went to pops for the first time ever since driving by the location. had 2 of my tire valves replaced & it was best experience! best customer service and out within 15 minutes. very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable! would 10/10 recommend to anyone and will continue to go there whenever i need help with my tires!

Great service, friendly and very helpful. I have couple tire shops around my house but I rather drive 10 to 15 min to pops cause I know it's gonna get done right. If there is a 6 stars option, I would give it to them.

Chris was phenomenal. I explained over the phone on a Thursday that I had a small leak in one of my tires & he said to give him a ring back when they opened Saturday morning. Not only did he fit me in first thing, but he walked me through the whole process (tear on seam) & went on to say that he could patch it but there'd be no guarantees it'd work long term. I went with the tire option, which was not expensive, & was on my way in a half hour!

Heading to CT from NH for a bday party... my Durango started making a vibration all of a sudden. Pull off the highway and checked my tires. drivers side rear tire issue..2 out of the 5 lugs had snapped off and a third was finger tight. Lucky for my wife and I we pulled off about a half mile from Pops. Pulled in and explained situation to the guys, they pulled my truck in without an appointment and even before they had ordered parts.. a couple hours later my truck was done and ready. If I lived in the area TRUST ME when I say these guys would have mine and ALL my families business. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their help! Much appreciated boys!!!
