Visiting from out of town and had issues with my tires. They took care of me right away, were great at explaining the cause of my issues and charged a very reasonable price for fixing it. Staff was very friendly and courteous, would definitely come again if I lived in the area, but will definitely recommend to friends and family who do live here.

Great experience with RHD today. I sent them a request for a quote online, they replied very quickly the same day and with a great price. Very pleasant staff to deal with. Then when I got there for the installation it took less than 25 minutes from the time I walked in the door. Fantastic experience. The next time I need tires, they'll be from RHD.

My wife was driving through Grand Rapids 2 1/2 hours from home and 2 1/2 hours to her destination when she struck a 2x4 in the road blowing out a front tire. The tow driver recommended RHD and she was back on the road within a couple hours of the incident, with 4 new tires (which were needed). RHD was great to work with and provided us with great service and prices in what could have been a bad situation.

Great experience here. Staff is friendly from phone to in person. 3m wheel weights are great and used here. I had 4 tires installed I bought elsewhere and got the best price I found to have them installed. I booked an appointment and was out in 40 minutes. Lobby is very comfortable and inviting. A staff member came out to explain a cost of repair , and why to a customer with a unique tps system on his BMW, to make sure they understood what his options were. I will come back!

EXTREMELY fast service. In and out in less than 30 min to have tires put on. I could not believe how fast. Without an appointment too! Great prices! Only 40$ to put on tires! Not sure how the tires purchased from them are priced though,but I can imagine they are very competitive based on install price. Was recommended by someone and I recommend them now too.

Second to none tire service. Great pricing and easy to work with. Fast service as well. UPDATE 7/2/19, still the best, no one better, no one faster and they have quality guys. I made this mistake of using Discount because of a rebate RHD didn't have, I ended up with 3 damaged wheels on a 17 Silverado. Use RHD, they are real pros. Update 4/30/20, still the best in Grand Rapids. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from chain stores, use local pros like these

They had the best price on a brand new tire for me, held it for us until we could get there, said it was no problem that we would be there right before closing, and got the tire all installed for us in a hurry! What a relief to get to go to a place like this after having an awful day of getting a flat tire.

Very helpful, great deal on tires. When I had an issue with a manufacturers rebate they took care of it. When I picked up a nail in my tire they took care of it for me in a very quickly. Amazing customer service. Definitely going to buy tires here every time.

I very much appreciated their approach to pricing. You ask for tires, you get an out-the-door answer, no BS. They stock a huge selection and probably saved me over $100 on my last set of tires vs. other local options. The waiting room isn't great, but if you make an appointment the service is fast so you won't be there long enough to care.

A good deal on tires (about Costco Prices). About a 20 minute wait to get 4 new tires. Friendly service. While I was in there, someone came back due to damage in a tire they had purchased a year ago. The owner said it was on the side of the tire and not repairable, but without prompting offered to replace it at cost. That level of customer service impressed me. I was happy with my experience and would recommend them to others.

This place is right next to my work so I’ve gone there a couple of times if I’ve ever had tire issues. Both times I have gone I’ve had extraordinary service! The staff are kind and welcoming when I first arrive they ask me for a description of my problem and they go check it out right away. I have never waited for longer than 20 minutes for them to come back and explain exactly what’s going on in my tires. Both times I have gone it had been a relatively minor issue – first I had a small leak that they were able to easily patch and second time my tire pressure had dropped due to the cold temperatures. Neither time was I charge for their services and both times I was in and out within an hour for total services. They always explain to me exactly why the issue happened to my tires and give me tips for how to avoid in the future. This place is going to be the first place I call if I ever need to get new tires because I would be happy to give them my business. I have never had a better experience at a shop that manages car maintenance services.

Purchased tires about 5 years ago, run flats for my Corvette. One tire was losing air, brought the Vette in and they quickly found the problem, large screw in tire, fixed it up and said, Thank you. No charge since you purchased the tires here. GREAT service from front desk, the. manager and the technician that fixed my tire. THANK YOU!

They have great customer service. I blew out a tire on the highway and the tires I had were still the originals on the car and only 50% worn. They no longer make my tire supposedly and I didn’t want to buy a whole new set, but somehow they found me a matching tire!

I have purchased 2 sets of tires from RHD from the 4 times I needed new tires. I bought two sets in-between the RHD purchases and both times I was extremely disappointed in the tires I ended up with. For both of the RHD purchases they recommended great tires and provided great customer service. I'm also considering using them to store snow/summer tires since they offer that service. Makes having the right tires on the vehicle easy.

A competitor told me that I had three nails in my tire and that it was irreparable. My husband researched costs for a new tire, and we decided to visit RHD. RHD thoroughly examined all four of my tires, and there was NO nail in any of them (let alone three)! I am so grateful for the honesty of RHD. They even rotated my tires for free while I was there. My husband and I will not be taking our cars anywhere but RHD for our future tire needs. You will not regret seeking tire services from RHD.

These guys rock. Customer service to the point, quick in service, will patch tires for free. They do have a waiting area, nothing glamorous, but should it be? Nice they keep used tires on hand, probably limited stock but has helped me recently. Won't go anywhere else for tires or service unless I'm stuck.

I've been coming here for years for a reason, great service. I had a problem with a tire they had mounted that went flat and they took care of it, no questions asked. They have also replaced valve stems that went bad for no cost. They store snow tires over the summer and vice versa, which is really handy.

I took my car in for a flat tire, and was sure I was in for a huge wait and an even bigger bill. Even with one or two people in front of me, my car was out and ready in less than an hour. They have a waiting room (with coffee, TV, and magazines), were very friendly, and patched the hole for free! I'll absolutely be back for any future tire work/replacement. :)
