Brought my brand new Tesla model S to get one of those annoying city screws from my rear tire... even though it was obvious they haven't worked with many tesla before, they were open to help me guide them and they did a great job plugging the hole! My New Goto Place!!!! I came here with a flat tire on my Dodge Ram 5500 , I avoided a accident and unfortunately hit the rear passenger tire on a curb ! Instant blow out and I had to do something fast because the long the tow truck is down , the more money you loose . I called diamanté tire and they picked up super fast , told them my issue over the phone he was very polite and told me to come in so he can have a better look , upon inspection he agreed to fix it !! . He was able to bend the wheel back , and get the tire to seal on the beed again after taking his time and making sure it was the best it could be . After he was done with mounting the tire back on he gave the wheel a fresh coat of paint and now it looks like it was never even bent !! Extremely grateful for this place and I will support it 110% , was very honest , polite and down to earth !!! I will recommend everyone to come here !!

These guys are the best. I've gone back a few times for their great service and fair prices. I just needed a cheap replacement tire and they delivered, but I saw lots of other customers with very specific preferences and the guys at Diamante really took their time to make sure the customers found what they wanted. Highly recommend.

Staff here were really friendly and upbeat, out to help me sort out issues and work out solutions while talking out potential strategies. Had some rubbing on struts with new all terrain tires from a different shop, we worked out how to fix with new offset wheels (while presenting other options). When I still had some rubbing on the fender, they helped me out further by trimming things down. Cosmetically it looks like nothing happened at all. Reasonable prices, great turnaround time, and drove around with me for a ridealong just to be sure the wheels and tires were perfect. Great experience compared to a corporate shop down the road that didn't want to explore solutions and just wanted to put stock tires on and call it a day.

This place is great. I bought 2 new (full) sets and 3 used (full) sets all mounted and balanced. 2 new sets were on brand new aftermarket rims. Nothing but great things to say about this place. The owner is awesome. Definitely recommend. Like others have posted..... sometimes there is a long wait... so be prepared. You might want to call ahead and ask.

This place is great. I did a lot of shopping around before I came here. Really professional and great customer service. I bought 22s and tires at a good price They were very helpful with helping me decide what different tires can fit on my car and tried on a couple sizes to show me . They made sure I left there happy with my decision . I was pleasantly surprised they also offered to paint my rotors at no extra charge.

Extremely helpful in -20 degree weather they continued to work hard knowing I had to leave for Cali that weekend. They look out for the customer and aren't chasing the most expensive equipment. Had a rim and tire replaced for $180, when I was expecting to pay much more. Great customer service having heaters in the office for customers who are waiting, and offer loaner tires if they need to bring you back later. take about 5 to 6 cars at a time and the staff works very efficiently. would definitely come here again for service

Here is my 2nd time leaving a review on this place. I've been bringing all my cars here. From flat tires to buying rims. They have it all with great financing options. All the employees work super hard to make sure that all customers are taken care of. After being there for a while you start seeing the reality of the hard work that goes into everything they do. There always fast but careful with everything. I saw one of the employees bring food for the rest of his coworkers and they didn't stop everything to eat there meal. They kept on working until everyone was taken care of. These are the type of places you don't find anymore. They always put the customer first before themselves and they don't have to do it. But they do just so that we can move on with our day. I highly recommend this place. You may have to wait a little bit but it's worth it. If you compare there prices to other you will see that Diamante Tire is the best value for your buck.

Only shop I could find open after work that could plug a hole same day! Affordable too! Great tacos set up outside on some day. The guy said they're opening in a restaurant on the block soon.

Excellent service. I had a flat, and I changed it with a spare. Someone I trust recommended Diamante and when I arrived there they gave a couple options of tires. They were fast, clean, and mounted my spare back in the proper place (I've seen some places just put the spare in the trunk). Professional outfit, I would recommend. A+

had a nail in my tire and needed to get it fixed, offback the customer service in this shop was really good , Jose was honest gave me a detailed breakdown of what was wrong with my tire. Ultimately I had to get a new tire due to the nail affecting my old tire but after getting screwed over by another shop in the area "marvins auto" its refreshing to find a fairly priced shop in the irving park area plus they stay open till 8 which was a bonus . I'm definitely gonna check them out for when I get my winter tires.

This place is great! I took my car in because I thought the rim was cracked and I needed it fixed. I am always nervous going somewhere new alone if it has to do with my car because I don't want to be taken advantage of. Not the case at all here. Tire people stick to what they know best and these guys know tires. Jose is very friendly. He worked with me to get a new tire put on my van by first ordering it, providing me with a spare and having me come back the next day. I learned a lot about my tires. It was around Christmas and Jose provided me with a nice present! It was fun waiting too because the people who visited to have their tires serviced were very friendly too. I unknowingly drove to work on a flat tire and thankfully, Diamante was on my way home and available to help me just a few hours after I called. I thought I'd have to replace the tire, but they were able to patch it in 15 minutes and only charged me $15. What a deal! They exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I have to come to diamante pretty frequently for my tires but whenever I do I have a great experience. They are professional, accommodating and trustworthy. They have fixed my bent rims, removed nails in my tires, replaced brakes and rotors, as well as provided new and used tires when needed. So basically they do everything tire related for me. I have no reason to go anywhere else especially because they are right down the street from my house!

Got a flat tire randomly, wasn't able to get into my trunk (a "locksmith" messed it up) to retrieve my spare or lug wrench, and these guys let me borrow one of their wrenches so I could bring my tire in for a plug. Service is good, just prepare to wait a long time. I wish they had a number system for the ones who are waiting outside, it gets confusing at times. When traffic is heavy, they should have someone helping you back up, or help stop the traffic, otherwise it will be 5 stars.

I found them on google. They were about 40 mins away from me. When I called the gentleman that answered the phone was professional and helped me pick everything I needed. Went in with a tire with a slow leak, TPMS kept coming back on every 2 days. Expected a hard sell on a new TPMS sensor, maybe even a new set of tires all together. NOPE! I was pleasantly surprised, simply dismounted the tire in question, looked it over and a quick $15 patch later, back on the road. I WILL be returning here for all my tire related needs.

I had a flat tire and called Diamantes because I couldn’t get the lug nuts off the tire to get my spare on. Marcus answered and he was willing to help! He told me I could call him back and he would come see if he could get it off for me if I couldn’t get it off by 5. My neighbor ended up getting it off for me and I drove right over. Marcus helped me right away by pulling my car in taking it out and diagnosing that I had a nail in it. He fixed it with a plug patch right away and I was on my way within less than 30 mins. I felt like they did a great job accommodating me last minute and at a veryyy affordable rate too! Will be coming back for all of my future tire needs! Thanks Marcus for all your help!
