On Thursday 11/ 3 my partner and I went to this place to see about getting new tires for our F150. The gentleman Edwin that helped us was absolutely very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I'm always afraid that when we go to places like this , that the men working , always immediately judge us. I was wrong at least with this place. Edwin ordered our tires and then I took the truck back today Saturday to have them installed. Thank you Mr. Edwin for giving us Excellent customer service. Let me start off giving God glory and ALL the PRAISE for this place.I can not speak for anyone else on how they view this business,but my experience with this place was HEAVEN sent.I am a single mother and I do not make much.I was in desperate need of a tire.On 12/19/2018 it was late and everything was closing.My funds were gone do to the repair of a motor blower so my budget was pretty much gas,pack a lunch and faith.So I called them and informed them of my need for a tire.I needed a tire so bad I was riding literally on a rim.LITERALLY!!!!! I inform the woman that works there of my situation and she allowed me to speak to manager David.I informed him that I don't have any money and I get paid Friday and would I be able to open a line of credit do to my pockets being dry.I informed him of this and he directed me to come in.When I arrived I was on my rim.No LIE!!!!! THE TIRE WAS ALMOST GONE.AGAIN NO LIE!!!!The manager asked NO questions and rolled up his sleeves and changed my tire HIMSELF right before closing.I wasn't expecting to have a flat,I budgeted for the week and didn't prepare myself for such an awful thing to happen.The ANGEL'S helped me and I will forever be a loyal customer to the rent a tire brand because they care and they will go the EXTRA MILE for your safety and security.You don't come across businesses like this often.So the bad reviews shouldn't stop anyone from going here.Just remember, you can't please everyone but my kid's and I are now able to ride safely to school,work, and etc do to the staff at rent a tire,who blessed me during my unfortunate circumstances.Thank you Mr.David and I forgot the beautiful woman's name and her son for your kindness and staying late to help me and my family.Please give them a chance,because as long as you tell them the truth, I am almost sure they will have something they can and will work out for you and with you.THANK YOU AGAIN FROM THE BOTTON OF MY HEART.Bellaire and Gulfton location is where to go.Please never forget it.
