Scott and the crew at Tire Coice on Olentangy River Road are thr best! They are knowledgeable, professional, helpful and courteous. They saved me today when I found nails in my tire and needed a replacement fast! In under six hours they ordered the tire, got it delivered and on my car. Really appreciate the fine service I've received over and over again at this location.

This place would be a 5 star ,but I only seen 2 workers which made the process longer. They offer free Wi-Fi access which is nice. They floors were dirty even under the chairs along the wall. The parking lot is small ,but it works. For the price it's well WORTH the service!!!

I've gone to tire choice now for almost 3 years. It was rough at first the manager is extremely rude didn't like him at all. But now that they have a new crew in there it could not be happier they're so kind so nice and so helpful. You can pull in and ask them to check the tire and there's no problem they they do it no time check them all and you're set ready to go. I definitely we'll keep this one here even though I have to travel like 15 more minutes to get there but that's just the one that I like it's off of Old and tangy in Riverview drive

This business did exceptional work. I had a flat tire Friday got me a new tire on Saturday. Then I got a flat tire on a different vehicle the next day. Luckily this business is open on Sunday they were able to plug that tire and had me on my way. Fernando was very nice and helpful.

Had to stop here after a road trip vehicle malfunction left us stranded. The guys here took care of our car quickly and professionally. I can not recommend them enough! As a woman it can be hard to find a place with decent honest people who aren’t looking to scam you. SO happy we happened to stop here!

My tire popped on a piece of wood during a storm and I had to get it to the closest shop to my house. Was worried that settling on the closest would wind me up at a less than desirable shop. They got me in literally last minute and kept my vehicle over night. The very next day the sensor for my push to start goes out on them and the car wouldnt start. They still did my tire in the lot, later managed to find a work around for the sensor, and finished up my brake service in the garage. They could've said "hey this wont start your problem" but they didn't. Above that, they were informative, every person I spoke with was friendly and most importantly, honest. Vehicle drives great now and definitely will be servicing my family's vehicles at this location from here on. Thanks guy.

So 2 days ago Friday afternoon I called Tire Choice and asked if they would wire the pipe to the car so I could drive. Even with discounts it’s still a bit pricey. Other than that, service was excellent and the staff really made sure I was well oriented to make the best decision. I went for an oil change, air filter change and brake service; spent 2 hours there for the whole service to be completed. I would definitelly go again!

Ran over a screw and had to have a tire replaced here today. Fernando helped me at the desk and he was super polite and friendly and explained everything in layman’s terms. He reminded me that my tire was still under warranty(that I completely forgot purchasing two years ago) which saved me almost $60. I usually dread getting my car repaired because I’m not the most knowledgeable on car maintenance and worry that I’ll be sold on unnecessary stuff. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything more then I came in for. All around a great experience

I was incredibly impressed by the service I received today. The manager, Howard, went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. Prior to my appointment he took the time to call me and let me know that the original tires that I had selected on the website were out at his shop and would need to be transferred from another when they opened tomorrow (no fault of his, the computer system isn't entirely accurate). Since this wouldn't work with my schedule he recommended a substitution that was in stock and was as close as possible to both my specifications and price range. That extra step saved what could have been a wasted trip to other shops, and showed me that these guys truly care about their work and their word. The service was completed quickly and efficiently (even with only two guys in the shop on a busy Sunday). I unfortunately didn't catch the name of the tech that did the work but he was extremely professional and did a top notch job. By far the best tire service I have ever had. I will certainly be back for any future work.

Today they diagnosed my jeep with a radial pull in one of the tires, when I totally thought it was going to be a huge break job. Glenn and his team treated us to premier service!! Out of towners, we had blown a rim AND the tire and had to stop for the night. So lucky to find Store 479 of Tire Choice. They put in a lot of extra work to find us the right size tire AND went and retrieved it. They also worked with the local GM dealer and found us the special size rim for our suburban. Cannot say enough about the great service, respect and friendly staff. What a blessing! I highly recommend this location and this team.

After working a long shift at the hospital, I walked out to my jeep and saw it had a flat tire. I called to see if they could help and they were able to get me in and out, no questions asked! 90 minutes after finding my flat tire I was driving home with a brand new tire and could go on about my weekend. I have been a regular customer at Tire Choice for over 15 years. I was sold on their fair pricing for oil changes and other minor maintenance work. At one point, former manager Scott Fluhart recognized a diagnostic error on the brake system of an older Honda CRV and corrected the problem for free. That would have been a major repair priced at over $1,000. For that, I am loyal.

After dropping off my car for a noon appointment at the Tire Choice Auto Service location at 2845 Tremont Rd, Columbus, OH 43221, I came back 90 minute later to the shock that not only have they not fixed anything, they hadn't even started working on it as my car was in the same parking spot as when I left if there…I essentially had to sit in the waiting room, keeping presence, until they would actually start working on it. Less than 30 min later, I was given an estimate nearing $1,500 for a radiator and an A/C compressor issues. The A/C compressor had just been replaced in the last 2 years completely new, so I knew that had to have been incorrect. I elected a second opinion. So the same day, I stopped at another Tire Choice Auto Service location at 3085 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH 43202. Howard Gabbert, who works there immediately started looking over the car and noted the issue was not the compressor but the A/C blower motor was making the noise, as he walked through how and why, with increasing the fan speed would make more noise, and how it was completely illogical that the compressor would be an issue as he noted "the A/C is ice cold...". Not only that, Howard shaved off $75 from the radiator fix AND completed it the same day from 5-6:16pm...so in short, visiting this location, saved me close to $1,000 in completely unnecessary repairs. I thank Howard Gabbert and the team at the 3085 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH 43202 Tire Choice Auto Service for a VERY quick high quality turn around, and to actually watch out for the customers benefit!!

I went here a little over a week ago on a whim. Had a bad experience at another place where I had been a long-time, loyal customer. So, I googled some place close to me that would be convenient and had an appointment available the quickest. For starters, I loved that I could request my appointment online and then it notified me if that time was available. Super convenient. I was actually about 30 minutes late because I got stuck at work and the guy up front was gracious enough to still offer me the service I needed and more. I ended up getting an oil change and new brakes (front and back). Not only did they offer me a competitive price, but I knew that he wasn't just trying to rip me off and scam me. Unlike the previous place I had been a loyal customer at. I'll definitely be going back here!

The honest car shop. No wonder they have such great reviews! I've been coming here since 2010 and have always been treated fairly. They are always upfront as to what needs worked on and what can wait. Prices are reasonable and significantly less than competitors. Not the most convenient place for me but it's worth coming. Talk to Glenn or Howard. They'll treat you right.

I walked in to this location (Olentangy River Rd) without an appointment and was helped immediately with excellent service and got a great deal to boot (oil change and tires). This was after spending more than 30 mins at a different location (Bethel Rd near 315) waiting for them to figure out how to use a computer. When the other location finally gave me a quote, it was almost twice as much as this location. I definitely recommend the Olentangy River Rd location because they are fast, friendly, and affordable.

Way far from home and noticed a bolt in my tire. Was able to quickly schedule an online appointment for that day. When I arrived, the workers were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Got my tire repaired in about 15 minutes and was right back on the road. Hopefully I won't have to, but I would totally go back here if needed.

I have regularly serviced my car here since summer of 2018. I really trust Glenn and his team with my car. Multiple times over the year I thought my brake pads needed replaced. They checked them and let me know that they still had more on them. I don’t think you get that integrity at a lot of shops.

Well getting in my car this morning TPMS was flashing to inform me that all tire have lost a few pounds of pressure. Most Gas Stations no longer have good nor working air pumps. During covid-19 and butter cold they filled my tires and didn't even charge me. I can assure you they will get my business when I'm in the market for a new set of tires. Courteous service is rare and hard to find. Thank you once again.

Dropped car off to have belt noise checked out. They quickly assessed the problem free of charge and said that nothing needed to be done immediately but that the serpentine belt needs to be replaced in the near future. Very happy with service. Deducted 2 stars because car smells strongly of cigarette smoke upon pick up and smell has not dissipated over the last 6 hours. Very unprofessional.

I was happy to find the manager, Glen Michael, at this store after going to him for years at the North High Street location. I've always found Glen to be honest and thorough. If I need an expensive repair he's always worked with me to get the best price possible. I heartily endorse Glen at his new location. I always make sure he's in the shop when I make my appointments. Adding to this - an unexpected hole in my son's exhaust this week was repaired, with replacement parts, after dropping off the car unexpectedly. Not an inexpensive repair, but a job well done and much appreciated.

I've been going to Scott at Munro for a few years. I've price compared a couple times and they have always given me the best deal. If you talk to anyone else, call back later and talk to Scott, I think there are some other people that rotate through, but he's there most of time. He's an honest guy who is busy enough that he won't do work you don't need. I know a little about cars and maybe that helps, but I do all my work here and recommend all my friends do too. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Hard to find. One time, I asked him to quote me on my ignition system replacement and he said he'd walk me through it if I wanted to do it myself. Spent 20 minutes with me pointing out what I needed to know and talking about repairs. Another time had him quote me on a repair and he told me to double check with the dealer because apparently dealers are sometimes cheaper at doing timing belts. (Actually turned out the dealer lied. He would have been cheaper but that's why they call them stealerships... lesson learned.) I'm not sure where the other reviewers went but I can't imagine they're describing the same shop I go to. This place is gold, I moved across town and I still go here.

These guys are awesome. We were passing through with a car we bought in NY. We had new tires put on it before we left but they were still out of balance. The rims were rusted and that is what caused it to be out of balance. They cleaned the rims, took all of the old weights off, and did an awesome job. It was very cheap too so great job!

If you want a reliable shop with a home-town feel, this is the place to go. I have taken my car to this shop for the last 4 years, and have always been happy with the result. My car is a high-mileage (240,000k) vehicle and has had quite a few repairs done by Monro (A/C, radiator, muffler) and have used them for oil changes. Most recently I took the vehicle in, and the repair was going to cost more than the car was worth. Scott walked me through the options and recommended against the repair, but gave me advice on how to keep the car safe and drivable while looking for a new vehicle. When I picked up the car, they had filled the fluids that I was having a problem with, and didn't charge me a thing. When I get my new vehicle, I will be taking it Monro as well.

My Mother had asked me to go see Glen at Monro for my car issues. I have a good experience and even though I can't afford everything I need today. The guys there explained what I need now and what could wait for a few weeks until I got paid again. Never had that happen before. No pressure sale will go back to finish the car up. These wonderful guys went out of their way to find and pick up the tires for me. I have always used Monroe for tires, but now I will exclusively use the Olentangy Rd. location.

Our daughter moved to Columbus to attend law school. She needed a place that she could trust to do light maintenance on her car along with oil changes. We wanted a place that she felt comfortable going to since her dad has always taken care of her car. Her dad called and made her the first appointment and talked to Scott. Scott has now taken care of our daughter for the last 3 years. He has been the most wonderful person we have ever worked with. If she has a concern about something on her car, he listens to her and then helps out however he can. Her car had made a strange noise forever and finally Scott was the one to figure it out. It wasn't something he could do in his shop but we were able to get it to a local ford shop and finally get it repaired. So, when he tells her that she needs something done, we totally trust him. We wish he could move his shop to our state so we could go to him too! We don't have any of that kind of service here where we live! Thanks so much, Scott!!

I've been here a few times. They treat me well and always fix the issue. One time the guy working on my car showed me the part he was going to put into the car, pointed out a blemish, and asked me if I still wanted it. When I declined, he drove to another shop on the spot to pick up the part. Great service.

I really like guys there. Both Scott and Howard have always helped me with good advice (not necessarily imposing installation of another part or giving some service, which is not really needed). In fact, there have been couple of occasions, when I did not get any bill for the diagnostics that they performed, because they thought it was not fair to charge if the problem was still there. (I mean, let's admit - usually when you order a service, you expect to pay for it, right?) I trust their expertise and NEVER had a situation when they tried to sell something to me. I come to see them for any car problem (even if it is something they can not do), they will refer me to another place and give me the approximate fee charge, so I know what to be ready for).

I went in for an oil change and shortly afterwards, noticed a soft flapping noise. I took it back in and they said there was a splash bolt that was knocked off along with some screws. They fixed it at no additional charge. Great service!

After reading the other comments, I feel like they're describing a completely different shop, but I know this is the one I went to. The gentleman who helped me was named Scott. I had a piece hanging down from the bottom of my car, he took a look at it for no charge, showed me what was wrong and told me what he could do. After putting a few screws in to keep it in place, I asked what the total would be. He told me he doesn't charge for small things like that!! I gave him a hug and drove home a happy customer.
