So I just want to share with everyone how great this shop is. I got the tires I wanted and work done on the front end of my 2017 Ram 1500 for a price I could live with. Due to no one's fault, I literally spent the whole day there. The staff were super friendly and polite as could be. Don even bought me lunch! Also let me give a big thank you to Parker! The guy did the alignment and he had my truck feeling like I was driving a Cadillac. I highly recommend PTW to anyone in South MS.

Everyone at Performance Tire & Wheel was awesome! This is the 4th place I went trying to get a patch for my daughters tire. Every where had a 4-5 hour wait, not Performance Tire & Wheel! I’ve taken my cars here a time or two and have always been treated like family from the rip. These guys are confident and knowledgeable. The last trip was due to a bad tire. I thought it only needed repairing but it wasn’t worth saving. Don had one of the guys find me a tire I could afford and I was back on the road in no time at all. They do more than tires. As a woman, I’m always looking for mechanics to take advantage but I trust PTW to find and fix all the mechanical bugs so I can drive safely. I recommend wholeheartedly you come see them. They meticulously found my small leak and got me expedited (my son had a doctors appointment). They even were able to get me in for an oil change. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. I came in after 9 AM on a Saturday morning needing an oil pressure sensor replaced. Great service. I work from home and needed new tires on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. I called Performance Tire & Wheel and verified that they do mobile tire changes and then had Tire Rack ship my tires directly to them. Kenny is the man. I had a 22×14 with a 305 that needed to be stretched and they took extreme measures to get it done. They forgot to balance it, but when I came back. They gave me no issues and had my truck in a bay in a couple minutes and took care of it for me. Highly recommend the guys up here.

"What do you recommend about PTW"? The People! When you walk in the door you are greeted like family (not by just one person but often by Eddie, Don, and Dino all at once). This morning (Christmas Eve) I was desperately looking for someone to fix a tire with a screw in it. I was delighted to find PTW open. Not only were they open, they were cheerful and willing to help! It was 27 degrees outside and almost time for the shop to close (it was both a Saturday and Christmas Eve) yet they cheerfully brought my vehicle in and even stayed over a few minutes to finish up. During the most difficult time to get around Biloxi I cut a tire pulling into a parking lot along Highway 90. A friend recommended them and when on the phone I stayed I was going to be buying new tires once I got back home. He said they could take care of it now if I wanted. So they came and replaced 6 large motorhome tires. We’re on time and they did it way faster than I thought. Picked up after themselves. He stayed late to make sure it was completed and completed right. My truck drives so much better, even better then I bought it brand new. AWESOME SERVICE!!! I had to go in for two new front tires. No appointment. Don Jr. helped me right away figuring out what I needed. My tech Parker got my tires changed out, including putting my best two old ones in the back, in 30 minutes or less. After I asked Don if they could checked my alignment. He said no problem! 10 minutes later he told me nothing was putting me in danger BUT there were some things I eventually needed to fix. I said let’s do it. Parts weren’t in stock but could be there next day. I left my car over night. I told him I needed my car by 11am. My tech stayed late, maybe went in early and they called me at 8am my car was ready!!! My car rides like a dream now Can’t recommend this team enough

Amazing customer service. I had a tire purchased elsewhere, but just days afterwards my TPMS light was triggered. I added air and three days later same warning. I took it back to where I purchased the tire for service and they had the vehicle all day and stated the leak was too small to find and they didn’t know what else to do. Within an hour of leaving it at PTW they found the source was along the rim where a sticker was left on the tire during installation. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that PTW treated me with and I will be returning when I need tires in the future! It is hard to find great customer service anywhere but PTW certainly does!

These guys really went the extra mile. On our way out of town we realized the tires on the camper were not in the best condition. The technician went further letting us know we really needed atleast one more tire fir saftey reasons as it was dry rotted! Don Jr. and Mike looked at my car and said there was nothing wrong with any of the parts - it just needed an alignment. They explained to me what was going on with my car and fixed it quickly. The alignment didn't turn out too good but my husband thought it was something with brakes or something like that so he replaced a lot of stuff. First let me say that I drive roughly 35-37 miles one way to have my 2011 F150 FX4 (with a 6” lift and 35s) to have my truck serviced by PTW. They are aware how far I drive just to have my truck serviced by them and they also know how much my job keeps me on the road. To say I am particular about who touches my truck to work on it is an extreme understatement but I couldn’t trust the staff at PTW more!!!!! I don’t even let any Ford dealership in any state that I have traveled in to touch my truck after 1 visit to a dealership. Excellent staff!!!! As a woman, I’m mostly treated ignorant when it comes to my truck, issues with it, etc. but not with these folks! They have always been respectful to me as an individual. They also don’t overcharge, price gouge, and make solid recommendations instead of general, not necessarily needed, repairs or preventative measures. The recommendations are definitely needed then or they will give a safe time frame in which the repairs need to be done by. They have also made referrals such as exhaust work etc. Each place I have been to in which they have referred me has been just as trustworthy as they are! My last visit there, my issue was diagnosed before I even got my truck checked in to be looked at! They also recommended the tires I currently have on my truck and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!! The tires look good and ride good! I will never go anywhere else for my oil change or any tire/wheel or any other issue that they can fix. Thank you so much PTW for being so amazing, trustworthy, and so respectful! Most importantly, thank you for keeping me safe on the road with all youhave done on my truck!!!

These guys put two tires on the front of my wifes SUV. They also repaired a bad alignment I got at Tire Kingdom in Gulfport. According to the alignment report, she could have ended up in a ditch because the previous alignment from Tire Kingdom was so bad. Furthermore, Tire Kingdom put the adjustment bolts in backwards. Not only did Performance Tire and Wheel do a quality job, their technician stayed late to finish it. There was no extra charges for staying late, either. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Thank you very much for the awesome customer service!

They didn't take advantage of a woman. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but so many manly type places treat those of us of the fairer sex like we are idiots or a wallet waiting to be squeezed. So when I say they didn't take advantage of me, that is a pretty big deal. I had hit a big pot hole and did a blow out on the tire. I thought I had screwed up everything under the car, but just needed a new tire and they checked the alignment (for NO charge) and it was good.
