!

You get what you pay for. You can go to a cheaper place and they may take longer or in other cases, not not do as good of a job. Mario did and amazing job very fast, effortlessly, and was very nice. I did have trouble with customer service over the phone as they did not pick up, messaged them on Facebook and they replied immediately. However, Marios work exceeded my expectations. I googled to find an alternative and ran across Zohr. I call and found out our location was not in their service area. After speaking with Brian, I was told to let him see what he can do! Brian reminded me of the days where customer service always went above and beyond! Needless to say Brian became a super hero to me! Brian was a life saver and contacted dispatch who agreed to help us! Brian could have said sorry but you are out of our jurisdiction but he didn’t ....so thank you Brian! You are very much appreciated! The story doesn’t end there...it gets even better! Sorry so long! Then we have thIs very nice young man, Eric, come to replace Our tire! Fantastic service, I had TPMS sensors replaced on my 09 Audi A5 and the technician William was absolutely the most professional tire tech I've ever dealt with. He explained exactly what needed to be done and showed me the parts that needed to be replaced. And the pricing was very competitive seeing as other local shops quoted me $600+ to do the same job that zohr charged me half that. Will definitely choose to have William replace the tires when they are due. Recommend Zohr 100 percent.

Tech was great, I wasn’t aware that balance beads were going to be used. So we will see the results with use of commercial passenger vehicle. May be an issue on the last tire as Tech opened the bag at no fault of his the internal bag was busted and beads ran all over floor and table. Tech tried to gather as much up as he could seeing he needed 4oz in each tire, Zohr only gave tech 6 bags therefore the tire may be off balance. Suggest you always have a couple of extra bags in the back of the van. Otherwise everything went pretty smooth and tech was a great guy!!!
