The crew here was super helpful and friendly. Lives up to all my other Belle Tire experiences. Drove in one morning with a nail in my tire, the guy was honest, and said he was too busy at that moment, but try again later in that afternoon. Came back later that afternoon, they remembered me and took care of my tire right away. Patched my tire within 30 minutes!

Rusty took excellent care of me when I took my F150 in for an alignment and oil change. They found some issues on my front end that needed repair in order to do an alignment, and they went above and beyond to complete the job. Thank you!!

My family and I drove 2 hrs to visit someone in the hospital in Grand Rapids. Unbeknownst to us, when I had a flat repaired at another business, they failed to secure my tire with all five lugnuts! I contacted Belle Tire to let them know what happened. I was able to drive my vehicle to them. Joey was awesome over the phone and once I arrived. He kept my husband updated back home and me as well.. They had to keep my vehicle overnight, so he even offered to drive me back to the hotel at the end of his shift. I got my vehicle back as promised! My family and I were able to return home safely. Best customer service hands down!

Had an irreparable nail in one of my tires I got at Belle last year, ended up needing to get 3 new tires total. Even though the brand I had was discontinued Joey was able to get a good deal on the new set which helped immensely. Rusty was also very helpful through out the process, and everyone was very accommodating with my sporadic work schedule.

Of course when something happens with a tire you need it quick and hopefully not expensive and Belle Tire delivered! I arrived at 5:30 and thought this might take a long time or not even have time that day. But they took about 45 mins and the staff was very nice and professional. The cherry on top of it all, the patch was free (literally no other place does this!). I highly recommend this tire shop! Great service, I will most definitely be returning when I need tires.

Previous tire buying experiences from other tire stores made me expect that i would have a long wait on the phone and in the showroom... NOT THE CASE!!! I spoke to a human right away on the phone who had a quote for me in about 60 seconds. MIND BLOWN!!! He was friendly and helpful. MIND BLOWN AGAIN!!! When i showed up at the store about 15 minutes later to drop of my car, i spoke to a customer service rep within 10 seconds of walking in the door!! CRAZY!!! I had expected to wait in line for 5-10 minutes before i could talk to someone and confirm my order and give them my keys, as is customary when getting new tires. NOPE!!! Order already written up from when i talked to them on the phone 15 minutes prior. Everything was ready to go. I handed them my keys and walked out the door in utter amazement, approximately 60 seconds after walking in!!! MIND AGAIN BLOWN!!! If I hadn't been in shock from how fast and easy it went i probably could have cut that time down to about 45 seconds to get in and out. As someone who values time and efficiency AND hates waiting, this was the best tire experience i have ever had. Maybe i caught them on a good day or maybe they are always this way... Not sure. But on this day it was a Freaking 5 Star Experience!!!

One of my tires kept getting low. I called around noon on a Sat. and they said to come over, it would take about 3 hours before they could look at it. The store was able to get it done in about 1-1/2 hrs. They didn't charge for removing the nail & repair on my tire. They even sanitized the car too. I thought it was great service because they were very busy. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions.

Jesse was great whole experience was great I gave them 4 stars because when I got home the new tire had grease and grime all over them and the rim had grease and grime on them as well. I always buy my tires at Belle Tire and this is the first time they never clean the tires and rim before the returning it.

We just replaced the tires on my 2017 Ford Fusion Sport and we chose to use Belle Tire because of their customer service. During the stay at home order they repaired my wife's tire free of charge despite never having done business at Belle Tire before. They got my tires in over the weekend and had them on in under 1.5 hours. Excellent service.

I like the personal service offered by this belle tire. Both the manager, andy and Don S. Offer credible recommendations. You may find them cheaper at costco, but try to get help there. Just bought 4 michilen defenders for my Jeep Wrangler and am very happy with them.

I was pleasantly surprised the best deal I found was for Belle Tire. I bought my low-profile Mitchell Tires with a 60,000 miles warranty on them!! I received a rebate and received 50 dollar credit to just use their credit which I plan on paying off immediately. Good services amd very satisfied!!

Had a screw in my tire. Went to Firestone but the wait was going to be 4 hours. So found belle tires and they were great. Not only did they fix it in a little over an hour but also did it for free. Staff was great too! Will be a future customer for sure. Highly recommend them

So I left my car there since the time of opening as a walk in hoping that when I got off work my car was finished. I got there @530pm. The guys at this location is very helpful and gets u in and out in a timely matter. They will work with u one on one and get u results fast. I always bring my vehicles to them. I had a nail in the tire creating small leak. I dropped the vehicle off at lunch without a scheduled appointment because they were full and just asked if they could fit it in whenever they had the chance as long as I could get it by the end of the day. They said they could but may be a couple hours till done. Left the business worked and they called an hour later, they had it completed as was ready for pick-up. Great service and very polite and considerate people working there. Thank you for your service.

This is my third experience in a year with this store, twice with vehicles I own and one with a relative. I find the price very competitive, the service excellent, and the sales associates very helpful. I especially liked being able to chose my tires from their inventory and schedule an appointment on the internet. I showed up on what looked like a very busy afternoon at the appointment time I was greeted, my car taken in, my tires installed and I was on my way in less than an hour. My experience could not have been better!

Had a flat tire in my driveway. I put the spare on and called belle tire. Jesse told me to drop it off and they would have it fixed in 90 min. I didn’t believe him. Called me in an hour and had tire repaired. When I picked it up there was no charge. Amazing service and no charge was a great surprise. Thanks!

I normally have great service at this location. But today I called ahead to make sure they had a trailer tire available to replace one that had a nail in it. I walked into the shop and they told me it would be a quick swap. I ended up sitting in the store for an hour. Funny thing is there was only 1 other customer sitting in side waiting. I know that people leave their cars there but seemed like a lot of employees were just standing around. And some how it’s more expensive to mount a new trailer tire on my rim than it is to buy a whole new rim and tire setup.

I usually don't write reviews for any business. Belle Tire on 28th Street in Grand Rapids has earned an exception. The first time I encountered Belle Tire was when I had a slow leak in a tire, I expected to pay for the repair. But NO, i was told to remember Belle Tire when a needed a tire. I did remember Belle Tire when again i had another slow leak in a different tire. Again there was no charge. You don't find such service BEFORE a sale! If and when I need a tire (or tires) Belle Tire has earned my business.

Good, fast service on tires. Brakes took 2.5 hours after given a 2hr time. Waited to tell me I needed brakes until the tires were on and rolled out of the garage. Brakes seemed pricey compared to other locales but I did not have time to schedule an appt somewhere else.

3.5/5 Stars Overall was a good experience. When I called originally he told me it would be about a 8 days before they could get me in. Then I said I would like to call other belle tires and see if someone could get me in sooner then all of a sudden they could get me in same day. I did appreciate that. But the reason it's 3 star is they called me and said they did an alignment check on the car and it was out of alignment and would I like them to allign it and I said yes. Little did I know that would cost me another 100$ on the final bill. I was never told that was going to cost more. I thought it came with purchasing new tires..... I felt scammed for another 100$ on that. Very disappointing in that. But other then that they did a great job.

So grateful for this wonderful location of Belle Tire! Our daughter is in college here but we are out of state & too far to be any help with a flat tire later at night. She was able to make an appointment quickly & the service at this location was OUTSTANDING! DON was really kind & respectful to our daughter, not making her feel “less than” in any way. This was a stressful experience getting her first flat tire & Don was so helpful that she wanted me to post this 5⭐️ review! Thank you Belle Tire on 28th St Grand Rapids!
