Mavis Tires was absolutely incredible in helping me with my flat tire. I was able to walk in and they immediately helped me. Victor was so friendly and made me comfortable that my car was going to be taken car of. They were able to get the job done within 30 minutes!! The Garners Ferry, Columbia, was an exceptional experience for a tire repair. The manager was courteous, efficient and timely. The tech was most competent and friendly as well. The shop and wait area are also very clean and comfortable. I just bought a set of tires from Irmo location and will gladly continue to do business with Garners Ferry Mavis for our 3 cars’ needs in the future.

Went to five different places to get my tire plugged. Everybody said 3-4 hour wait I came Mavis tires on garners ferry and they got me right it and was out very fast. I’m so glad they was able to help because newer cars do not come with spare tires anymore.

The staff was so friendly and made me comfortable that my car was going to be taken car of. I would also recommend that if you purchase tires from them to get the warranty they offer. It comes in handy when you need to repair, or get a replacement tire. It also helps that Zach is always courteous, and tells me EXACTLY what is needed without pressuring me. That alone mskes it easier for me to get those jobs done in the future.

I went there this morning for them to check my brakes nothing was wrong with my brakes but I did have a screw in my right rear sidewall on my right rear tire the manager of that store is awesome the person that looked at my brakes I forget his name his name starts with a C he's a white male with a nose piercing but very good store never been there before very impressed and if I ever need anything I will be coming back I was very impressed with the manager and the way I was treated and the mechanic did a great job

Upon parking, the Mavis Specialist gave me a warm greeting, and quickly assessed my car needs. The specialist and his team asked me questions about my daily driving (important) , they informed me of my cars needs and customized my vehicle parts, repairs, and final cost. While waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, I enjoyed watching the old time favorite ' Bad Boys' movie, the environment is very welcoming, clean, temp controlled and kid -friendly!! The Mavis Tires on Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia is the best. Our tire was completely flat and we were expecting to have it completely replaced. I went to Marvis today because my tire went flat coming from Georgia and they fix me up. The problem with my tire was the stem they fix it with no problem and I wasn't charge. Don't know the guy name at the desk but he was very professional and kind. If you ever want to go to a place with a warm astomphere please go to Marvis on Garner Ferry. Will be my place to shop from now on when I need tires.

My tire picked up a foreign object at the tractor supply behind this store today. I went from 38 psi down to 0 in less than 60 seconds. I rolled into the parking lot and they were busy but stopped and looked when they heard the air blowing out my tire. Sadly my tire was beyond messed up so they couldn’t fix it but did everything to help me drop a spare and jack up my big truck (TRX) without any fuss. Had a new tire on and me out the door. They wanted nothing and said “it’s our pleasure”… all of this in less than 10 minutes. They saved me an hour of trying to do this myself and expected nothing in return. Super group of men here.
