I got a tire here a couple weeks ago and within 4 or 5 days, it was starting to slowly go flat, then it started going flat faster. I was happy to find a place open on a Sunday at 7pm, but the tire wasn't cheap enough to go bad so quickly. Then again, I should've called and inquired about getting a replacement but I didn't. I did sit for a long while in my car, not realizing I needed to go inside to pay. They never really directed me, and it was so crowded I had to inch backward and forward just to get out of there. They were very courteous tho.

the bosses wan and hatem are very sweet and make sure i am taken care of every time o go here for service. they talk and play with my children if they have any spare time while moving between vehicles but it's usually busy because so many ppl continue to return for other services. many ppl are familiar with the workers and bosses especially. i will be a loyal customer for life. ❤️

I've been a customer here for years and they have literally the Best Deal on Tires, but here recently I got an Alignment and I wasn't Impressed. Ultimately, they were very Respectful and Reluctant to fix it, but it my honest opinion... it drove better before the Alignment!

Adam is the sweetest. Very friendly didn’t catch the mans name that changed my tire, but he was nice. Go early got there at 8:55 was already 4 cars there. They still came right up and asked what I needed at 9, and I was out by 9:20 for a tire replacement. As were 2 other people before me. My overall experience was pretty great. I’d recommend!

Adam & Juan are EXCELLENT!!! Fast friendly service and very affordable!!! Great customer service and very professional!!! As a woman sometimes people will try to take advantage of you because you might not be very knowledgeable about cars, but they have NEVER tried to price gouge me!! Because one time I came in there and said that I need a new tire oh, the gentleman took the tire off and seeing that the seal on the inside was just broken, and just charge me $5. Had to have been someone else at another shop, they would have sold me a used tire for $40 and it actually would have been my same Tire! They are truly AWESOME!!! And they guarantee their work!!! First, new and used tires at a price you can't beat anywhere. Anywhere. A one stop shop - no need to compare prices - these guys will have your price beat. Second, your vehicle will have four perfect new mounted tires in no time - just a few minutes and the job is done. Third, kind, friendly people who will smile broadly after their job is done. These people know that they are miracle workers. Recommended isn't impactful enough - go there now.

Update as of June 2019. I used to take my car here because they were cheap and did a fair bit of work. Unfortunately the last few times I went in they kept replacing parts that probably did not need replacing like rotors and such. For some reason every time they ordered parts while I sat there and waited the wrong Parts would be delivered two and three times and then I had to wait while some kid who didn't know what he was doing took 3 hours for a 20-minute job replacing bearings on the front axle. After that I had one or two other rotors replaced and the same thing happened, ordered the parts while I sat and waited and the wrong parts were delivered two or three times again. Took forever to get them installed so I was there for hours each time. The last time I went I was told a rear shock was bad and they kept ordering the wrong one so I went back day after day to see what was going on. Turns out the electronic shock is almost $400 and they kept either ordering the wrong one or the last time I went they had not even ordered it when they knew the correct one. I gave up on the place after that. Still the owner is a nice guy. My original review is below. You might miss this place or not want to stop because of the way it looks but looks are deceiving. These guys do their maintenance out in the parking lot but the owner is a great guy from Jordan and he gives you a great deal and a good price. I've had work done on my Cadillac XTS and they've always done it and backed up their work. It's usually first come first serve so get there early and bring your breakfast or lunch cuz there's nothing within walking distance.

Awesome Service! Traveling across the country, we popped a tire on a trailer full of wood. Stopped here and the employees and owner were amazing at customer service. Fantastic place that looks a little rough with lot of stuff laying around but don't let it fool you: they were great! Also, I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. The place was very busy but they serviced many customers in a short amount of time. Absolutely recommend this business!

I bought 4 used tires and 3 of them had to be repaired at 22 dollars each. They scratched one of my rims! I had to stop them before they did more damage. Should not have paid. Then they broke off one of my lug bolt by tightening them to tight. Stripped another bolt, another 30.00. Dont expect anything close to a wheel balance! that funny! Excellent if you do not want to spend a hundred dollar for a new tire though! Just watch them.

Trustworthy mechanics. They do the work right in front of you. I went in for front brake pads. A caliper pin was frozen. The boss took me over to the car to show me. He warned me saying if they could not get it out they would have to charge me for a new caliper mounting bracket and caliper pins. The mechanic struggled with it but he got it out. He cleaned off the corrosion, lubricated it, and was able to re-use the same parts. Most other shops would not bother. They would immediately charge you for new parts just to save a few bucks on labor. These guys put in the extra effort and saved me money. I will be back!

I pulled up to the building, they approached my car, I told them what I needed (nail on the out side of tire, unable to be patched), gave me a rate for a used tire, which is the same brand already on my vehicle from the dealership). They asked me to pull in front of the garage.. I was literally in and out in 20 min- IF that! Unsure if they balanced it though, bc there is a little shakiness. I honestly need this tire for a week or 2, until I buy 4 new tires. They saved me in my situation that I was in. Thanks! :)

It's a good place to go if you need work done to your car or Tire only thing I don't like is that they take entirely too long to get to you they're always busy and if you don't stay on top of them they'll let somebody come and take your spot in line

There is good/ bad here: Ladies they will charge you double for the same job they gave to a male! Never leave your vehicle here! Always stand around and watch or demand to stay sitting in your veh! They will lie about how hard/ difficult it was to change a water pump on a 02 Chevy Venture Mini van.... Then charge you $180,00 for what should of been only $30.00 for this 1/2 hr job! Mechanic Bob kept walking around wasting time going to and from The Carry-Out to purchase food and ate it on your time! Then goes around talking to the other mechanics as they small talk about weed and other things they did last nite working on each others veh after work. They will tell you it was a difficult job to fix your veh ... This is why you ladies need to stick around and watch these con-artist... They will play stupid with the ladies! As they are about to slam you with a higher price than the guys! Not fair and it needs to be reported... Also half the time you will not get a receipt if your vehicle is older ! "Please be persistant and keep asking for one!" There not all bad meachanic's that con the women! It's the owner's the 2 brothers... They are very greedy for The Money! So take a male friend with you who can confront these crooks when they use that line on you! It is a very difficult job , hard to reach or get too! They are the cheapest in Columbus! But charging me $30 for a 10" long return line rubber hose for my leaking power steering unit was really ridiculous... Considering the sm cramps belonged to me! I had those cramps myself! Dah! Geeh! Ladies again! Be careful take a. Smart male friend with you! Whenever you go here! "Watch the time : because they will lie about that too!" As to when they started or finished a job!
