They saved us! First stop on tour and we got a flat! Steve and the crew were there to save the day! Huge shout out to these awesome group of folks here. We also found out that our Ford Transit has a specific tire and they were able to get one in the next morning! I even got there a hour before close and they were more than happy to help. Usually they have the tires in stock but this was a special occasion. The whole band came back with me at 8AM. The whole job only took two hours! Four new dually tires on and they got us singing all the way to Washington DC for the next show! Thank you again to the wonderful crew here! We sure do appreciate you guys and gals!

Tour band dude here. Had a leak on our 350 transit that we accidentally filled up with water (thinking it was air). Anyhow, we were in a bind and tire discounters hooked us up with 4 brand new tire at a very affordable price (we needed them). They were very transparent and the front staff was super friendly. Highly recommend this place and would take my vehicle here if I lived in the area.

What great service! My car was broken down on the freeway after hours and had it towed here! Came back the next morning and explained to them what happened to the vehicle. They assisted me and fixed my vehicle the SAME DAY! It was the spark plugs. I drove the vehicle around and it did the same thing, but was able to bring it back. It was due to faulty spark plugs by the manufacture and replaced all them again. It’s running like a dream! Such a great place to bring your car! Highly recommended!

Ellen and the team is amazing so check this…. They ordered some parts for me and the shipper took longer than expected for them to arrive. Ellen was quick on it, after we waited a couple days. She got my parts and my car was done the same day they arrived because of the delay. I feel she actually cared about me as a customer and really did go above and beyond to help me feel valued as a customer, even sharing my frustration about not having a car at the moment. A little kindness and empathy goes a long way and at the end of the day I’m really happy I chose to come here and not a dealership where I’m just a number and they just don’t care 🤷‍♂️

I went to this store after the manager, Steve, contacted me regarding an issue that originated at another Tire Discounters location. This location was impressive and I witnessed multiple examples of good customer service by both service advisors and technicians. Additionally, while they could have simply resolved the original issue and “sent me on my way” they did not. They gave my truck a full inspection and the technician, Anthony, brought an important service issue to my attention. I am grateful for this because he ended up finding a safety issue. They chose to not just do the “fast thing”, but instead, they chose to do the “right thing” - very admirable. This interaction proved to me that they take their jobs seriously and understand that vehicle maintenance needs to be done properly as it literally can impact people’s lives. Thank you again, Steve (and Anthony!) for not only addressing the original issue, but for catching and fixing the safety issue that I would not have been aware of otherwise.

Super helpful! I went in for a damaged tire from running over a drill bit at work. Steve noticed another tire that had damage from a recent accident and helped me try to get that tire replaced under the accident claim. I wouldn’t have even realized the damage on that tire until it was too late.

Came in with a flat repair 2 minutes to close. Everyone else was closed in the area. They got my car in and determined it was a leaking valve stem. Will the service manager and Miguel the technician provided top notch customer service. And the coffee was delightful. Honestly, the best shop around, the team built at this shop is fantastic. I've been going here for 12 years with a couple of different managers, but the one that has stuck out most was Steve. He is hands-on, 100 percent sure your worries are quelled and has always gone above and beyond. His team works well together; they all seem to love their job, which shows their work quality. I will always go to this shop even if I have to drive hours away, and I recommend the guys in Georgesvile to everyone looking for a trustworthy place.

Our Prius had really noisy tires so I went to Tire Discounters and talked with Steve. He rode with me to see what it was I was talking about, gave me two possible options for quiet tires (but said they would check out other possible causes for the noisy ride while they had it up). I chose the Pirelli tires...and when I picked it up he would not let me pay until we did another ride to make sure they were satisfactory - and they were great! One of the best sales experiences ever.

Pros: Complimentary ride sharing service, no issues with repairs (at least as of yet), manager, Steve, is responsive to customer feedback/critiques. Cons: Not all employees seem to value customer’s time or to be as thorough as I would hope (e.g. I was scheduled a return appointment to get work done on my car before it was verified that a part ordered for my vehicle had arrived, so I drove 20 minutes across town in vain). I also experienced upward of a 10 minute hold on the phone when trying to arrange pick up, while using PTO, and was asked to be placed on hold a second time when I called again on a second line.

I have trusted Tire Discounters on Georgesville for over 8 years since I started driving. Every visit I have a 5 star experience! My car decides to always have issues, but I feel safe driving after I get it fixed here! My wife went in to get new tires and an oil change. Turns out the shaking feeling she has been experiencing at 50mph was the axels were slinging grease and needed to be replaced. We worked with Steve and Lauren to get it fixed today! Now she says it rides like bran new! Love the work and everyone was super nice and friendly and upfront about everything! We will see them again in 5k for the balance and rotate tires!

My family and I have been here a few times and each time the workers helped us out a lot. I recently went in to get my tire fixed. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, go in at the appointment time, and come out 30 minutes later. They were quick and guaranteed that the tire is back to normal. The best part of it all they did it for free!

I was trying to fill my tire earlier this morning and noticed it wasn't taking in air and the one tire I was concerned about was pretty flat. So I figured the valve or something was wrong with it so called here to make an appointment since I work down the street and they were able to take me in same day! Once I got checked in and they took a look at my car- turns out it was something more and the staff working on my car showed me each thing they found wrong and what they can do to fix it as well as pricing. They also pretty much got me in and out in about an hour and half. Fast, reasonable pricing and super friendly. Thanks again!

I've been there a four times over a period of two months. The service folks and techs had to deal with my unusual wheel and tire dimensions. Every time they had wheel and tire component options with satisfactory service. They were very nice and did the little extra things to help improve the overall situation with my car. Be aware they are fairly busy so expect to wait longer than anticipated. Finally, the performance of the folks there have certainly earned my future business.

Amazing customer service. I went in today for the first time - a last-minute appointment and they got me in right away. I needed a new pair of tires, and Steve helped me find the right pair for my budget. If you know Steve, you love him. He made fresh coffee for us, taught me about tires and pointed out that I had been over-filling my tires based on a story I told him...gave random advice on cleaning wiper blades at the gas station...found and replaced a leaky stem valve for free (I actually had been wondering if the valve was kinda junky when I filled that tire last). I wasn't there for long and they got my alignment done and I noticed they corrected the tire pressure on all tires that I had over-filled. Now I'll be coming back in 5,000 miles for a free alignment and rotation, and definitely for my brakes when they're ready to bite the dust. I feel like I got good, honest advice here. Friendliness and honesty go a long way. I felt like I could ask any questions I had. A++....these people are sharp!

This location was solid from my first call to schedule. I'd set my eyes on some Nexen tires since they had a nice special going on. Turns out they did not have them for my significantly aged truck,so they not only found me a set that would fit but applied discounts to get me a comparable deal. The got to me right away when I arrived and man did they work fast! I was informed during the installation,my handling issues stemmed from a beat up idler and shocks shocks. They gave me the amended price on the spot and were able to get the additional work done in barely another hour. My 25 year old truck feels like a new car and even Franklin county potholes don't have me worried anymore! Big thanks to the whole team. Bonus: The waiting area coffee was fresh and toasty. I'll definitely be back for future service needs.

I came in earlier today to have my breaks inspected. The manager and the gentlemans are really nice. I told them what I was experiencing. They looked right into it. I had go over everything with my husband that we needed new tires an front brakes done. I explained to them that my husband is Over The Road truck driver and I had to go over it with my husband. The manager was really understanding. I did come back a few hrs later and ended up getting more work done on my impala. I would highly recommend these guys to my family and friends! I am from out of town now but originally purchased tires from tire discounters. I was in town just for my nephews birthday party so decided to get my tires rotated. We discovered that two tires actually needed replaced. With me having limited time, Steve the general manager cut me a sweet deal on purchasing new tires and Ryan helped me get it all checked out. And with the fastest turnaround time ever, I now have a car ready for winter and I’m still in time for my nephews party! I would highly recommend this place!

Tire Discounters can not only do an alignment, but they are really good at making repairs to the vehicle when it needs suspension parts replaced. They do not try to up sell you extra parts you don't need and only replace the parts that need replaced so that saves you money! I typically receive very good service at this location. Always 5 stars. Unfortunately this last visit wasn’t up to par. I took my car in for a used car check on 2/12 from which they found very little wrong with it. Fast forward to 4/4 - I took my car in for a battery check and to have a noise evaluated that was happening while i turned the steering wheel. They found $1500 worth of repairs. It’s extremely frustrating that these weren’t caught six weeks before when they were obviously present at that time.

Great, honest, fast, and friendly service. I was not over selled on items as I knew what I needed no extra sell points. Friendly staff member's who greeted with a door opening on arrival. I could watch the process be completed through multi window wall which was security as a customer. Great prices as I got the general tire brand, as well as an alignment for free with the purchase of 4. Car was kept the same way I left, along with heated visitor room. All questions were asked honestly, along with professional opinion on maintenence needed, compared to what I thought needs done which was more proof of not up selling something I didn't need yet. I am mechanically inclined, but for winter it was nice to have a business take care of car the same way I do.

Was in this February for some tires. They were great through winter but had some issues when it warmed up. When I took it back in, they found a problem with the new tire, replaced it for free , put on a new wheel ( I bought that myself) for free and were really thorough in their work. A guy a name Mike was super nice and helpful. *I'm updating this review because less than two days later, the new tire was completely flat and has been emptying about every 18 hours. I've made an appointment to have it looked at again. *Update as of July 7 - The manager worker with me today to fix the issues from the two new tires. Both should be repaired and if/when I can verify they are in perfect condition, I will update this to an even higher rating. So far, I’m very pleased with the measures they’ve taken to keep me as a customer. *Update July 14 - A week later the work is holding and everything appears to be fixed. My car is much better off and TD provided me terrific customer service .

Right from the door they make you feel welcome with a warm greeting and they listen to what your concerns are. Steve (GM), Drew, and Eddie (the best Mechanic in Cols) offer excellent service from start to finish. I have been to other business that provide the same service, and they do not come anywhere close to this superior service. Steve (GM) and Eddie walked me through every thing that was wrong with my vehicle. Explaining why certain things were necessary to make it safe for me to be on the road. Never pushing a service onto me that was not necessary. I arrived when they opened at 8am, but learned quickly that I needed a little more work than I thought. Leaving my vehicle in their hands. I went back up right before they closed @ 4pm and Eddie was still working on my vehicle. Right then and there, I just knew that they would tell me that I would have to come back the next day or Monday morning for my car. Boy was I wrong, Eddie continued to work on my car until 6:30pm (2.5hrs after they closed). Steve (GM) kept me updated as to the status of my vehicle. After everything was said and done...I got in my vehicle and it felt like a brand new car. I know this review is extra long, but you have to know that when a company extends itself beyond what is expected of them. Everyone needs to know all the details. I would recommend this tire discounters to everyone I know from here on out. They have made a permanent customer out of me. Thank you Steve, Eddie and Drew for everything!! When I have a car issue thats not my tires they are nice enough to check it out and if its something they're not able to handle, they let me know instead of messing around. While the two women that I came in contact with were exceptionally friendly the environment itself was chaotic. They were overwhelmed and shorthanded. One of the ladies ran into the bathroom with a front room packed full of customers. She stated that she was having a panic attack and that this was not her store. All of the lobby could hear. She was crying and sobbing loudly. The other woman was left alone to answer non-stop calls and tend to customers lining up across the waiting area. I would like to see corporate or management handle situations like this.

Great Service! Would definitely recommend! It’s quite a long story, however to shorten it up I took my car to another Tire Discounters a few days ago to have the wheels rotated, balanced, and aligned as per the 5,000 mile recommendation. I had also recently noticed a slight sway at highway speeds and figured that it would be corrected with the servicing. However, after all was said and done I still noticed it swaying and now the tires were making a slightly louder than normal sound (maybe it was just me?). I drove it for a few days and thanks to buying tires from Tire Discounters in December and the 6 month warranty they offer on them with free alignments, I took it to a different store (the Georgesville store) to have them check the alignment that the previous store had done. Low and behold it was way out of alignment in the front (so I wasn’t completely crazy!) and after talking with them we determined that that was probably the issue. They promptly fixed it, and did it properly and I was out in less than and hour! Wow! I had just spent a few days earlier over 2 hours at the other store! I had enough time to watch and entire 90 minute movie and still had to wait. Now with the work from the Georgesville store the car drives very smooth (or as smooth as it can be for the terrible Columbus roads!) and the tires are quieter like they were before I had all the work done. I can’t blame the other store and I will leave them nameless in this as one mistake or one technician’s training/error may not determine the stores quality and they were exceptionally nice and took good care of me when I was there, however, they did not fix the issue and caused another to be fixed by someone else. Due to that I probably won’t be back to that location. As for the Georgesville store, they were amazing! No appointment, in and out within and hour, exceptional service, kind and caring employees that listen to the problems, explain what might be causing them and how they fixed them. Definitely 5 star rating! Thanks again my sales rep Joshua and my service tech Martin! Keep up the good work! Definitely will be back in the future! PS: I also noticed that they cover the seat and floor with paper and plastic which the other store never did but should have as most other service places I’ve been to before do.... Oh and on top of all the great service that they provided they even left a coupon hanger in my car for future services I might want to have done! I had never ever seen that at the other store and I had been going to that store for years with different vehicles. Thanks again guys!

I bought a used car and was told it was checked and certified. From a well known car lot. Well it drove a little funny, and the car lot told me it was because I'm not use to 4 wheel drive. When I would hit a bump my tail end would fly to the left. So a co worker told me to take it to TD. They check it out and advised me the bottoms of the car was completely rusted out. He tapped it with a screw driver and it went straight through the frame. It had been submerged in water for a long period of time. It need everything from the tires up, struts, bars, rotors springs the list went on and on. And the car was not 4 wheel drive. They told me to contact the dealer. As soon as I mentioned tire discounters. They offered a full refund. Before that they didn't want to hear anything about it. Thank you TD you saved me a lot of money.

First of all, allow me to offset this plague of awful reviews that this place CLEARLY does not in any way deserve. Allow me to start from the second I stepped out of my vehicle. The man at the door (forget his name) was so up beat and entirely hilarious and witty about his job it instantly filled my mind with confidence in my choice to have them do my tire change. Humorous and right to the point. So I then ask how busy they are, the response I received was "swamped" and judging by all the cars and people coming in and out I believed every bit of it. So after the initial paperwork was finished and discussed pricing from my quote I had, I sat down. After about 5-10 minutes my car was ALREADY getting pulled into the garage to be worked on. Mid maintenance the same guy who did my quote called me by name up to the desk and told me that my front left lower control arm and ball joint were bad and needed replaced. I respectfully asked if I could see the issue for myself and he humbly obliged. I walked into the shop where the mechanic showed be how much play was in my wheel. I told the mechanic that I didn't feel like spending 300 dollars to have it fixed today and that I would fix it myself and he was perfectly happy with my decision. He lowered the car and had it out front and I paid and was on my way. All in all my wait time was CONSIDERABLY minimal compared to other tire shops (NTB *cough* cough*). All around 30-45 minutes AND THAT WAS WHEN THEY WERE "SWAMPED" (which they really were)! The ride I amazing, no issues WHATSOEVER! I have already bought my control arm replacement and appreciate them for making me aware of the issue! IF YOU HAVE TO READ ANY REVIEW ABOUT THIS PLACE READ THIS ONE!!!!!! I could not be happier, every person in that shop deserves a raise and a half! I will be back and I will back with a HUGE smile on my face with my keys in hand ready to hand over to them! GREAT WORK GUYS, KEEP IT UP!

There were some problems but it was not Tire Discounters fault. It was a tire manufacturer issue. I had my truck in there several times. I was not charged extra. We changed tire brands and problem was eventually solved. All staff members were supper friendly and Steve the manager did everything he possibly could to fix a problem and put the customer first. Had a couple tires replaced a couple weeks ago. Staff was friendly, work performed in good time and most importantly, they had the tires I needed ON HAND. Im reluctant to give any of these tire places 4 or even 5 stars as ALL of them equally make me go to the other competitor from time to time. I have bought tires from all the major brick and mortars and honestly have no real loyalty to any as it never fails that I go to one and they don't have tires on hand and have to order. This time Tire Discounters had them on hand and had a friendly staff. Lol. So 3 stars for a tire store is pretty darn good in my book, NTB got 1 this time around....and lost out to tire discounters.

The waiting area is always clean and coffee is available for those who are waiting on their vehicle. The front desk employees are very courteous and knowledgeable, explaining any service or issues with your vehicle in clear, easy to understand language, ensuring you know exactly what you are paying for. The manager of the establishment (I believe his name is Steve) is wonderful and will try to accommodate you in anyway possible. He has even discounted services when the wait time became too long. Being a tire shop, it should not be expected that appointments will be quick as it will take sometime for the employees to perform the services correctly. Rushing services performed on your vehicle may lead to deadly mistakes so the wait time can last from 1 to 2 hours or maybe longer. Overall, Tire Discounter in Georgesville is an auto shop you can trust.

These guys are Ah-mazing!!! Not only are they quick, efficient, and professional; but they seem to actually CARE about their customers. They helped entertain my 1 year old while my car was being worked on. Good customer service. Clean store. Manager showed me exactly what was wrong with all of my tires. Said he could give me a deal on 4 tires since I was limited on funds. The deal was to take off the road hazard insurance of $10 per tire. Instead of costing me $424, it cost me $384. But if something goes wrong with any one of the tires I'm basically out $80 per tire, as I will have to replace it myself.

On August 12, 2018, we purchased four new tires from our awesome Chattanooga Lee Hwy store to get ready for our trip to Ohio on the 17th for a wedding. When we were leaving the rehearsal dinner on the 17th, a relative pointed out our right rear tire was very low. When my husband checked it, he found the valve stem was leaking badly; he was able to do a temporary patch on it. In the morning, we went to the closest TD which was Grove City. The person helping us was not friendly and told us we’d have to leave the car until 4 and then they could get to it - our only form of transportation and our wedding is at 3. I went in the other day to have my brakes looked at. the recommendation to save cost was to get new pads and have the rotors machined. The next day when driving i heard metal on metal grinding coming from one of the rear wheels. I took it back in and they replaced the back rotors. When taking it for a test drive, they still heard some noise coming from the front end, so they replaced the front rotors for me too for no additional charge! Brakes work perfectly and no sound at all when braking (or not breaking).

I went in for tire rotation and balance taking advantage of it being free for life of tires when tires are bought at this store. Notice my tires losing air so I brought it to their attention. I called them told them my situation asked for appointment they said just come in. They had my problem fixed and me in and out within an hour. That was great service considering it was a Saturday afternoon
