Just had a great experience at this location. Went in with flat tire and they serviced my truck right away even though they were busy. Little wait time, plenty of employees, clean restrooms, great prices, and no up sales, or no other 'problems' that require more service (frequent at other tire shops). I liked how easy it is to compare prices and schedule an appointment online. I was also done at the estimated time so it made it easy to plan my day around it. The customer service is excellent. So far I haven't experienced any issues with my tire installation. I have not had any experience with their warranty or repair services so I am not sure how that would go if I needed it.

I have bought multiple sets of tires from this location and always had pleasant experiences. I recently found a nail in one of my tires so I took it in today to see if it could be fixed. They got the nail out and repaired the tire in less than an hour at no cost! Amazing! Thank you guys!!

I came in for a 1pm appointment for 2 new tires but when I came in there was no one else to assist Sean. He was helping another customer. When I gave my keys forgot to tell him that the back tires needed to go in the front. He came back but they had already done the job. Sean said because of my wait, he gave me the other 2 tires free of charge!! He apologized for my wait. He is the greatest!! Feeling blessed I came in today!

High marks all around for a VERY last-minute tire purchase and switchout. Jaime at the Morse Crossing location found me a DIFFERENT Discount Tire location that had the specific tire I needed, then told me to bring it back to him to mount, because his spot didn’t require an appointment. We showed up, he handled his front desk duties AND took care of our tire himself. This was true above-and-beyond service.

Great hardworking staff, prompt appointments and always to the point when explaining the work needed to be done. There were two minor concerns during separate tire installations (didn't removed labels on my new tires, and bent one of the brake dust shields causing it to grind against the wheel) but all were addressed quickly when I turned back!

Zeke and the folks at Discount Tire were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They got my car in before it's scheduled time, gave me an honest\accurate time frame for the work required. Based on that I decided to wait in the store. They were spot on with their "eta". Discount Tires is very reliable. At times it can be very busy, and you may have to wait. It's worth it, though. They are trustworthy, and they don't try to convince you that you need something that you don't. I appreciate that. Pro tip: Get the warranty.

They went over all the tires available to me in my budget range to help me find the best option and got the job done fast. When one of the tires popped for some reason months later, they stood behind their warranty, fixed it up no questions asked and got me back out in less than an hour. These guys are great. I busted a tire during a road trip and happened to be across the street when I found out. I called them up 20 minutes before they closed and Eric told me they had ONE tire in stock that would fit my BMW and said they'd put it on for me right away. I went over and they took care of me as soon as I pulled up, even stayed a little late to get a new tire on for me. I appreciate it, and the two guys I talked to there were super friendly and great to do business with. 6 stars out of 5, if I lived locally I'd absolutely come again.

My husband and I were in Columbus for a medical appointment and realized we had a screw in one of our tires and it was quickly going flat. This was the closest shop to us and as soon as they saw the issue they said “no problem” took our car immediately back and had the tire repaired in 20 minutes. Zeke was great to deal with! I purchased some rims and he helped me get the right tires on them. He got them ordered to this location and had them on hold until my rims got delivered to me. He helped me shop around, get prices and make a decision on the right fit and style. I went with the DWS06 295/35 R21's on my wheels. When I came in to get the tires put on, Zeke and team were there to help and answer questions that I had. I dropped the rims off and they quoted me a time when they'll be done. Came back at that time and it was all done. Overall, Zeke and the entire team was great and helpful. I'd highly recommend this location.

I was immediately greeted and directed to the air station- where another young man refilled my tires- assured me it was only due to cold air- and thanked me for coming in! I've been a customer of Discount Tire for some years now, in various parts of the country. One of the things I live about Discount Tire is how the customer is treated. I recently had tires put on a van for my daughter in law. A few days ago I realized I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Discount Tire did not try to sell me a new tire nor did they charge me for fixing my tire. A customer for life.

If you have any tire problems, go to this store. As a woman, I am always worried that mechanics will talk down to me, but this store's employees spoke very respectfully. I needed a small patch in my tire, and they even fixed it without any costs at all. The best part is that they were able to see me on the same day. Highly recommended!

Called about a tire replacement due to a screw in my tire. They were able to get a tire in stock same-day from their distributor, so I went in to get it changed. Upon arriving the tech notified me that I was mistaken, and that the screw location was not within the "unpatchable" area of the tire. He then pulled the screw out and it turns out it wasn't even long enough to fully puncture the tire, so my tire did not need replaced, or patched, at all. My car did not go onto the lift for this to happen, and I left within 2 minutes. Overall the process was very quick, and I appreciated the honesty and not having anyone try to convince me it should be replaced. I will definitely be considering this location for future tire work.

Great prices and friendly staff! Just had to take my car in because an oil change place over tightened the air valve caps on my tire and destroyed the valve stem. Discount tire replaced the valve stems, rotated the tires and had me on my way in an hour free of charge. My tires are just under a year old and they stood by them even though the issue wasn't their fault! I am a repeat customer from now on.

Great service. I have been buying tires here for over 10 years. They are always up front about what needs to be done and don't push hard to up sale things you don't want. I went in on a Friday afternoon and had 4 new tires on my car in about 45 min. They usually have what I need in stock. I like being able to order online and schedule the service. If you are looking for tires, check them out. I purchased their replacement refund when I bought my tires. I just used it, due to hitting a nail on the road. They replaced the tire. Only thing I paid for is another replacement refund in case it happens again. Not to mention everyone was friend and they had me in and out in no time!! Thanks guys

LOVE THIS LOCATION!! I recommend getting the "insurance" option they have when you buy a new SET of tires. Its like roadway hazard protection and makes a new tire like $11 if you happen to get a flat while they are still under warranty.

This place is nowhere near my house or job but I will now be coming here exclusively for any tire-related needs. I tried for a week to get a screw removed from my tire and plugged at a location walkable to work but they never had the time. I came to Discount Tire on a Saturday morning because I was in the area and they got me in right away. All my tire repairs are free, and if they can't repair it they replace it with an equal quality tire for free. These guys are very thorough and work hard to provide great customer service. Mike and the team SAVED MY HIDE today when I ran over a crater-sized pothole on my way home from work. I called panicked because I knew it was close to closing time for them. He looked me up in the system and simply told me to come on in and they’d take care of me. I always wonder “what’s the catch?” when buying any sort of warranty for something. There wasn’t a catch for this. They’ve delivered on every promise made from the day I bought these tires. I made it home tonight with a new tire and could not be more thankful. I am beyond impressed with the service I received on my 2001 BMW 330CI. I called on a Saturday to price check tires I was interested in and from the time I spoke to them on the phone to the time I dropped off and picked up my car, the techs and store associates were very kind and personable. But, it wasn't until after I had picked up my car that I received some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. When I picked up my car the store was closing and being excited that I got my new tires that were long over due I drove off with the three hub caps they gave me. When I got home I noticed that I was of course missing a hub cap and in a rush to catch a tech I went back to the store. Everyone had left by the time I got there however, by a stroke of pure luck one of the managers, Jason, pulled into the lot just as I was getting ready to leave. I explained to him that I had only received three hub caps and was missing one. Initially, he told me that I would have to come back on Monday but went above and beyond by still going to look and handing me my one missing hub cap after the store had been closed and it was obvious he was ready to go home. I am truly impressed with this establishment and will be coming back. Hopefully in the future I remember to check that I have all of my parts/hub caps before leaving.

It took a while because they were super busy, but the guys patched a tire for me that might have been unfixable elsewhere due to location of the nail in my tire (and has lasted a few days now without issue). Since I had a 6 week old baby with me and no extra cash to burn, it was great that they did it and did it for free. Not once did they try to convince me to buy a replacement tire. While it might have benefited the business to make me buy a new tire in the short term, it made me a life-long customer when they helped me out in a pinch.

Great store, and most of all great service. But sometimes it depends on who you talk to on the phone will you get a more positive answer. Also the line to the service desk can be long at times causing you to have to stand for a long period of time. It would be great if they had a number system were you come in, take a number, sit and wait to be called.

Very pleased with my experience so far! I had a question about a wobble while driving and a wave pattern on my tire. Lawrence was extremely helpful and informed me the conditon of the tire indicated there was a problem with my suspension. Instead of pushing me to replace the tire today he advised I take care of the suspension first. I appreciated his honesty and knowledgeable expertise. I would have given 5 stars but I havent had the tires replaced yet. Taking care of the suspension first. But I trust this shop and will have them take care of my tires. Will review again for 5 stars once the work is done.

Their service and prices are the best in Columbus. Don't even bother going anywhere else. I have been a loyal customer of this establishment since 2003. No matter where I look for better price I don't find it and as I said their service is unmatched. They once gave me two brand new tires that were 1/32 of an inch off of being ineligible for replacement they could have easily told me that the warranty was no longer valid but instead did the right thing. Another time they installed new tires on my car and there was some vibration afterwards that cost one of the center caps on the wheels to come off. Although it turns out the vibration was caused by some aftermarket wheel spacers and in no way their fault the manager encouraged me to get pricing for four brand new center caps and they would pay for the replacement. I was very impressed although I decided not to take them up on this generous offer.

Rolled in for a tire pressure check due to my warning light was on. Parking lot was packed to the gills. Thank God Mike came out to check my pressures. Mike is super nice and all about the customer. He filled all the tires and offered to scan the sensor when it didn't reset right away. It finally went off. If you ever need anything, Mike's the guy to go to.

I had to babysit a wheel and wait for a tire to be mounted, for a friend. I was at the store quite a long time, and they advised me to come back because they were slammed, but I just sat and read and watched. I initially dealt with Aaron, and found him to be very professional. The place closes at 6:00 PM, but they stayed well past 6:30 while waiting for the mounting. The place is busy, even with five or six bays, and since I didn't price anything, I am not sure as to value so I will not comment. But as to professionalism, courtesy, and a clean establishment (I saw one employee sweep and mop the entire showroom/waiting room, I can't recommend a better place to buy tires. I had to go back a second time and drop off a rim for a new tire, and since I forgot my walker, I was a bit frazzled as to how to get the tire inside. A customer, whom I believed was an employee since he was in the parking lot and had a clipboard, assisted me in getting the tire in the first bay. I shopped here for a replacement set of wheels and tires when I had a flat from a bent wheel on one, and ditched my OEMs. They were awesome then. But then, one blew out, from nothing at fault by the tire but rather a road hazard. It was covered by warranty, but I was a little worried since I only had the maintenance invoice, not the sale invoice (I had given it away with notes they put down for me that 3 rims were still in great shape when I sold the rims privately). There was NO FUSS about the warranty, they looked my customer history up and had the invoice there. I came in at 8AM and they had me out at 8:20AM since they had the tire in stock. Mind-blowingly fast.

I had TPMS sensor problem with my 2018 Tundra since I lifted and put a bigger wheels. I had all the tire sensors and I just need to reprogram them. I contacted Toyota dealership and they quoted me $128 plus they said there is no guarantee that it would be fixed. So before going to dealership I contacted this shop and they said we can reprogram for free and I went there and they reprogrammed in 5 mins. I had almost tried most of the tires shops but no one was able to fix it besides this shop. I had this problem from 1 months and they solved it in 5 mins for FREE. This was my first time to this shop now I am their permanent customer.

This was a LARGE bolt and I was a little concerned that it could be plugged, so was Paul...he said it might be too large of a hole. Well...it wasn't. Jason, a manager at the Easton location, is a PHENOMENAL employee, and a WONDERFUL human being! I stopped in due to a "wobble" in the front end of my vehicle, and thought I just needed a rotation and balance. Upon his THOROUGH and HONEST inspection, it was found that I had two bad tires. I was upset at the thought of having to purchase new tires because my debit card had been CLOSED DOWN due to fraud on the account 10 minutes prior to my arrival at Discount Tire! After hearing that I have 2 children that are riding in this car for 50+ miles daily, Jason was able to locate TWO replacement tires in my (EXTREMELY limited) budget, balanced and rotated all 4 tires, PLUS checked out the spare in the trunk! Free coffee, water & wifi as well as next door to McDonald's if u get hungry are all benefits of the Easton location. Their staff are very helpful & listen to ur situation. I went to this Discount tire store to replace a bent wheel and fix a flat tire (on two different wheels, though). The great unadvertised special at Discount tire is that they fix (and balance!) any flat tire for FREE! The wheel replacement was $20 plus $10 for refurb'd TPMS plus balancing 3 other tires ($15) for a total of $48. So, I left the car and went shopping nearby. In about an hour the car was ready! As it turned out, the nail in the flat tire was too close to the shoulder (That was true as I saw the nail myself) and they had to replace the tire. I was already thinking of how much a new tire would cost, but a friendly manager said they had a good used tire that they put on, again for FREE! Really?! Do you know any other tire shop that would do something for free without trying to rip you off?? I am a Discount tire customer for life now.
