My husband and I have been bringing our tire business here for over a decade. They have always given us wise advise, fair prices and excellent service. We bought tires and road hazard warranty from them. They honor their warranty-tested and they passed. They took me and my emergency the same day even though they were very busy. I highly recommend this specific location and the staff there. They are fantastic.

I made an appointment for a oil change and a tire rotation and they told me it would be approximately one hour and it was an hour.. They also gave me advised that my battery wasn't good it was from 2014 and showed me the read out and I should upgrade it so I did and it did take me longer than an hour but I was grateful that they checked it so I didn't get stranded. They are great people who work here and they accommodate you very nicely. I will continue to go back and have my car service there.

I can’t believe I’ve neglected to leave a review here for so long. Needless to say, I absolutely love this place. Jack and Mr. Leffler have been helping me at this location since I was in High School. This location (not sure about others) has an amazing, large sit down area. It has drinks, comfortable seating, and even a kids play area (I don’t have kids which almost makes me like this more). I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to fully express just how helpful they’ve been. Years ago when I used them for the first time, they SAVED my truck after another shop scammed me(seriously, I was ready to junk it and now 5 years late I’m still driving it because of them!!!). For this and the constant great service over the years they’ve earned my absolute trust. Thank you guys again for the great service and thank you for all of the amazing help over the years. I am forever grateful for the service you’ve given over the years.

6:30 PM on a Wednesday night I had a bad leak on one of my tires that needed to be fixed so I could go to work the next day. It was 13° outside all four tires needed to be replaced, I knew asking them just to fix the leak was probably all they could do. By 7 o’clock I had four new tires and had made an appointment for the next week to get a whole bunch of other things done to my car. I can’t say enough for the service provided; it was time to go home yet they took care of me! Above and beyond service! Everybody was exceptionally polite and took time to help me out in a tough situation. The guys have a customer for life!

I can't recommend Suburban Tire highly enough! Had a great experience with John this past Saturday - my tires were almost bald and it was the first big snowstorm of the season. John fit me in on a busy Saturday morning, came up with a great resolution when the tires I originally wanted were out of stock, and kept me updated as the work progressed. They also finished the work about 45 minutes quicker than the estimate, which was a nice bonus! Suburban Tire will will continue to be my go-to place for any auto needs (specifically this location and the Hanover Park location). I find the pricing to be reasonable/fair and appreciate that they don't try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary services, which definitely sets them apart from most other auto shops. They also have a comfortable, socially distanced waiting area with a bookshelf and coffee/drinks :)

Called into service and spoke with angel. I'm a former service advisor so I know exactly with it takes in order to provide a honest quality service. They hit the mark with out a doubt. Very professional. Was able to take me same day for some tires and general maintenance on my 2018 kia stinger gt2 and 3.3 litr. I love my car and they treated it with care and respect. The tech who worked on it was clean and very skilled in his craft...all in all I would recommend this LOCATION to anyone. Drove away, no shake in the steering wheel, drove straight as bullet and felt faster. Well done guys. Only room for improvement would be wish I knew my before and after specs for my alignment and forgot to load up my old tires that still had 6/ 32 on them....no big deal. Thank you to the techs and management and angel for getting the job done the way most shops only wish they could

They fixed the issue but after there was a slight hiccup. I spoke to the gentleman that I had been working with and after we spoke he made he made everything right! UPDATE: Suburban Tire has really upped their game, and their staff has significantly improved their customer service. After my father ran over a piece of plastic, they had my car into the shop within the hour, they looked at it, removed it, and sent me on my way in less than 3 hours for free. The staff I typically encounter is great now, and I have full faith in them and their work. INITIAL REVIEW: Great tires, shady staff. We've purchased several pairs of tires through Suburban, and we've had several rotations and balances done. Similar to everyone else, they always seem to find some kind of "problem" as they're servicing a car. The last time I ran my car there for a rotation and balance (which is free if you've bought tires/suspension) they fiddled around with the brakes before telling me they needed replacement. They even walked me back into the shop to "show me" that there was some wear. Not enough to warrant replacing, but enough that the brakes had been worn down in the two years since I last replaced them by hand. They wanted to charge me somewhere around $400 to swap them out, and were very irate when I insisted that I could do them myself. The tire selection is fantastic, don't get me wrong. If you buy your tires here the price is fantastic for what you're getting. The service has always been pretty expedient for me and my family, and the lounge is pretty nice. If you are thinking about going here for tires, don't let them talk you into fixing a "problem" without first consulting someone else or knowing about it.

They are the best at creating a positive customer experience. I have been coming to suburban tire since the 1970's - and have been to several locations. No auto place is perfect - they try hard to keep appointments and they are trust-worthy. Love the personalized service. Once you become a customer they will remember and recognize you the next time you call or visit. They truly try to accommodate all needs for appointments.

I have bought tires from them on a couple different occasions. Last time I had to have my car towed in. Each visit was met with friendly service. They quickly took care of my vehicles. As some other shops talk in a condescending fashion, these guys talk to you like a friend. They did not push products and services that I did not need. Premium service without the premium price. I have been extremely satisfied with each visit and will continue to use them in the future.

Customer service here has definitely been improved based on some earlier reviews from a year ago. Staff are friendly and informative without being pushy. In a highly competitive market for vehicle care and repair, integrity is a huge plus. Pricing seems pretty competitive, and the facilities that you wait in are very comfortable and relaxed.

They are fast, courteous, and professional. I cannot speak to their prices vs others, as I don't know enough about tires, but I have no complaints about this store. I usually drop off a vehicle and pick it up later in the day, but on the occasion when I do wait in the store, they have a lovely waiting area with TV, games, a kid's room, and complimentary beverages/snacks. I've bought tires for several trucks here and have not had issues with them. On the occasion that they did not have my exact tire in stock, they were able to get them in stock within a day.

I'm 51, used to be a mechanic and can honestly say this is the best place around for not only tires, but all types of repairs. The main reason to get tires here versus just a tire place like Discount Tire is that they check your front end alignment at the same time, THIS IS VERY CRUCIAL! Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful and just all around good guys.

Well, I'll never go anywhere else for tires. Needed winter tires and had my mind set on Blizzaks. Gordan offered me them at a better price than I had even seen, but also mentioned an alternative that he and the shop personally use, Nokian. I was hesitant as they were cheaper, but, he did not hard-sell me. Glad I went with his recommendation! Great tires. Knowledgable, friendly, best pricing. Just got winter tires for the van. Love these guys!

Pulled in and these guys got me two new tires in under and hour and I was able to make my appointment on time. Suburban Tire both Glendale Heights and their other location in Hanover Park are 2 very good service centers for Customer service and courteous service. They do not try and oversell a more expensive tire when they speak with you and your expectations. Very respectful shop that does the very best they can to meet your needs and time frame.

What you can get from suburban tires are guys that go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. One particular employee comes to mind, Bill Jackson. Seek out Bill Jackson, he is the complete opposite of a car salesman. Bill goes out of his way to make sure you feel as you are getting what you really need, at affordable prices. I had a defective part installed brought it back no questions asked replaced it and washed my car. You don't get service like that anymore.

I've been going here for all my tire needs since I was old enough to drive and ruin tires on my own. They've remounted tires I've knocked off of wheels when driving like an idiot, replaced worn out baldies, patched a whole slew of 'em, and most recently replaced a blow out. They do free tire rotations as well, which is nice considering my dealer charges something ridiculous like $50 to do the same work. Very courteous staff and a great team of guys in the pit doing the work. Though with the most recent blowout (Nokian with 20k miles on it, also purchased here) I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't covered under Nokian's great warranty, they did give me the same price I originally paid when I put four new ones on the car. I'll be back since I still drive like an idiot and my tires are still debris magnets.

Great service and selection of tires. They are also very honest. My Hyandai Dealership wanted to sell me a new set of tires. So I went to Suburban Tire for a 2nd price and opinion. Suburban Tire said "you do not need new tires at this time. You have almost 15,000 miles to go on your current set". So my dealership was trying to speed up my tire purchase. Dishonest Dealership.
