Today June 18th I had a flat tire so I googled and decided to visit Rodriguez for the first time to get a tire change. This place was affordable and had many kind workers. They were friendly too. I also realize the most busiest time was on Saturday from 7 to 8 am then it slows down a little at 8:30 to 9:15 then picks up again at 9:30. I went in at 9:15 and was out by 9:40. Nevertheless, I am not sure how it is in the afternoon. Furthermore, It gives speedy service but some waiting is expected. I do like this place and I also encourage viewers to visit if you need a quick fix and If you want affordable and good service.

Customer service is as good as possible. The work is high quality. They have a new sign which I found peculiar. The sign says Black and Brown owned? At the front desk answering the phone is a gentleman with cobalt blue eyes. I have never seen any black person there doing anything but being a customer. And, that is my 6-year history with this place. I asked the gentleman at the front desk about the sign...... He turned away and began to hit keys on the keyboard and gaze upon his computer screen.

I needed a valve stem sensor replaced and a new tire. The work was quick and affordable, and I didn't feel swindled going there as a woman alone. The guys are friendly and professional, and "Ma" is a stern sweetheart. This is my go-to spot.

The guys at this tire place are always helpful and fair. I had to go back 3 times because if the same issue on 3 different tires. They made sure I was good each time. They explain the problem and lay out your options. Pricing is reasonable.

I'll never argue against someone else's experience. I can simply tell my own... They were extremely busy, but still got to me within a half hour. They repaired two damaged rims, one so bad that it wasn't holding air. And they replaced the damaged tire with a Goodyear tire that looked like it had never been driven on. Total cost, $120 for that- two repaired rims and one new tire. For faster service, look up the size tire for your car before you call them to make sure it's in stock.

Superstars in Chicago right here. I took my bent and cracked rim to some other repair shop that took two days just to tell me it couldn’t be fixed and these guys right here fixed my cracked and bent rim w ease in the same day. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I will tell you they are truly excellent. Had an issue with my car took it to them for an inspection, they identified the problem and told me where to get the parts and they would install. The price was very reasonable. loved them because they put a rush job on it when I said I had to leave for my sons bday party. I would highly recommend them to anyone :-)

They're ok, they'll give you a good price on fixing a rim and replacing a tire. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is, on average they seem to charge 5 to 10 bucks more than other rim shops. They do good work though.

Great service! The looked at my tire for free and assured me all was well. I will come here for all my tire needs. Edit:1-6-2021 Well I had to revisit because the streets of Chicago are hazardous. I was in and out in under a half hour and my tire was patched/plugged in under 30 mins and less than 30 dollars. Great service.

I brought my Volvo in for a bent rim. Volvo Orland Park recommended a replacement, which would have cost me $500. Ridiculous, right? $80 and 25 minutes, the rim was repaired. No issues thereafter, and a 30-day warranty. The office might not be the fanciest, and the location might raise an eyebrow, but don’t let those things deter you. The service is impeccable, and the price-point is unbeatable. Efficient. Professional. Convenient. So glad I found this place!

If you need a bent or cracked rim repaired than this is the best place to go. They fixed a crack in my rim that other shops said couldn't be fixed for a great price. It only took them about 20 minutes to fix it. I'm very satisfied with the service and I highly recommend them.

They have great used tires at low prices. They also do great mechanical work like brakes and rotors for low prices. I think they only charge $35 to install the brake pads.

I got a chrslyer 300 i hit a pothole. Drove in expecting to get taxed out the door for da 24" tires, find out my rim was bent in 2 places, not only did Mario fix the rim, but he also gave me new tire and put spacer on my car so the tires wouldn't rub no more all fa $200.00 cause all I had was 250.00 which was the price of a new tire thanks Mario for understanding and helping a brother out.
