I would like to tell everyone go here for your automotive needs. Oil changes yes!!! Tires yes!! The staff is super nice the bathrooms are super clean! You can wait for your car in a very nice waiting area. Or you can leave it and pick it up. The mechanics are knowledgeable helpful and all work is guaranteed! If you’ve been going to the fly by night oil change place or even by Walmart forget those guys and try these guys you will be pleasantly pleased! Prices are Reasonable. They have other locations on the coast, I cannot vouch for the other locations but I can definitely tell you this one has my 5+ star rating! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 save time book your appointment on line……. I advise making a appointment, I t’s worth it! And if you’re one of those people that doesn’t like doing appointments online you can always call them direct and make an appointment to get your car serviced.

This location now have some outstanding assets to the company and was very much pleased with my last 2 visits there. I ordered 4 new tires that came in just in time and they got them installed and balanced perfectly and out the door in just over an hour... Whoever does the balancing, you're the man.

Can't really comment on the quality of product as this was my first purchase. I believe the price was fair. The lifetime warranty option quite pricey but figuring in the 2 for 1 tire deal it made the entire fair, as I first mentioned. I don't know if the reception area has ever been cleaned. Not nice for a customer to sit in while waiting. I also mentioned to an associate about the men's room and it was immediately addressed, nice to see. My advice to the company is to get the place cleaned up. Give the customer a cleaner environment while waiting. The service from the associates was good and the time normal for the service performed. Will see how much has changed on return. I would recommend NTB for the services they provide.

I had a free tire balance and rotation on the deal from when I purchased the tires from them last year. They also checked my breaks ,alignment and suspension. Laurie and all the staff there very thorough and friendly. The mechanic came out and gave me a rundown on what they did. Very pleased!

Got my tire patched that had a nail. I bought it new fro them and they did it for free. No appointment and it was close to closing time. They had a technician out due to a family emergency, but did it quickly as I needed to get to work tomorrow. No one seemed put out and they were very friendly. Thanks!!!!

First experience with this place. Went there on Labor Day or of absolute necessity. They were one of only a few places open on Labor Day. They had extremely friendly and informative service. Got me in and out in decent timing, considering it was a holiday. I give them 5* all the way around. I have no complaining whatsoever. They took care of me when I was in dire need. They will definitely be at the top of my list next time I need a tire.

I work out of town a lot. I spoke with the manager about taking care of my wife's tires. Staff was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and extremely professional. 1 month later there was an issue and they immediately jumped on top of the issue and fixed it quickly. Great location, I will return.

I was traveling across country when my vehicle was involved in a hit & run accident early New Years morning. NTB was the only tire shop that was open today. I called prior to coming in and they were waiting for us to get here to do an inspection, they found the problem,located the part and finished the repair quickly. I can not speak highly enough about James, Mike and Dustin. They’ve made it where we can get back on the road within the same day! Thanks NTB!

Im assuming the bad reviews were from when this was tire kingdom because we had a great experience..... I went online and set everything up. They had a buy 2 get 2 on tires if you got the installation package which comes with tire rotations, alignment with a 1 year guarantee and road hazard on all 4 tires. I was a little reluctant because i figured they might try to sell up while they had our car or tell us something was wring and it would cost more but they didnt. They were very friendly and honest. The price that i was quoted online is the price i paid out the door! Very happy

Dropped the F350 off for oil change and tire rotation. The staff was nice and despite having to break my tires off the rim to properly rotate them, they had me out quickly! They always honor their affiliate stores free tire rotation and balance too.

Fast friendly service. The tires that I selected were in stock and the work was completed within the time frame specified. You can even book ahead of time online by appointment. I will shop here again in the future. My Only suggestion would be that the sales counter have at least one employee present at all times.

I’ve never had any issues here. I usually have to wait longer than other places, but that’s generally due to going on days when other tire shops are closed. I appreciate the fact they are open on Sundays.

Tire pierces seemed ok...Not great, but ok...And they did a good job of mounting them. Customer service seemed a bit less then friendly though. You could tell they didn't want to work when I walked in.

Check your tire pressure. I bought a new tire and my car still read the pressure as low in the other tires. The guy said he'd filled them up and I just needed to drive 15 miles or minutes and it'd recalibrate. I drove 250 miles and they read the same thing. I stopped at a truck stop, filled them all to the same psi, and my car instantly read what the meter had said they should be.
