I haven’t had the chance to use their business yet, but I had such a wonderful experience with an employee that I had to share. Today during the large snowstorm, my car got stuck in the street while I was trying to turn into my work parking lot. After thinking I was stuck for good, an employee of Brown’s driving a pick up truck came to my rescue. I am so thankful for his help this morning and although I haven’t used their business, if their service is half of how nice he was to me, then I highly highly recommend. Thank you again!

My dad recommended me to come here. I came for an alignment + get my tires balanced. Something was still not right with my car after the fact, so I ended up going back. They figured out the issue and now my car drives great. The owners are very helpful + don’t want you leaving without the problems being fixed. The prices are better than any place I’ve been, they take care of your car, and are respectful people. I also appreciate the respect they have for women. Most places I’ve been either try to take advantage of me or talk to me like I’m dumb + don’t listen to the problems I have with my car. I highly recommend

These guys really do a good service for the area. They are quick and you don’t even have to get out of your car if u don’t want to. “ seriously. You feel just that comfortable. They are respectful and match the tires you need to your car and you can count on a good tire or tires every time. I have recommended many friends to Browns , my Son is a Mechanic and used Browns himself. In the event a rarity should occur. Take the car and tire back to Browns and present the issue and they will assist your needs accordingly. Went in today for air leak in my tires. They took great care of me even though they were very busy. It took a little while but like I said very busy. I came to get 4 new tires, and it turns out I didnt really need new ones. I really needed brakes. The man whom worked there went and got their mechanic and sure did.. I just got these tires 8 most ago, but always slide in the rain. He took a look and sure enough needed breaks. The made a call got my break pads in 15 mins. Got me right in and they did a Great job! They are Honest people. It cost me less for breaks than for tires. Everyone there was so nice and had great attitude. Cant beat the Prices! Great Job! Thank You for you Honest Hard Work!

This place was a life saver! We blew a tire on our way to Cincinnati on a Sunday and everywhere we called was either closed or a 3-5 hour wait. Excellent service! I was leery of buying used tires, but I was able to get into a set of nearly new tires for a fraction of the cost of new. Definitely look into it if you're in a pinch. Browns was able to put a set of tires on my car in less than an hour- no appointment or anything. There's no BS here- you get tires, and if you need cheap tires, you can get those too. Being honest...the outside appearance is a bit sketchy. There are two carports that are side by side in which you pull into to have guys with a jack and a cordless impact wrench run about changing tires. But, the service is more than impressive and the people there are very genuine, kind and down to earth. The prices are more than fair and everything went smoothly. I have several vehicles, and I will not hesitate to patronize Brown's tire sales for all of my tire needs. They also gave me coupons for alignments, military and first responders discounts, oil change and tire rotations. They do it all out of this humble appearanced shop.

Had a flat tire and one of the lugs was extremely rusty and corroded so I couldn't get it off myself. I took my car down to Brown's they fixed the tire, replaced the lug, and sent me on my way within about 20 minutes (and they were pretty busy). Extremely reasonably priced, fast service, great customer service, workers are friendly and have a great attitude... will be coming back here for any and all tire related questions/fixes. Couldn't recommend more.

Great experience! Great people! I needed 2 good used tires for my truck. I called in and spoke with Keith. Quoted me OVER THE PHONE at $40 bucks per tire for 265 x 70 x 17. When I got there the price was still the same folks! They stayed open late the day before Thanksgiving I'll have you know. I am especially grateful because I have a good amount of drive time tomorrow being Thanksgiving. Called in & they let me know that they had the specific tires I was looking for but they only had the pair. I let them know that I wouldn't be able to make it there until the next day. They took them off the shelf & held them for me. They were very busy when I arrived but they still got me taken care of very promptly. After finding that I also had a leaky valve stem, they went ahead & replaced it at no additional charge. They gave me an estimate over the phone & they stuck to it! Very good service & very polite! I highly recommend them! I got oversized tires here! I had called every place listed in central Ohio & was only able to find 1 tire until I called Brown's.

I rarely leave reviews, however I have to for these fine folks. First I probably wouldn't have even gone here if it weren't for the excellent reviews online in the first place. No offense, but it isn't in the best part of town. However, EXCELLENT service, speed, price and knowledge. I needed a new tire on a sunday. Did some quick searching and found Browns. I literally was in and out within 20 minutes. Ended up getting two used tires since the other side was also worn down. Quick and simple. $30 for mid-life tires or $40 for close to new. They hopped in the back and brought out 2 tires, the same as what I had on the car. Boom, $80 and I was out the door with basically new tires. Highly recommend you visit these guys.

Was looking for 4 new or barley used tires and was calling around to so many different places and kept getting really high quotes so I made a post on FB asking if anyone knew of a good place to get tires. Out of like 10people 6 or 7 said browns tires 👀 so with so many of my close friends referring me to them I decided to reach out to them and to my surprise they had what I needed and the price was amazing it was over $150 LESS then EVERYONE I called. As soon as I pulled up I was greated by 2 super friendly men. The whole time I was there EVERYONE was VERY FRIENDLY to me. I felt so welcomed. Even with taking their time to make sure everything was done right it still got done very quick. I would totally recommend them to everyone and will definitely be going there anytime I need tires.

I have an 91’ f150 & needed tire bad, I went there by myself & was shocked as to how nice they were I had three different guys come up to me to ask if I’d been helped! & the tire I got was used only $30 but still had the tire numbs on it. Just had the best experience here! We didn't realize they closed at 6 and got there three minutes after close, apologized and said we'd return tomorrow, but the guys insisted we stay and it was no problem. So nice!! For $40, we got a practically new looking tire, it was on our car and ready to go within 10-15 minutes tops, and as a bonus we got a ton of Halloween candy!!! My husband and I needed a set of tires before heading out of town. With not having a lot to spend we decided on a set of used tires from Brown’s. First we went to the location on Harrisburg Pike. We weren’t impressed there so decided to location is old try their other location. We were greeted by the nicest people. Not only did they get us in and out but instead of purchasing the used tires we got a NEW set for an unbelievable price. We drive a Tundra and a new set is not cheap. The location isn’t much but the service was great. I’d recommend this location on Trabue anytime!

I was in need of some really rugged all terrain tires, whoever; I did not want to pay full price for a set at the moment. I contacted Browns, and the first thing, I was greeted on the phone with great customer service. The guy Josh even went so much out of his way as to text me a photo of the tires I was interested in so I can see the condition and how much tread was left on them. There was about 80%. He held the tires for me (there were two other people who wanted them). Service was great when I showed up at their shop. He even did a great job at balancing the tires (even though I got them rebalanced for a higher rate of speed, because they cannot do that at their shop). All four tires matched. For $220, that was a great deal as compared for paying $1,568 for all four tires plus balancing them!

I am ashamed to say I have been to a number of tire shops before I found out about Brown's Tire Sales. After experiencing Browns Tire and the staff Lonnie has built there I can assure you me and my family will not go to another Tire Shop ever again. I have visited both of his locations (Trabue Road) and the exceptional service is the same. The $$$ is unbeatable, the staff is knowledgeable, and the wait times are second to none. However, don't take my word for it go try them out, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Overall a good experience. When I first arrived it was really busy. However, it wasn't even 5 mins before I was talked to and added to the line up. When they finally got to my car, they were quick. Despite both the tire and auto shops being busy with customers, they got my trailer turned around the same day (tires mounted and axel bearings greased). After waiting 2 hours at a Walmart Service Center (done with my shopping and just browsing for things afterwards) for them to get two trailer tires on the bead of my small wheels, I heard my name called... They got one to hold air, but couldn't get the other to stay on the bead. Blaming improper equipment, and small tires are hard to get on the bead.. Yadda, Yadda, Yadda (You know how it goes.)... I pay 10 dollars, am unsatisfied, and then go out, and neither of them are holding air... I got angry, threw them in the back of my truck, and left. I went to Browns, little farther drive, but still within reason, and I know they do good work. I've done business with these guys before and know they don't mess around. Came to my truck to see what I had to work on, carried them inside, within 10 minutes, and having another guy show me the custom artwork he's making with his forge, the tires were on the bead, sealed, and inflated, and ready to go. He shakes my hand and says on the house. Personable and professional, I'll never stray again. Thanks again guys! This was made on my own free will.
