Went into the Corliss location to have tire pressure warning light checked; nothing visible on any of the tires. Manager told me to pull right in to the bay. The technician quickly checked all four and found one to be low. He told me there was no charge! That's unheard of these days. I did not get the name of the technician, but he and the manager are to be commended for that! Was about 7:20am ; 9/27. Thanks!

I worked with Jesse and it was a delight. Originally I was going to go through my dealership but the dealership told me that I had to bring the vehicle in first before they would order my tires at which point I would have still had to wait to get the tire work done. When I called Wentworth tires and spoke with Jesse he agreed to order the tires upfront which helped me out a lot with my busy schedule. From that point I was able to send my wife to the shop to get the tires put on her vehicle. Jessie’s knowledge of the tires and his willingness to work with me over the phone to get what I needed help to close and seal the deal. I will definitely be returning to Wentworth tire in the future and I would definitely send family and friends. Almost forgot to say that they have good pricing as well.

I really needed to purchase four all season tires. This establishment provided exactly what I needed. A very courteous salesman assisted me. He patiently checked their inventory for the tires I wanted, provided the price and general information about the product. My purchase came with a $75.00 rebate that was instantly credited to my bill. They accept various payment methods, (cash, credit, debit.) Customers are asked to provide the make/model of their vehicle, and the license plate number. Therefore, one should have that information available to prevent having to go back to your vehicle to retrieve it. The lobby/waiting area was clean and comfortable. Social distancing protocols are in place, and face mask are required for service. They provide other auto repair services too. Several customers wanted their oil changed and various other automotive repairs for their vehicles. While I was their, the employees were experiencing difficulty getting some needed parts. However, if you listen to recent news reports, you should know that this issue is industry wide across the United States. It isn't autonomous to Wentworth Tires. Overall, I highly recommend this company and will remain a loyal customer.

I sent them a text through their website after hours, and they responded that they can fix my tires. I had one tire in the back of my truck, damaged beyond repair, and the other one losing air rapidly. I inflated the tire still on my vehicle, and went to their shop. I got my price up front, and it was within my expectations. They replaced both of my front tires, reinstalled my spare underneath my truck, and had me back on the road in no time flat (no pun intended). I need the two rear tires replaced eventually, and I will definitely be going back to them. I had absolutely no complaints. ** UPDATE ** The last time I was there, I was trying to pass emissions with my Trailblazer. The mechanic advised me that the repairs needed would be more than the worth of the vehicle. I wound up buying another vehicle (GMC Terrain) and today, I brought that vehicle in for new tires. The price of the tires were within my expectations, and the service was prompt. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I have never been disappointed with the service I received. Everyone has always been straightforward. Keep up the good work!

Jesse made sure I got in before the 1:30pm closing on a Saturday, and I was serviced and ready to go within an hour despite all of the appointment slots being full. On our way out of the nearby Big Marsh Park on a Friday afternoon, we discovered we had a near flat. We went to the nearest gas station to refill the tire, and discovered it had taken a shard of metal. Not wanting to drive it all the way back to the North Side on the spare, we took a chance on Wentworth, which is right next to the gas station. They were honest with us, letting us know they were really busy, and that it might take 90 minutes to get to our car. The tire was repaired in about that time, and the price was less than half what we were expecting to pay. Wentworth Tire saved our afternoon.

After doing online research I came across this auto repair business. They open at 7a which is great and near my home. Don’t know why I never noticed them but glad I found them. First come, first serviced. They were a little swamped since they handle fleet vehicles but that didn’t stop them from squeezing me in at 9a, diagnosing the source of my coolant leak, and getting me out by 11a. I really appreciated that. After being a loyal customer to a major dealership for over 5 years, I’m happy to say I believe I just found my next best thing (for my vehicle sake). I would say give them a try.

This location is my favorite. The guys at the front desks are always kind and professional. The place is kept pretty clean too! They also do their very best to get you out of there in a timely manner which is very important to me. I would recommend calling to check their schedule first however it’s not necessary. I wish every business had the honesty and integrity of this place. The BMW 7 Series that I had just bought needed work and I brought it in for an oil change. They told me what was wrong with it, topped it off and advised me to return the vehicle to the dealer as the engine was about to seize. They were extremely helpful and when I asked what I owed them, they said the check up and top off would be free. I will bring all of my vehicles for service here from now on and I would advise anyone reading this to do the same.

I had a flat tire on my way to drop my baby off to daycare. I called this place and when I tell you they got me in and out. I still made it to daycare on time and school. They were beyond nice and very reasonably priced. They had just opened and most of the people in the waiting area were being called to get there vehicles as well. I highly recommend them!

Thank you so much for your fast service. On January 2 my car stopped and I had my car towed to the place I usually take my car to find out they closed on Saturdays now. No sign or no notification on the computer of this. I sat in my cold car for 2 hours because zi had to wait for another tow. These guys were great as soon as my vehicle touched their lot. I was towed in because of a flat tire, but after inspecting my tire ,they discovered there was more damage, so they recommend that I purchase a new tire because of safety reasons. I wasn't there very long was a plus. Thanks Guys!!!

I always go to Wentworth because I trust them to be honest, and I trust them to do a good job at a good price. I'm not a car person. Early in our relationship, I took my car in thinking the battery needed to be replaced, which I told them. I would have paid for a new battery if they had done it, no questions asked Instead, they convinced me I didn't need a new battery (or anything other than the jump I had gotten). They were right, and passed up a chunk of change to convince me of my car's reality. I've trusted them ever since.

Amazing shop. Tire hole- pulled up, 20 min later done! Review edit - had a leaky tire on my semi truck, called and spoke to Jordan, told me come right in. Within 1 hour these guys changed my both tires, balanced, advised on bent rim, changed that and gave me a nice discount. On yesterday my son and I traveled to Wentworth Tire Service to get oil changes. I phoned before venturing out and spoke with Eric. We arrived and was greeted very warmly by Eric. He was aware that I had just buried my husband and I was a little abrupt with him because of the price I was quoted on the phone differed upon arrival. I told him over the phone that I had received a flyer by mail because I had visited prior. I apologized for my behaviour, which is not who I am. I've been dealing with a lot of emotions lately even now as I type my dad, who is 91 yrs old is in hospice at home. So it has been a tumultuous month for us all. Eric was very kind and the staff was so professional to us. The discount at the close of sale made my entire day! My senior neighbors rave about this place as THE place to have your vehicle serviced and it is definitely true. Footnote: My son saw Eric tattoo sleeves and is going back to inquire where to go to have his dad R.I.P. tattoo done. Thank you Eric, you'll never know how much you blessed us. OK so the reason for this 2 star rating is because yesterday 10/30/18 I took my car in to be serviced for a wheel alignment. Jesse said that he would have my car repaired he asked another mechanic behind the counter if it can be finished today and they said yes, so I just got out of the hospital from having surgery and do need my car back right away so I left the car and went home to rest I wake up it's 5:30 I call the shop no answer so I had my sister drive me up there, I get their Jesse is standing in the doorway I get out of the car OK where's my car? He says Oh you wanted it back today? There was a misunderstanding. 1st of all people in business should not be shiesty if you're busy say you're busy don't do the customers like that. I needed my car for treatment the next morning, my car is how I get around I'm disabled and I really don't appreciate the fact that I didn't receive so much as a call. So I talk to him I say OK I'll pick up the car tomorrow he told me he would let me know if there is anything else that needed to be done to the car. I would be charged a service fee to look it over I said OK I left the car. The next morning I get a call saying OK the wheel alignment can't be done until you get your inner tie rod repaired on your right side passenger I said OK because I was referred to you guys. I was a referral from a close friend who trust you guys so, I trusted you. He calls the next morning says that OK you need n inner tie rod on front passenger side before we can put the wheel alignment and I said OK no problem do it. He said if there's any other problem I'll call you back and let you know so 30 minutes later I get a call back saying I need it a stabilizer link and that would eliminate noise that was coming from my car. Jesse then told me it should be ready by 11am. Again, no call so I go pick the car up. My bill was 298.00. He said everything is good the noise is gone. Ok, I'm satisfied. I drive it 2 blocks down the noise is still there I drive the car back to the shop Jesse says oh I need struts, I just had struts put on my car so my husband comes up there and my husband said that the struts were new on the car him and Jesse went for test drive come back he says he doesn't know what the sound is ma'am but I will look into it and call you back this was around noon on 10/31. It is 4:45.....NO CALL!!!!! All I wanted was a simple wheel alignment. He is a hell of a salesman because he up sold me for something I didn't need. And I still dont have my car. So yesterday I was highly upset I was actually live it about my car. Today I am almost in a better place. 1st I really really want to thank the owner can for responding to my review so quickly he has a true concern for his customers that is beautiful. Secondly my car still not fixed but they are doing everything in their powers to rectify the situation. Jesse actually is a big Teddy bear I really appreciate his patience and him being so accommodating because of the error and the miscommunication so I change my review status to 4 stars from to just based on customer appreciation thank you and please please fix my car. Excellent job on replacing my wheel bearing today, which is not an easy job on my truck. My usual shop tried to do the same job, but it didn't turn out right. My wheel was almost about to fall off while I was driving, but after Wentworth Bridgestone fixed it, truck rides smooth as it ever did. The price was a little more than what my cousin would have charged, but the price was very fair and reasonable. Will do a follow up review in one year.

I was just heading South on I-94 en route on a trip out of state. My tire light came on and I saw the Forestone sign at the exit. Traveling with covid is more uncertain. Took my car in to have the straps that hold my fuel tank replaced (the tank was sitting on the ground.) They fixed that (wasn't difficult, a few screws...probably took less than an hour) but when I got the car back and started it up, I noticed that the brake light was on, and when I stepped on the brake pedal to put the car in gear, the brake pedal went to the floor!!! I went back in and talked to the manager, Jessie, who explained it away as a "Mother Nature" situation; I told him that it wasn't no way in hell that "Mother Nature" had anything to do with this, and that this had to have happened while the car was being repaired; maybe they bent one of the lines or something, but that this absolutely happened while the car was in their possession...so away I went, livid, and having to try and figure out how to get this matter resolved... Ok, so in my frustration about this incident I went back to find out who at the corporate office to report this to (I thought that this was a Firestone/Bridgestone owned repair facility) and when I got there I spoke to Ken Jr., the owner, who was familiar with the incident (turns out that Ken reads our reviews, as I'm sure you all probably know.) Ken resolved the issue; when I first went in to complain I had spoke to Jessie, and though I guess you could say he was just doing his job, I wish that he had handled it differently (like maybe advising me to talk to Ken after he and I couldn't reach an acceptable resolution) and had that happened, I wouldn't have written as potentially damaging a review as I had (Oh, it was bad, y'all; really, really bad; I removed it, 'cause it need not be seen, trust me.) The Jagers (the owners of WTS) are good people to do business with... I have some responsibility in this having gone the way it did too, because if I had sought out the information and person that could resolve this before I had left and came back, then this review would have never been written...at least not in this way. I'm sure that Ken has advised Jessie to refer dissatisfied customers to him (Ken, the owner) if the matter can't be resolved by him (Jessie, the manager.)
