HUGE shout out to ya'll !!!! We are not from around here, but visiting. Before hitting the road for the our journey home, we noticed a screw in our tire and yall came to our rescue! Needed my tires balanced because belle tire doesn’t know what they’re doing. I called Rodriguez Tire, they told me to bring it on in. Within less than an hour it was finished. Took it down the highway and the shaking in the steering was gone. They fixed the issue for $40, same day, & in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this place. Super polite & professional.

I picked up a piece of metal on the way up north. Brandon said we could try a patch, but we weren’t sure if that would do the job. After patching the tire, he noticed a gradual leak. As a courtesy, he didn’t charge for the patch since it would need to be addressed further or replaced. I don’t live in the Grand Rapids area, but I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that does! Excellent customer service!!

My son recommended Rodriquez knowing it was a very long drive for me to go there. He believed in the quality of service so much I decided to make the drive and I am so happy that I did! They ordered my tires which arrived the very next day and were approximately 200.00 cheaper than what my local chain tire dealer charged for the same tires. That chain also had a two week wait! I was in and out in under 45 minutes! Also these guys are professional and courteous....heck I would go as far as to say they are downright charming!

I bought a set of Tires and their prices beat all the other competitors. The tires have held up well, and their service is pretty quick for a tire rotation. I did have to wait a couple hours for the installation, but it was a busy day for them - a week before Thanksgiving, after the first snow and ice storm of the season - which is definitely understandable. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you very much.

I have been a customer of this tire shop for my last three concurrent vehicles, and i have never had a single issue with them. I swap my summers/snows back and forth here because they will give leniency when not using an oem size tire, which is a must for someone who drives over 40 thousand miles a year like I do. No tpms issues, no balancing issues, phenomenal customer service (Brandon usually helps me) and you wont be spending more than a typical franchise tire shop. I bring my parents cars here, i bring my brothers truck here, and although i can get a discount at my subaru dealership i would rather support a smaller business thats local to me. I have no conceivable reason to recommend any tire shop above this one.

I have gone into Rodriguez about 5 times over the years and every time has been awesome. So many places get a bad reputation trying to rip you off, etc. I witnessed first hand, today, them working with customers, truly listening to what they needed and what they had to spend to send them on their way safe and satisfied. I had brought my own tires and had the guys there mount/balance. OTD $35. That's as much as another national chain quoted me PER TIRE. I'll be a forever customer.

Blew out a tire Saturday morning and I was about 4 miles away from this tire shop that I had never use. Very positive experience here. I called ahead and they overestimated the wait time. I don't know if that's common practice or not, but it's nice to not have to wait longer than expected especially on a busy Saturday morning. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out tires. They explained their policy regarding free tire rotation and replacement of the tires if they are defective or wear out sooner than expected which is a nice perk. Overall very happy I went here.

I first went to them last year for 4 new all-season tires for under $400, and today it was only $10 to repair a whole caused by a nail on completely different tires! So Rodriguez has been doing my tires on all my vehicles for a couple years. Always professional and fair priced. I recently brought in my Jeep compass for new tires and learned they have a staff mechanic. Because of my history with them I gave them the work instead of the mechanic I had made an appointment with to fix my rear suspension. Not only were they quick to inspect and give me a quote, they chose to be honest with me and inform me the previous mechanic had exaggerated the severity of the problem and saved me at least $500 in parts. They could have just as easily swapped out those parts I didn't need and make more money off of me and the fact they didn't speaks volumes to me in terms of their trustworthiness.

Took my 20 inch wheels and tires to Rodriguez Tire on a Saturday an hour before close and they called me a half hour later telling me the tires were mounted on the wheels. The price was also 60 percent cheaper than the nearest competitor! With this great service I would not hesitate to take another set there for mounting and balancing!

Rodriguez Tire was absolutely fantastic. Had been looking for a new set of tires from the big stores. Lowest price I was provided was $360 for four 40K mile summer tires. Mike at Rodriguez found me a set of used Kuhmos for $200 with about 7/10 in tread left on them. Unfortunately, one of those had a bad sidewall. Mike called me immediately to let me know and then found me a set of all season Continentals with 6.5/10 in of tread left (about 30k miles remaining) and cut me a deal at $150. Ended up leaving with a set of tires that will last nearly as long as brand new cheap set of summer only tires, but for $200 less than expected. They also removed and patched a screw in my wife's tire for $7. They were very fast, friendly and courteous, and they are local business that is honestly focused on customer service and professional reputation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used tires.
