Went in for some new tires. Andrew was very accommodating. Location was clean and I was out of there within an hour. Cons: Employees take a while to come assist at the counter. My tires were beyond the recommended psi. The tires had different psi readings. My car actually beeps once the correct psi is reached so I don’t know how that happened. Instead of 33-35psi mine were 45-56psi.

Okay let me start off by saying this company would have got 5 stars if I’d have been approved in store with RNR Tire and let me explain below. First off I sent an inquiry via their website about some tires for my truck and they responded promptly with a quote and got some basic information from me and said I was all set to go as long as I had all my information that they needed. When I arrived I had all my necessary paperwork but because my drivers license and my vehicle was plated from out of state in Florida they wouldn’t accept that and turned me down. But did offer 2 other ways I could’ve did it but I declined those methods due to the interest rates. I have lived in South Carolina for four years so I’m not really understanding where your vehicle is registered really had to do with the process but that’s above my pay grade. I did drive just a little over an hour to get to them and maybe in the future ask customers if they are within the South Carolina area and make sure they have an in-state drivers license. Now to the good part………. My salesman was an awesome guy he did get me a brand new set of gladiator XComp tires and amazing service from start to finish. I was in there for a little over an hour for four tires and my alignment and was very pleased. I personally believe he went over and above and beyond what some salesman do and for that I am truly thankful. I would definitely recommend this company to everybody for Cash Sale tire’s but if you’re going to lease with them make sure you have in state DL and registration card. Way to go RNR. I appreciate everything and will be back when my Impala needs tire’s.

Hake reached out to me Thursday morning following up and a quote I requested. From the time I first spoke with him he was helpful and informative. Upon being late to the shop and only minutes before scheduled closing time jake took the time to assist me and make sure I got something I wanted and was able to give me a discount as well in the inventory! My tires were so worn out on my vehicle and I didn’t know which way to go as far as buying reasonable sets of tires! My friend from work told me about RNR ! Til I walked in and walked out those guys where so professional , the manager there was kind & polite . I had so many questions and they did not hesitate to giving me an answer!!!! I wasn’t very happy with the contract dilemma I was quoted one weekly amount when the payment date came about I was charged another amount higher than the original amount due. Called the manager they was in a meeting left my name and the issue along with my name but she didn’t return my call so I called her back talk to her she tried to tell me that their system said a totally different amount that transacted out my bank account she stated that she was gonna argue back and forth with me asked me would I come in then she ask me can she call me back another lady called me back trying to explain the problem with me about the amount of tires being align was being charged which was $12.99 a month that was added in which didn’t make no sense whatsoever but I stated okay just put remaining amount of money $9.00 that she stated toward my principle she stated okay and I also stated that I will be paying off the total amount due to them very very soon. They’re not as friendly as with their information/contract agreement. On 9/17/22 I made a decision to try RNR tires and customer service once again, walked in new building, New management and friendly customer service Andrew, Ray and Dee and Manager Eric thank you for doing me well The Broad River location

I think the quality of the work is great. The reason I give this 4 stars is the selection to choose from. I didn’t get the wheels I wanted but Devin worked really hard to find something I could be happy with. Would I recommend them yes but I would suggest trying to figure out how to speed up the in store experience. I don’t think there isn’t enough sales staff to accommodate people in a timely manner.

It was not scheduled to be open until 10 a.m. A gentleman arrived a few minutes before 9 a.m. He asked could he help me and I then explained that my tire was unraveling. After talking to the manager i felt more at ease, but still were not sure if i was going to ne able to afford the rams and tires together, i didn't know they were going to do a credit check. Because when i called i was told there weren't a credit check, so after being there for more than 3 hours i was worried. As i was about to tell them to forget it the manager said i was being put in the computer so they can get to work on putting rims and tires on our car i felt more relaxed, but didn't know how much all this cost til they finished and it is a bill i just hope i can get this paid off before long. I might should have waited til after Christmas but need the car back on the road after someone stool it and did a great deal of damage to it. This is why we needed to replace the rims and tires and my husband fixed all the rest it was a big job for him to fix but he did it all, now he has a finder to replace just waiting on it to come, with RNR Tire and my husband Timothy Caldwell we are back on the road.

This place is a scam and full of un professional and un trained people. Every time I call it’s something different. I paid my account off under the 6 month term and still had to pay interest. I’m charged if I pay off early and ever I decided to ride it off for the full 15 months. You only see places like this in minority areas because they prey on people. The service was good. I had an appointment, but when I got there an 18 wheeler was there needing tires, so they took care of him and still got me out in 2hrs. The waiting area is ok considering you are at a tire shop. The only problem I had was their music selection, I'm a minister and didn't care to much about hearing music talking about drugs and sex. The terminology is different just like the bible has different versions but the text is still the same. I haven't been save all my life, I too have an pass, and not condemning, just saying you never know when you are entertaining an angel. People sometimes come in there with their kids and we have to be careful with the messages we allow our kids to hear.

So when I found out I called and the RNR sale guy on the phone told me the information I need to get the tires. I was so happy because I really needed four tires. Hey everyone! Just wanted to let ya'll know that this specific RNR location helped me out tremendously this past week! I travelled almost 17+ hours from Missouri to SC due to the COVID-19 crisis. As I turned onto the road where my parents live, my car hit the side of the sidewalk where the drains are located. This left my car with a banged up rim and flat tire. I explained my situation to RNR and told them I couldn't drive the car to their location for two reasons: the tire was too damaged (I didn't want to risk further damage) and that I was a medical interpreter working from home taking emergency COVID-19 patient calls to assist doctors (so I couldn't take a day off from work). RNR understood my problem, not only did they send an employee to pick up parts from my home, they also had the employee come back and install the new tire and rim to my car! This was the most helpful thing anyone could've ever have done for me in such a time of need. Due to the COVID-19 crisis they did not include any labor charges and I was able to get a whole new tire replaced for barely $70. I want to thank the whole team of RNR down on Broad River Road. Especially the employee who handled my call and the employee who came to my house to do the actual repair! Both were extremely nice and helpful! Thank you RNR :)

I recently moved from Beaufort, I got my rims put on in Beaufort , currently I’ve been having problems with my tires I didn’t know what was wrong, my car wasn’t riding right, each time I took my car to the RNR on Robert Smalls parkway in Beaufort,I always got turned down. This whole entire time I’ve been having issues. I drove my car for 6 months with tires that was too small for my car in due time I had to replace several things brakes, roders, also struts. six months time all 4 of my tires was bad. When I relocated and moved to Columbia I stopped to the RNR on broad River Blvd, I told the staff that I’ve been experiencing shaking, and vibrations. On the interstate while I was driving my tire blew out on me , my kids where terrified. So I contact RNR immediately , they assisted me with road side assistance and they made sure I made it back safe, The staff there was great, they gave me the correct size tires and my car drives better and I can travel home with no issues , they have been patient and provided great customer service when I left I gave the manager a hug and thanked him and his staff.
